Had a great time!!

Gorgeous view of cove and great birdwatching. Bathroom on first floor and bedrooms on second not ideal for older people.

A wonderful week with family! This house was close to many places, but a quiet retreat to come back each evening!

Although I was alone, there is ample space for more. The cottage and surroundings are so peaceful and quiet, but still close to activities. Extremely well appointed and clean.

Gorgeous view, loved taking the kayak out, very relaxed after a week get away from home.

The cottage has a beautiful view of the inlet. It's clean and cozy and feels very private. Convenient to Bath for some small town exploring or Reid State Park for a beach day (park pass was included which was a nice perk!). We had a wonderful, relaxing couples getaway. Didn't get a chance to use the kayaks but we did sit on the dock and dip our feet in to stay cool.

We were four adults who enjoyed everything about this set apart spot, it is incredible! From our first interaction with Harold until we left the property everything was excellent! Cozy, clean cottage with plenty of room to “hangout’” in the rain. Harold provides great customer service. The view is spectacular!!! So good, we already booked for next year😊😊

Excellent. Awesome views and kayak use

My daughter moved to Bath and we decided to visit her over the Christmas holiday. We wanted a place with plenty of room and allowed pets. This property fit the bill. We had a minor glitch with the check-in process, but the property manager was very responsive, and we were on our way to a great visit. Despite having dreary weather for all of our trip, the view off the deck is incredible! I look forward to going back and enjoying coffee on those waterfront Adirondak chairs. The road back to the cottage was muddy and a little rough. They had just experienced a massive amount of rain in the weeks leading up to our trip. It wasn't an issue for us because we had 4-wheel drive. We'll definitely be back to the cottage for a future visit!

Clean and cozy cabin. Easy in and out, certainly the summer months would offer more activity potential than a cold and rainy November weekend, but we made the best of it. Cabin was just what we were looking for for a guys weekend retreat “off-grid”. Thanks for booking us last minute!

Absolutely loved this property in Georgetown! My husband and I had a wonderful week just enjoying the beautiful views, hiking in the area, and of course enjoying Reid State Park. House was very clean and comfy. The area is just lovely. And the lobster was delish!! We'll be back!

This was another wonderful stay in Georgetown. The weather was fabulous. It's such a lovely spot and so quiet. Perfect for a week away. Great location, North of Portland, near Brunswick, Bath and Boothbay. There's plenty to see and do. We couldn't be happier.

We had not expected the sublime ambience offered by this stay of only two full days—too short! We realized that the silence of Robinhood bay and its slow tidal waters was delicious for our brains, an absolute balm of peace and calm for those of us used to street noises, even the pleasure of waves crashing (our prior Maine dwelling). This was perfect for us. When outside, there was the gentle sound of the creek beside this home, and occasional bird sounds. Motor boats were uncommon and very transient.
The home is an older one with a perfect-view deck out front, and fully functional in every ways. Lots of extra blankets and quilts for cold nights; windows with screens which opened for warm nights. Good mattresses. A kitchen well stocked for eating in, including lobster dinners, but restaurants are near by enough. Mixed conifer forests surround this home, except for the view down to the cove.
Black ducks visited the dock, and wild turkeys roosted in the trees beside the home.
If you love Nature, quiet, and absolute peace, you will love this home deep on the cove which almost bisects large Georgetown Island. We fell in love with it.

We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute. Great cottage on a quiet cove. Wonderful place to unwind and unplug. Short trip to Bath for shopping as well as Reid State Park. Would stay here over and over again. Loved it.

The cottage was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a lovely vacation. Although we did not take advantage of the kayaks, we enjoyed listening to the waterfall from the dock and spending time admiring the view from the deck. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom well-equipped. The 10 minute drive to Bath was a pleasant surprise! We would consider staying here again!

This property was just as it was listed. We enjoyed a very peaceful location with lovely water views. The town was close to all the day trips we had planned so location worked out well. We really enjoyed the included pass to Reid State Park!

Comfortable, clean, thoughtfully kept rental in a beautiful, peaceful spot with lovely views of the cove. This rental had everything we needed and was a wonderful blend of cozy and tidy. It felt like staying with family in the best way possible.

We loved this property…private and well located on the water. The hosts were helpful and we enjoyed three days of solitude and thanksgiving lobster. A new tradition!

This was the perfect cozy getaway, tucked away on a quiet road by the Sasanoa River. The cottage itself is clean, well kept and very comfortable, and the perfect size for our family with 3 young kids. It felt peaceful and remote, but a quick drive to downtown Bath with shops, restaurants and things to do. We haven't spent a lot of time in this part of Maine and were pleasantly surprised by all the fun things to do around here, even in Mid- November.

This is a great and peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy the numerous preserves in Georgetown. We would come back in a heartbeat

As described. Beautiful and serene. Birds galore.

This rental was very well equipped, with anything you might need or want. The location was beautiful, overlooking the water. We made use of the on site kayaks (saved us from bringing our own) and saw seals, deer, an osprey and lots of kingfishers. We would highly recommend this rental. We hope to return.

Perfect and quiet retreat on the coast of Maine
Our stay at this property was exactly what we needed. It has a very quiet and stress free atmosphere, perfect for getting away from it all.
The house has an amazing view overlooking Robinhood Cove. We would sit daily on the Adirondack chairs and watch the waterfowl and sunrise. It is also centrally located and we were able to hit Popham Fort/beach, Reid state park as well as Pemiquid lighthouse on our three day stay.
We really enjoyed the propane stove in the evenings, to take take away the chill and make it cozy. The beds are super comfortable and the house has everything you could think of to make your stay perfect. We were a little disappointed that we didn't get to meet Clyde, but maybe at a future stay we will. We would definitely like to come back.

Private, peaceful, and relaxing. Lot's to do in the area. We enjoyed ourselves. This was our 2nd visit and would recommend to others.

Sweet cottage in great location
I would highly recommend this cottage. The views and morning sun are great. This is a great area for sea kayaking and the parking for our car and boats right by the door was super convenient. The kitchen was really well stocked and everything was really clean. We wish we had more time to just hang out and relax at the house! The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful waterfront property
This quaint cabin is a perfect way to enjoy Maine in the fall. Very close to two state parks and the owner provides a pass to get in to all state parks. Beautiful foliage in mid October and close enough to several towns to get food and drink. Spent a morning kayaking and enjoying the tranquil cove. Would recommend to any friend.

This was a nice find. Beautiful place and plenty to do. Will plan to rent again.

Great place
We had a wonderful time. Thank you for letting us use the canoe. The only downside is that there were mosquitos at the end of September in Maine! I guess climate change is real.
The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean. The location was nice too. The property also came with many really nice books to read. I loved "the trees of Maine". I am going to get myself a copy.
Thank you Howard!

Comfortable cottage
We had a lovely week. The beds were very comfortable and the living room furniture was great for reading or taking a nap. Reid State Park is very close and the beach pass was very appreciated. This is a great cottage for a family or small group of friends. The location is ideal.

Amazing location and super cottage.
We stayed with our two boys, 7 and 10, and my sister and her husband visited for a few days, and then my mother-in -law. Three bedrooms- great. We also had our two labs- younger dogs. The property is awesome, lots of room and you can’t really see the neighbors on each side. A lot of times photos and descriptions don’t really match up- this time they did. The cottage is very nicely appointed. All necessary pans and such. A really nice stacked washer dryer, which with all the beach visits, came in handy. There is an awesome dock and float- kids and dogs jumped off during higher tides. Quite a river to explore. We went to Reid State park everyday. The included park pass was a nice touch. All in all a very nice cottage, clean and with three bedrooms. The ability to have our dogs with us was great. We’d be happy to rent again. Georgetown is a fantastic area that hasn’t been over run as much of the other areas on the coast have been. Not much there other than the state park, which is great for kids and allows surfing.

Beautiful setting
We stayed at this cabin after a wedding in Kennebunkport and it was a beautiful place to relax by the water. It was nice to have three bedrooms for my two daughters and my husband and me, abd the beds were comfy. Both of the owners were very nice the place was very clean. The only thing we would have liked was a tv in the living room so we could watch a movie together before bed. We needed a down night after our big weekend!

Perfect retreat
Comfortable, clean, quiet, and a lovely view. The place was everything we needed. The kitchen was well provisioned. All furniture was comfy. We did not want for anything. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and we particularly enjoyed our occasional visits with Clyde. We would love to come stay again!
