Great location, 5 min walk to centre of York. Hosts were helpful and the bed was comfy. Tea and coffee were provided which was a nice touch. Thank you for having us.

The stairs were steep, especially to the second bedroom. This can't be helped by the hosts but would just be aware if your mobility isn't the best.

Everything we wanted and more.

Loved its central but quiet location and how obliging and responsive Rosie the owner was. Thought the apartment was smart and well equipped with some thoughtful extra touches - certainly no sense of skimping.

Would have loved a blind in the attic bedroom.

Nice place, good for families

Wonderful location and place. The second room is literally like climbing a ladder, so the kids loved it. BUT if you can't climb stairs we'll, then this may not be for you! Very comfortable king bed in the master bedroom. Lovely owner and stay! Thanks!

Easy communication with owner. Keys collected via lockbox. Perfect central location within easy walking distance of city centre. Off road parking space for one car. The apartment was nicely decorated with good quality fixtures and fittings. Central heating easy to control. Strong WiFi. Nice shower. Bed and couches very comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time we are in York.

Perfectly placed had everything we needed. Was easy to find and get access to.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Of course, the owners won't realise it as you cannot know unless you sleep on it.

Excelent housing for a 1 night trip to celebrate a birthday.

The fact that staying in an apartment with friends is so much fun that booking a hotel. The floor was soft and fluffy carpet, felt soo nice. The beds were comfy, the kitches well equiped. This apartment convinced us, that next time we travell somewhere we will only book an apartment.

The second bedroom on the top floor... well it was a little bit weird, that a bathtub was in there, and the toilet placed inside "Narnia". I get the concept to provide a full bahroom facility to that room also, but how it was established seemed a little bit hasty and unprofessional.

Fabulous apartment in great location

Fabulous apartment in beautiful location. Great facilities within 10 minute walk from city walls. Fully equipped modern kitchen and living/dining area. Sky Tv and plenty of room for 4 guests.

The 2nd bedroom in the loft was fine for us but would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems or anyone very tall. Checkin time of 2.30 pm was a problem for us with the parking also not available until then. In the event we received a message to say we could check in at 12 which would have been perfect but didn't see the message until much later when we had already encountered problems with parking.

The location was perfect, the apartment was lovely inside with everything that we could possibly need. The hosts were in contact with us before so we had all the information and there was also a full pack of information inside too.

Great place to relax after a busy day walking.

Location - close to everything, but set in a quite street. The apartment has everything you could possibly think of. Great to have allocated parking. Was able to check in early, liked the later check out time too.

The apartment was spacious bright and clean, The kitchen was modern and had every appliance you need, Sky Q TV in both bedrooms as well as lounge, Even an Alexa which was a nice homely touch. The apartment is relaxed 10 minute walk to the Minster and the shops. Would i use this apartment again?...HELL YEAH 😁

Really lovely place great location.

excellent location, 10 minutes walk to York Minster and the centre of town just a little further. warm and cosy, everything you could possibly need at the apartment.

The stairs to the attic room were incredibly steep, more like a ladder than a staircase. we were not made aware of this prior to booking. ok for us as we are all young fit and able but would not recommend for anyone elderly etc

Fantastic Space. Home From Home

Lovely compact appartment. Its like having a home from home. Everyone had a great sleep in the very comfortable beds with good quality bedding. The location was perfect. I will definitely book here again if it is available.

I couldn't deal with the extremely steep stairs to the second bedroom in the attic space but it wasn't a problem, as my adult son used that room and loved the quirky alternate steps which he called witches steps.

Great stay in an amazing apartment

The location is very convenient, outside of city gate but close enough - walking distance. Beds were fantastic and the cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding! The apartment is very well looked after and the furniture and amenities high end!
