Clean and comfortable very good value
Only one set of towels, as only a one night stay we shared. When booking for two people you expect at least two bath towels.

It was a lovely clean hotel. The food at the pub was excellent and brought out quickly. Good facilities for kids. The staff were all friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay there again.
We had a disabled room as my husband is in a wheelchair and he found the bed a little too high. The sink was quite near to the toilet so couldn't get his wheelchair comfortably in position to transfer. It would have been nice to have had an extra chair in bathroom to sit on after showering for non wheelchair users. We do appreciate all disabilities are different and not all are wheelchair users so it's difficult to adapt a room for everyone, overall we managed, it was one of the better disabled rooms we have been in.

Lovely room, clean and tidy, with an easy booking in procedure. The meal in the pub was cooked fresh and i was served quickly, i don't know the name of the server but she was great, helpful and attentive.
Room was next to the main door, this was noisy at night with people talking outside and smoke from smoking outside seeping in to the room.

Privacy, warm comfortable room, free parking, mostly nice staff.
Non existent under cover smoking area. Room not particularly clean, mirrors dirty, stains on bathroom walls, no extractor fan in the bathroom.

The bed was so comfy. Lovely restaurant across the way. Perfect location for what we wanted.
Reception was at the back of the bar which meant struggling through A busy lunchtime restaurant with suitcases even though there was a purpose built reception in the hotel. Staffing issues I presume?

Check in was late and could have been any time.
I requested a double bed, sofa bed and a single bed and I got a double bed and a single bed. I was travelling with my adult daughter and teenage son, reception informed me that it was assumed that we were a couple and a child travelling together and therefore did not provide a third bed. This mean sharing a bed with my child!!! not acceptable. When I went to reception to ask for another room with three beds as stated on my booking he said unfortunately he could not offer me one as there was a pull out bed but he could not give me any bedding for it. I was also informed that it would have been cheaper to book directly with the hotel than go through bookings.com. Breakfast was also very expensive (again would have been cheaper if I had booked directly with the hotel. The bathroom smelled of smoke.

Right in the middle of retail park great shopping and on few minutes from beach and local taxi cheap

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did not realise this Inn was located in the middle of a Industrial snd shopping site. We were looking for a quieter location near to Broadstairs. We were disappointed it would suit commercial travellers perfectly. Our outlook from our room was the wall of industrial unit. Ok for short term overnight stays fir travellers. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

The room was comfortable, clean and convenient, in a separate building to check in at the pub across the service road. The area is the main shopping centre for the 3 towns and the main road is very busy (though we didn't hear traffic as the insulation is good.Right next to two major supermarkets and convenient for all areas of Thanet.
The pub food was good and excellent service, but not quite to our taste if we had been there for holiday, and it was very busy. The breakfast was more than we wanted to pay, as we didn't want cooked, so we went across to Sainsbury's café.

nice clean restaurant and the service was excellent, particularly one member of staff who was exceptional
price on booking.com was £25.00 more expensive than booking direct with the hotel, but i found that out too late

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, good temp with air con. The location was great and no more than 20mins from all the attractions we visited. The shopping centre across the road was a bonus with lots of shops and restaurants. The pub linked to the accommodation was clean and family friendly with a good selection of drinks, food. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
The smashed avocado and poached egg wasn't great but continental was lovely and fresh with lots of choice.

Unfortunately we didnt get to have breakfast as we were too late.
More precise information in our rooms about meal times would be useful.
