Definitely consider Atalanta in your trip to Hanoi

Great location, staff was super friendly and helpful. Having a convenience store right in ground floor certainly helps.

Can be a bit noisy especially in lower floors. Beds were a bit hard but nothing to worry about.

We requested to give room road facing and on high floor despite hotel not fulll they rejected saying it is over booked and gave a room next to a bar which was so noisy at night ..... Staff was not cooperative

Exceptional

I love the room was very big and super clean. All the staffs are wonderful from receptionist, house keeping, security, and the manager too. If you are in Ha Noi and looking for family room then this is it. You will not disappoint especially everything so closed by. Trust me you get for what you pay. Thank you so much for everything they did while we stayed there. I would love to stay again if I am in Ha Noi again.

Best serviced apartment in Hanoi.

Great location in French Quarter, Old city at walking distance. Very professional and kind staff, a convenient grocery accessible from the lobby. The room was spacious and well equipped.

Very polite and responsive staff. Gym is decent and good enough for a quick workout. Apartments are serviced and including cleaning and water. Very well equipped.

Unprofessional staff

I booked a 3 bedroom apartment. At the last minute the hotel changed the booking to three 1 bedroom apartments. I was with a family with kids we clearly could not split in 3 different apartments. We asked to be compensated for one bedroom and we would compromise and take two 1 bedroom apartments but were denied, leaving us with no option but to accept the terms. The whole experience and stay was very different than planned.

A comfortable home in the heart of Hanoi

the space, comfort and convenient location that is close to everything in Hanoi whilst being off the tourist track. the Super7 convenience store off the main lobby is a real asset and there are bars, coffee shops and a pho street food cafe right opposite. Security if first class, not that Hanoi has problems, and all the staff are helpful and polite at all times. I think this is my 4th stay and I will stay again and again.

The staff here are extremely helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and well presented. Lovely bedding. Kitchen very clean and well equipped. All 3 apartments spacious and lovely furniture and decor. Uncluttered. Also lots of hot water and good air conditioning. Balcony to each apartment. Can't fault it. Would definitely recommend.
