Posto incantevole per un’esperienza indimenticabile. Il tour con la jeep è imperdibile e i ragazzi ti fanno sentire parte di una famiglia con la loro accoglienza

I liked the view of the stars in the sky at night. The food was also delicious, and the chef was so polite .
Firstly, the room isn’t what it seems compared to what is shown on Booking. It’s very different whatsoever. There is no air conditioning at all in the tent, so it was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sit inside not even for a few minutes without feeling hot and sun sick. We had an infant with us who couldn’t stand the heat at all. We booked the tent fot 2 nights but had to cancel the second night because of the scorching heat. We were also alone in the site which led to boredom.
We forgot a few things belonging to our baby in the camp site, so we talked to management about it but they wouldn’t respond and they were not cooperative. So we had to personally send someone to go get the items which led to paying 20JD.
The car ride to get to the camp site was very bumpy and unsafe especially with us sitting in the back in an open space with a baby and no seatbelts whatsoever.

We booked a family room with private bathroom and everything was above expectations. The dinner was delicious, they cooked chicken with vegatables in a traditional way, under the sand, they showed us how and it was amazing. The view is fantastic, and the area is beyond words.
We also booked the 4 hours jeep tour that ended watching the sunset in the desert by the fire while being served with bedouin tea and cookies.
They took care of everything, from picking us up from the meeting place to making our stay memorable.

Great location with comfortable tent/cabin. Well situated in Wadi Rum for excursions and activities. Very friendly staff and easy to communicate with them.
Food selection was a little limited. The excursions were a little pricey compared to other places in Jordan (but the location is very isolated).

People were amazing.
The bedrooms, the view, the food and atmosphere : 10/10 recommend !!
The jeep tour is the best.
We will come back for sure

We had a room of very good size, our toddler and 2 young children had space to move around.
We were not informed we had to pay extra for the transfer to the camp. We were requested 60 jod for the two families (under the same booking). This information was not given to is from the start but they asked us to pay thus extra fee only at the end. Usually this transfer is free

we loved the hospitality of the staff and the full day tour in the desert. Our guide Farak aka FuFu was excellent, he did amazing tour and he made our experience in the desert outstanding! thank you so so much, this trip will be always in our heart <3

Staff, driver’s ability to speak English. Minimal communication

Very nice staff, the camp is well located and the tents are well oriented. We had a wonderful sun rise. The facilities are clean.
If you want to book a tour, make sure that the guide gives you some information on the site. We didn‘t ask and so he just drove us.

Our host Faraj was very nice , helpful and hes positive energy really just uplifted the whole experience in the camp.
Communication was easy and fast we quickly find each other in the parking lot upon arrival and we got answers for all our questions.
For our day out excursion in the desert we had Abdul as our guide , could not have been any better , helpful , funny and good company ,really good guide.
All over we had very good stay in the camp the food is absolutely stunning the view from the rooms spectacular absolutely worth visiting .

It was extraordinary! A life experience not to be missed…from the superb location of the accommodation, to the atmosphere created by Faraj and his brothers.
Faraj took care of us, he took us from the Wadi Rum ‘s entrance to the accommodation, he was our guide on the tour, he delighted us with stories, with jokes, he answered our curiosities.
Throughout my vacation in Jordan, I drank the best tea and the best lentil soup, here! We were pleasantly impressed and we will return.
ps, we arrived around lunch time directly from the airport, we didn't have any lunch reserved, but they served us some of their traditional dishes and it was perfect.

The atmosphere is great, the staff very friendly and helpful
It was very cold and there was no heating in the rooms only blankets. There was no hot water to shower and during the morning there was power off

What didn’t we like? We loved everything so much that here we are 2 days later wishing we were back there!! The rooms are perfect and the big tent as the hang-out spot is such a lovely place with it’s never ending supply of sweet black tea that we couldn’t get enough off, new people to meet and swap Jordan experiences with, cracking jokes with the staff, and a quiet place to do your own thing. The guided jeep tours take you to the prettiest view points in the desert with guides that are knowledgeable and so open to answering any questions. Our guide, Dahi, very quickly became our favourite person to chat with and listen to his experiences, Taha the chef cooks the most brilliant food at every meal, and Mater runs the whole place as a home that you want to keep going back to!!
We loved everything!!

The food was good, staff were with hospitality and they are very welcoming. Everything was quiet excellent, especially the view. We enjoyed the camp fire and stars at night time. We were also surprised by the traditional way of food making and the taste was also really nice. I would definitely recommend it to my other friends.
The coldness. Though it is the season issue.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Did so much to make sure we were comfortable
Very professional
Nothing. It was all great

Amazing place, amazing tent, amazing and extremely helpful and entertaining people who go out of their way to make you comfortable. God's best people are working in this camp. Food was really incredible too along with safari.
Special mention to Salama and Taha, God bless them ❤️
No complaints whatsoever, I wish I could stay longer.

Your host picks you up at the Wadi Rum Guest House and with an offroad car, takes you to the camp. Very honest and helpful people, from the point of campfire to offering sage tea and lentil soup, they were very accomodating! Dinner was very delicious, cooked under the sand in a firepit. It is magical to be under a blanket of stars. The room was quite warm, additional blankets were also available. We cooked 3 hour desert trip for the next morning as well, overall the whole experience was 10/10

Location, team, food, views, hospitality. Everything was great.
Unfortunately we didn’t have water in our cabin even though we booked the one with private bathroom. But we were able to use the shared bathroom which was fine.

This was a real beduin experience. The silence at this camp is amazing. The star gazing at night by the open fire was also the best. No other camps are close, no other noise to upset the silence.
All was perfect. We had the most amazing experience with Ali who took us through the desert with a jeep for 6 hours and we watched the Sunset in the desert while he made some beduin tea. We hope to come again and stay here for longer. Some gorges have verry special energy and I would love to experience it again.

Beautiful location, very friendly staff.
A bit pricy compared to other camps.

Everything was as expected from the pictures and description. The best overall thing was our host Ali. He made sure we had the best possible time in the desert. He arranged camel rides and took us on the best jeep tour ever. He was timely, knowing, funny and engaged all the way through. He made the visit to Wadi Rum memorable.

Everything was perfect, from the friendly pickup at the Resthouse, to the organisation of activities, everything was taken care of. Very good food (diner and breakfast) and nice huts (we had the ones with a big glass window and a private bathroom) with amazing views. Loved every minute of it.
Only stayed for one night. If you really wanna relax and unwind, i would reecommend to stay 2 or 3 nights.

All amazing: location, landscape, food, staff, desert trip and camel ride.

The staff were really very friendly and made us feel welcome.

We will make this easy for you: chose Milky Way Bedouin Camp! It was an unforgettable experience thanks to the incredible desert, the people working at this camp and the tent we chose (best view of this vacation). A bit more detail to help you decide:
We stayed in the Deluxe tent which is very spacious, stays fresh even through the hot weather, and the view… breathtaking. Wake up with that view, watch the stars at night, it is a whole experience by itself.
In terms of service at this camp, all your needs will be served by the sweet Taha (might be spelling his name wrong). He will cook you amazing traditional food (we got to try a local dish that is cooked in the underground!), he will always have tea ready for you and he will even share his sisha with you if you want.
When we arrived, we booked the Jeep Tour at the camp and Ali was our guide: choose him if you can! The tour included hiking, sand surfing, visiting special places at the desert, petting some camels we passed by, enjoy sunset with freshly made tea and eat lunch in the middle of the desert done in the spot. The tour plan is not fixed, Ali is more than open to know your interests and adapt the plan to what you want, and the price was great compared to what we saw on the internet! Ali has a great sense of humor and was really nice to talk to which made all this even more special. His great knowledge about the history of the place made him always answer my nonstop curious questions (he even advised us on the best moment to see the stars – we even saw a shotting star). You will love this experience.
Thank you for everything Ali and Taha!

Great and helpful staff...it was such a great moment to do Bedouin dance together with them....sunrise from the room
Delux room with private bathroom shouldn't be titled as delux...big windows are definitely great thing but it would be nice to clean them sometimes. Shade curtains are transparent or totally missing on one window. Plastic sheets and cheap mattress. This camp has great potential but only with little bit more care about the details

Everything exceeded our expectations. The room is clean ! The beds are very comfortable ! They have hot water (yes, in the desert) and free tea/free drinking water and free coffee ! WOW ! The people acted very real, friendly and really human like ... it is a mouth of fresh air coming from these times (were people are starting to become more and more like robots & animals, rather than humans). The stars were breath taking and the desert has a unique beautify that must be seen. It was the best experience we had in Jordan !
There is simply nothing not to like here, because everything is more than perfect !
You can't even imagine the wonderfulness that you will find there in the desert !
