Rachel is very friendly and helpful. Self catering breakfast provided in our room was very good. Twin beds were comfortable. Nice quiet part of Stamford but not far from town centre.

Very good

Ideally situated for a nice stroll into Stamford Town centre. Very warm welcome, comfy bed, and lovely shower. We were provided with nice croissants, locally made bread and plenty of tea/coffee.

Very enjoyable and a delightful host.

We loved the location. The facilities were great. Everything was to hand and very near the centre of Stamford. A delightful host and will definitely stay again when in the area.

Very pleasant, comfortable room. Double doors opened onto a flower filled patio. Rachel wasvery welcoming. Easy walk into town. Would recommend.

Nice room was very comfortable and warm. Lovely welcome upon arrival. enjoyable stay.

The host was very helpful and very nice to stay with. We enjoyed our stay, she even helped us with boiling our eggs as we left our microwave egg cooker behind. would stay there again, easy walk to town centre.

Rachel our host was very helpful , friendly but not intrusive , clean , cosy , a lovely space , close to town centre on foot . a warm friendly welcome ideal stopover for us .

A B &B delight.

A lovely place, and a short stroll to the town. A spacious room and ensuite. A pretty garden and a very good continental breakfast. An excellent host.

Top marks for everything.

Continental breakfast was lovely and fresh. Ground coffee and cafetiere a real treat. Lovely comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Rachel is an excellent host. No fuss but there if you need her. The Little Annexe is a real gem and especially good for me visiting a friend who lives nearby.

Outstanding in every respect.

Rachel our host was amazing. We will definitely return to the little annexe and would recommend it to friends and family. Only 14 minutes walk to the wonderful historic Stamford.

A faultless B&B

Breakfast was very simple and nice with all we wanted. Fresh ground coffee and plenty of everything. Own fridge and microwave. Super be beds also nice chairs and a tv that worked properly. French Windows t a private patio with table and chsirsvand e ending lighting. Beautifully fresh room, and great shower room. Landlord very nice lady help full and accommodating. Private enterance was nice also.

For us nothing. I would suggest that anyone with walking difficulties might find the way in required care or would need to use main enterance. Pretty faultless to be honest

Lovely fresh bread. Choice of breakfast offered. Great location close to town centre. Wonderful welcome.

Perfect 10 if we'd had sealed milk butter jam at this covid time. Otherwise everything was amazing.

It was pleasurable and good value for money.

The location was perfect for visitng the town and was spotlessly clean.The continental breakfast was just right and the teas and coffees were good quality. As it was a nice morning we were able to have breakfast sitting outside which was a pleasant bonus. I would strongly recommend it.

The accomadation was a 5 minute drive from where my family live. I will definately go again.

Wonderful stay.

Ideal location for visiting family and the town centre. Lovely room with all you could need. Clean & tidy. Rachel is really lovely, most helpful & welcoming, fresh bread, milk and other bits were a really lovely touch. Definitely be back.
