the apartments are great all facing the pool, very clean, super confy , the restaurant opened now is a plus

yes is kind of distant to Sunny beach centre , and a 10 minwalk to the beach , but is a quiet area and you always enjoy sunat the pool

Nice place!

It was very well cleaned when we arrived. The staff was really friendly and knew English. The location is great too. There were enough kitchen supplies and tools in the kitchen.

That they didn’t clean the apartment during the entire stay (they said because of Covid) the WiFi was weak, and the pool was too cold for my taste.

Good place with spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, plenty of space for parking in the street or inside and everything you need for an apartment. Also very cleen, but a little bit far from center, still near the sea and shops if you need.

Good value for money, nice appartment, clean and equipped kitchen

Nice appartment with balcony, Pool, complex in general, aircon, equipped kitchen ie scissors, cullinder, pots and pans etc, Complex staff were helpful. ie more toilet rolls! etc

Towels not changed in 6 days, no cleaning was done during our stay. Sofa bed could be more comfy.

Superb

The apartment was very spacious and you have most of the utensils you will need there. It was quiet at night.

The Wi-Fi connection was bad in one of the rooms and simply not present in the other rooms.

I still like the place, its location, its quietness.

We were there for 6th time and it seems to me that the things are slowly going worse, the equipment of apartments as well as the service. We stayed 11 nights and during our stay neither bed sheets nor towels were changed, we had to go to reception on the 6th day with all towels and ask for clean ones. I know they had hard time last year, we all had, and we returned to support our favourite place...

A great budget property for up to 4 people in a good location.

I like the size of the appartment and also the two balconies. This made is airy. The pool was spotles but cold however with sunny weather absolutly fine. I was able to cook my own food as I was staying for one month it has a big fridge and a freezer absolutely great as I was having cooling kids for the beach that has to be frozen. The stuff is very nice polite and always up to help. You are never left alone everything is possible and they try to resolve every problem. I really like the fact that this people run this property. There was not even once a no or sorry but always maybe and lets try this and that. They tried to fix the wifi for me but it didn't work. For my work it was really important to have reliable internet and I used my mobile as a hub. It was working okay. The location is near to cacao beach and that comes with a nice beach. There are public busses freuquently going between Nessebar and Sunny Beach center for 1,5 lv. I was using this quiet often and they are running in the season up to 00;30.

I really would love the property to change their internet. This property is really so super nice and the people who are working there are so extremely polite and friendly that it hurts me to write negative about it however it is knows and needs to be adressed. In any case I would defenetly come back and would recommend this property.

The shower cabin needs to be clean with anticalk solution , it has never been cleaned (walls and door).Sink faucet is moving.

Excellent clean department and best value for money in Sunny Beach

Appartment was spotless on arrival. Wi-fi worked everywhere, all staff could not have been more helpful. Fridge freezer was very large and new. It is located between both Nesabar and Sunny Beach also only 10minutes from the beach. All are in easy walking distance. Fantastic appartment would highly reccomend.

Mini Market not open. The last night there was very loud music from the waste ground behind the appartments all night until 6am. Not the appartments fault just to advise as we left at 7am before the staff arrived.

Very dirty rooms Linen and towels didnt look clean Dirt, dust, hair on the floors Cleaning in the rooms was done superficially Unfortunately would not recommend!
