Great short stay in sunny beach

Very central with lots of places to eat drink and entertainment just outside the entrance. There were 2 bathrooms in the 2 bed apartment we had which had a small kitchen with 2 ring hob microwave fridge. The balcony was large with a sea view.

Excellent location, just at the end of Flower Street. No issues with the apartment and it had everything that I required. Recommended :)

It can be noisy at night, mainly due to the good location that it had, close to all the bars etc., but it did not really bother us, but might be a concern if you had a very young family.

A perfect holiday

I liked very much the location, right on the beach, the sea view from the very large balcony, the large size of the apartment. Also the aparment is well equiped with everything you need, just like home, lots of plates, pots, good oven, washing machine, hair dryer, iron. You feel exactley like home, very, very comfortable. Being located in the center you have easy acces to lots of restaurants, but also lots of shops opened 24 hous, includind some supermarkets with competitive prices like Aldo, next building and Janet 300 m away which has lots of discounts and very good prices. I used to go to all inclusive in different countries, but in the last years I started this type of tourism and I feel much better, especially if the apartment is large, has 2 bathrooms, one large living room, 2 bedrooms and a kichen. I and my family just felt wonderful!

Perfect spot on Sunny Beach

The apartman was as described, the photos were from the exact apartman. The staff is very friendly and the service is prompt. We had a minor problem with the shower door, told the staff, went out for an hour. When we returned, the door was fixed. The location is fantastic, on Flower street, right in the middle of all the action. The apt is spacious, two toilets, two aircons, two balconies, a micro, a fridge, a washing machine. There are food joints, shops, pharmacy, supermarkets right in the building, so all your needs are covered and the beach is right across the street with fantastic seaview from the balconies. I wholeheartedly recommend this place despite the noise.

There's constant and loud music from the street from early morning till midnight. There's Aircon so you can close the doors and windows and you can sleep, but between 2:30 to 5:00 am very drunk and very loud British folk comes to eat at the fast food joint right in front of the apt. Earplugs can be bought at the pharmacy in the building, but still annoying.

The perfect room for partying at Sunny beach

The location bang on the beach, in the middle of the party. Can't be better if u want to party. But beware it is really loud till early morning. 2 bathrooms is an extra advantage.

The room itself is basic especially the kitchen but it works for a short stay.

Location is on the beach, very central. Staff were great.

The area is busy and hotel is next to very loud bars that are open until 5am... Avoid if sensitive to noise.

Nothing special and surprising, location as in picture and description on booking.com.

My rating is poor because the description of the location does not mention anything about music passing through the closed windows. Kaya app. is central, near beach, but also across the street of two largest clubs in Sunny Beach (Viking Beach Club and Palm Beach Bar ). The clubs compete by playing louder and louder music as evening approaches. They play very loud music (bass) begining at 14.00 and end next morning at sunrise(5.00) ! Verry noisy place. You have all windows exposed to them. The reception is just smiling, it doesn't really help you. Even the air conditioning batteries were replaced with ones that stopped working the next day.

Loved it!

Location is perfect, especially if you are going out at night. And the apartment has one THE best views in the entire Sunny Beach!! The people working the reception was really, really nice. I had to cut my stay short because of personal reasons, and its was no problem getting help late at night. My new fav place to stay in Sunny Beach when I dont feel the need for a pool.

I forgot to inform the reception, but there was a couple of ants roaming the apartment, but this is pretty normal in Sunny Beach.

Seriously though if you want to be in the middle of the nightlife and great food and service in early / late season

the location, the cleanliness, the views ! nothing not to like

the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable and my mate was snoring his head off for 6 nights.

You cannot get more central. On the corner of the Prominade and Flower Street.

The noise and heat were just unbearable. The Air-conditioning didn't work, so you need to leave the doors open and you are surrounded by four 24hr bars that pump out thumping loud music from around 2pm until 4-5 in the morning. The sun comes in by about 7am and turned the place into a sauna, even with blackout curtains closed and the doors open.

Highly recommended in the center of Sunny Beach

We've booked the beach frontal apartment with my family (3 generations). The rooms are very spacious, the view from all 3 rooms are amazing as the beach is just in front of it. The rooms face east so we could enjoy the sunrise over the sea right from our room! Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with toilets, plus there's an extra 3rd toilet which was amazing for a family of 5. The apartment is well equipped, hair dryers, cloth hangers, ironing board, wash machine, everything. The building is in the center of Sunny Beach and I mean in the center! The best restaurants, beach bars and beaches are just below the apartment - we didn't have walk to find something interesting to do, just had to step out of the building. There are multiple WiFi networks to choose from and the connection was fast - I could join conference video calls with no problems. The boat to Nessebar's old town departures right in front the building. And the hosts are super nice!

some may find the noise disturbing at night as beach bars are just next to the building - but not me or my 5 year old, we slept great!

Superb

There was no breakfast, but the apartment has all the facilities to prepare a breakfast and not only. The location is close to the beach, shops, restaurants... During the weekend evenings it might get noisy, but closing the windows it is OK. There is air conditioning and balconies in the bedrooms and living room. Towels exchanged daily and waste removed daily as well. Access through elevator to the upper floors. Parking not included in the apartment price, and there is an additional cost of 25 BGN/day, but the parking is just beside the building and guarded.

Wifi is not quite stable could use some improvement. There is no shower cabin, but floortraps and not all water is being properly conveyed towards them, so there is a need for mopping a bit, however this is a construction flaw.

Only for those who can sleep after 02:00 am. with closed doors. It is noisy as it is on the main street close to several discos and beach party places. Host is very very helpful and flexible!

Big apartment with balcony in the epicenter of sunny beach party zone. So of course it is noisy during night. Stores just around the corner. Parking at location is available. I recomment a walk to the old city of Nessebar along the beach.
