Loin du centre ville (5 km), obligé de prendre un taxi pour se déplacer, absolument rien à proximité pour acheter nourritures ou autres.... Le soir probléme électricité, le générateur de la maison ne sert que à faire fonctionner les lumiéres, mais pas les ventilateurs, climatiseurs, pas 'internet, et pas d'eau chaude, donc c'est trés problématique...

Generally a nice place to stay but a little bit out of the centre so had to get taxis.

Welcoming quiet place

Mosquito net! I got bitten the second night many times. I killed 12 mosies outside the net and 5 inside! Net had holes!!!

Not really great value for money.

Staff was very friendly and supplied a kettle to make hot water for some coffee. They did say the pump is on for water, but to no avail.

TV didn't work, a/c didn't work, shower did not have water, need i say more? Located on a dirt road, also not ideal. The rooms are located around a central lounge, so it can be pretty loud. Did not have breakfast, got an early start at 05:30.

Exceptional

The staff is amazing! Including the owner :) such lovely, warm, welcoming people. They were all super kind and helpful. If you need assistance with just about anything you can count on them :)

Staff 10 Location 9 Facilities 9 Over all I enjoyed my stay in White Rose Lodge that I extended for few more days... Jane is very sociable and helps you to call or book a taxi...

Wifi is on and off but they reload it immediately when it runs of load/data...3kms away from the town centre and it costs 70 to 100.kwacha to reach the town via taxi... Water that comes out from the tap is sometimes not very clear (maybe due to its coming from the river)

Exceptional

I had a really great stay at that accomodation. The area is pretty quiet and the staff very helpful. Good breakfast.

I would have liked to know that my bathroom is outside of my room before booking the hotel.

The host was helpful with organising for fun events we wanted to do. Anyone headed to White Rose and not sure where to get started with fun activities, talk to the host before hand and he'll help you out.

Lovely place with a great value for the price

The rooms were big and the AC really came in handy, as Livingstone was hot. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower rather low. One day there was no warm water, but as I said it was hot. So I didn't mind it too much. The breakfast was good, simple but good. For this price the place is definitely worth a recommendation. Its slightly out of town, so a car is needed.

It was great

It was very comfortable, only issue was wifi was not working and I had to pay the airport shuttle but otherwise everything else was great!!!!

I liked the location,comfort of the beds,quiteness and the food.the staff were friendly
