Ne vom aminti cu drag vacanța ❤️

Camerele sunt spațioase, am avut si view catre mare, terasa unde am servit mesele foarte frumoasa, piscina si zona de sezlonguri au facut senzatie. Am gasit parcare cu usurinta, contra cost. Plaja a fost foarte aproape.

Hotelul este destul de vechi si neingrijit, nu se pune pret prea mare pe curatenie, in cele 4 zile ni s-a luat doar gunoiul din camera, nu s-au schimbat nici macar prosoapele, nu mai zic lenjeria de pat. Are un singur lift si acela foarte solicitat. In ceea ce priveste mesele, nu pot spune ca a fost ceva deosebit, nu a fost o varietate mare de mancare, dar gaseai 1-2 feluri pe placul fiecaruia. Pe partea de dulciuri si bauturi sta foarte slab. Am comandat la bar frappe contra cost si mi s-a dat ice latte iar explicația a fost “latte ul si frappe ul sunt acelasi lucru”. Clar nu este un hotel de 4 stele. Nu le merita, in schimb, ca raport calitate preț a fost ok. O experiență frumoasă,dar nu as mai reveni.

Great value for the quality of the services.

Very nice staff, good food and diverse. The drink included in all inclusive was decent. No hangovers after drinking all day at the pool. They also play Romanian music at the pool parties. Veri nice! Sa le dea dumnezeu sanatate!

Dovolená v pohodě

Jednoduše a zajímavě vybavený hotel, dost lehátek kolem bazénů, dobrá kuchyně, čerstvé ovoce, nepřítomnost dětí, celodenní hudební produkce, skvělá obsluha u baru.

Hotel nemá vlastní lehátka u pláže. Méně sedacích pytlů u bazénů a baru než v minulosti.

Tobulos atostogos: ko norėjau, tą ir gavau :)

Viskas patiko. Ir vieta netoli jūros, ir maistas. Viešbutyje labiausiai patiko daug vietos pasisėdėjimams. Daug visokiausių erdvių ant minkštasuolių, supynių, hamakų. Daug visur pagalvėlių, kas sukuria jaukumo jausmą.

Neieškojau jokių trūkumų, tad viskas patiko.

Zona de piscina, amplasarea hotelului , calitatea băuturilor servite la all inclus,gustul la mancare, barul și cu personalul de acolo

faptul ca barul se închidea la ora 23 și după aceasta ora nu mai exista niciun bar cu bani sau fără de la care sa ti poți lua ceva, atitudinea personalului care nici măcar nu salutau dimineața, liftul stricat 1 zii și jumătate și cum au gestionat aceasta problema, faptul ca nu aveau perne pe scaunele din nuiele din restaurant și terasa și din aceasta cauza era destul de încomod pt femei mai ales sa stai jos, curățenia precara din restaurant gen nu se matura sub insulele de mâncare unde erau resturi de mâncare din zilele anterioare , balcoanele ar trebui redecorate

Vacanță de neuitat ❗️

Totul la superlativ. Este al 3 lea an conscutiv când venim aici. Mâncarea bună și diversificată (meniuri și pt vegani). Fructe proaspete și reci + prăjituri. Personalul foarte amabil , chiar umil aș putea spune. Camerele , zona de bucătărie, piscinele curate. Merită fiecare bănuț 👌✅ Revenim și în august .

En underbar vistelse

Jättefin och ren hotell med supertrevlig personal. Fint poolområde och stranden är bara på 5 minuters avstånd. Jättefin strand också. God mat. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Gratis handdukar vid poolen hade varit trevligt. Kanske lite paus från musiken under nån timme under dagen så man kan koppla av, musiken var ganska hög hela tiden.

Don't hesitate! Amazing Hotel!

This is one of the best All-Inclusive resorts I have ever been to! As we arrived, the receptionists helped us with two parking spaces for our cars, instructing us where to park and how much it would cost (parking is paid, around 15 BGN per day). After our check-in at 14:00 (earlier check-in was not possible) we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of activities, food, bar and board games selection provided. The main lobby is open space, equipped with 2 PlayStation 4 devices, 2 Pool tables, 1 Table Football and 1 Ping Pong table, which are excellent for a relaxing time with friends! We were surprised to see many cocktails that were included in our All-Inclusive Package. The beer was very tasty and they are NOT skimpy with the alcohol amount in the cocktails! Some shots are included in the package as well which are great to get the party going. There is music all day starting from 10:00 until 23:00 when they are legally obligated to stop the music and unfortunately also the bar. The All-Inclusive Package includes several meals a day which include: Breakfast, Late Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch, Dinner. The food changes every single day and there is A LOT of variety from fish to beef to pork and chicken or even vegetarian! The food was delicious every single time, i suggest you try all the variations of food and to pick your favorite! Mine was the fish stew! :) The two outside pools are a bit cold but in the summer heat it fitted perfectly. There was also an animation team who were very cheerful and funny :) The Hotel is also equipped with a small gym enough to get a workout in you as well as a sauna and massages. The Hotel does not have a private beach, but in the back of it there is a wooden path that brings you directly to the beachfront of Kiko Bar, where you have the possibility to rent a sunbed for 10 BGN per day, but there is plenty of free space where you can put your beach towel on the sand and enjoy the Sea. We had a wonderful time at Cook's Club! Enjoy!

The parking posibilites are VERY limited. We were very lucky to find two empty lots. Otherwise everything was heavenly!

Perfect hospitality experience!

This is by far the best adults only hotel in Sunny Beach. Hip, trendy, upbeat, with exquisite design and state of the art pools. The location is really great and within walking distance to the best upscale nearby beach bars in the area. Loved the activities and the kindness of all people working there. Highly recommended and I will be back! Thank you for everything Cooks Club stars.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would add to the room is an extra ambient light somewhere close to the balcony door. The main 3 lights of the room are beautiful but an extra ambient light would be a great addition.

if we forget about my check in trouble with reception, nice hotel to chill for few days…

bar and pool area was very comfortable to spend time.. and only few minutes away from beach.

hospitality mindset of the property is weird. i have arrived around 12:00 o’clock, couple of hours before check in. although they had avaible rooms, they kept telling the company policy and didnt give me any room.. by the time there was a big group to check in at 14:00, i had to wait even almost extra hour to check in.

nice modern hotel with nightlife a short taxi to the main strip. highly recommend.

The rooms are spacious, large bathroom and bedroom area along with a big balcony. The food was good and the hotel has a lively atmosphere for the best part of all day.

Overall it was exceptional

It's exactly like the pictures! The pools are big, the rooms are good looking, with minimalist design. The food was great, there was something new every day and also there was a live cook on every meal, that made pancakes, eggs, burgers or steak in front of you. You definitely can't stay hungry with the all inclusive package. The drinks included in the all inclusive were also great. The staff was really polite. There were a DJ and an animation crew for entertainment. Over all it was a great experience!

The parking... that's the only complaint we have. If you can find a place to park (because there aren't enough) it costs 15lv per day. We didn't park at their "parking", but on a street near the hotel, where it wasn't blue zone. It was a 5 minute walk to the hotel, but we saved ourselves 60lv.

Interesting unfinished decoration

Nice walking distantce to Old Nessebar and 350 m to the beach. Clean pool and green space. Large and bright room. Good breakfast with lots of food to chose from.

We had a 6 day stay at the hotel and the cleaning staff when called just pased the vacum cleaner, no towel chaging or sheets. NO hairdryer !!! At check out we forgot a souvenir in the room and they just threw it away and said didin't found it. In the restaurant staff is very robotic... While eating, more then once, they wanted to take the plates with food on it. 😳 Or just took the plates away if you go for water refill. The party at the pool ends at 23h. And the night club opens only on weekends, not during the week.

Good value, food, mattress, pools and staff.

The towels were washed with no detergent and no softener for sure, no fragrance, they smelled pretty bad. Wiping your body with those towels after the shower actually made you smelly. Rooms need to be more clean. No reserved beach by the hotel. Since it's an adult resort/hotel, they should keep the bar lights on at least until midnight and not at 23hrs. No power outlets near the bed for charging your phone.

poor

front desk staff was ukrainian lady with very poor english and bulgarian language skills, communication was very poor and overall level of service was unacceptable. Bulgarian front desk staff was really nice and polite though. Once we got transferred to them check in was smooth, would rate them 10. We had a room on the second floor and there were ants walking inside the door, unacceptable for a hotel of such high standard. We complained about it to the ukrainian front desk lady but she did nothing to rectify the situation, would not go back for sure.

Great price/quality ratio. if you do not expect Dubai's 5* rating then hotet should meet your needs

Very well located hotel (just between Sunny Beach and Nessebar) - there's just a walk distance to shops, some diners/pubs and roughly 2 kilometres to the Old Town. Also hotel is in first line to the beach. Rooms are spacious, with big balconys and the infrastructure around the pools is as it should be. Fantastic roses around the fence :) Enormous variety of food - always 2 soups and 6 main dishes for dinner and supper. Salads, dressings, desserts in addition. Live cooking as an additional feature. It was very good choice for our vacation time

After the season has started the animations were a little bit to loud and intense. The lady with microphone should encourage participants a little bit quieter
