Excellent stay, value for money

spacious apartment even for 3 persons, very clean and tidy, kitchen utensils are so clean! Celia, excellent staff at the reception, provides plenty of information and very helpful! Parking space at a gate parking lot is so good that we can leave our car and walk around the city centre and Christmas market. Extra cost for the parking is worthwhile.

Convenient and easy to access

Excellent value for money and perfect for our short stop over in the city. Location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good value and location

Clean and tidy. Only issue was sofa beds as so noisy whenever you turned over in bed. Great reception team… so friendly.

The room was homely and spacious. We appreciated the kitchenette and the lounge area, especially as we were on a long road trip. The bed was great and the room was very clean. The staff were very helpful with on site parking and once we arrived there was no issues parking the car and accessing the garage. Overall it was a great experience.

There wasn't a lot of places to eat out around the area. We had to walk for quite a bit to find somewhere other than small supermarkets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Staycity & would definitely recommend.

Great location; extremely friendly staff, extremely helpful staff, staff went out of their way to help us. They extended our parking allowance. Beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed. Room was very quiet. Facilities in the room were very good.

Perhaps a few more takeaway food options.

Perfect location, spacious apartment with great amenities.

Nice spacious apartment that met all our needs. Comfortable beds. Power shower. Kitchen was equipped with all cutlery and dishes. TVs in both living area and bedroom. Great for families. Perfect location. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Rooms are only cleaned daily if you pay a fee and there was no Safe in the room for personal items.

Amazing apartment - had a dishwasher, plates, utensils, cooking equipment, iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc, which is very impressive. Spacious and clean rooms and very friendly staff. I had an amazing stay.

Car parking spaces wasn't available so we had to pay £25 for 24 hours in the nearby NCP.

Excellent stay!!

Lovely staff, well-equipped aparthotel, we all slept comfortably, overall stay was comfortable and great, near to places we wanted to go to and the train station is walkable distance

Some worn fixtures but quite small. It didn't really affect our overnight stay at all. Friends and I all enjoyed our stay very much

Great breakfast and most friendly waitressing manager

I am particularly grateful for the member of staff who served us breakfast Joy, she's friendly and helpful with explanation. Also Mavis and Magola at reception

The furniture seems to be misplaced in our room,the couch should have been in the kitchenette area, and the bed in the other room with the wardrobe , not the other way round

Girlie weekend in Birmingham

Location was great,staff eager to help. Room very comfortble and value for money.

Had to wait an hour to check in,even though we had specified our check in time. The team gave us a a free soft drink and munchies on our return after a night out,and tried to give us a free late check out, unfortunately we couldnt take advantage of it as we had pre booked trains.
