スタッフが親切かつ、リーズナブル。翌日の車の手配が前日の夜遅くに可能だった。朝食が良かった。

A nice hotel, close to the city centre.

The room was spacious, clean, tidy, with a balcony to the garden. Breakfast was nice, though not with a big variety. The pool was a perfect relaxing spot. Close to the city centre.

I had an issue with the staff, feeling they didn’t understand my needs and wouldn’t cooperate (things tackled with in a few minutes in Europe).

An enjoyable stay with friendly and helpful staff

The room was comfortable, spacious and with tasteful decor. The breakfast was enjoyable. The pool was relatively small but pleasant enough. The gardens are really well maintained.

Very good place to stay in Siem Reap.

The hotel was great. Very clean, very helpful staff. The pool was well maintained. Welcoming approach. It served us very well.

It was hard at times to get attention for the pool (lights on). But we had a very good stay.

A great place to stay in Siem Reap.

Nice hotel, cosy place to stay, close to many places but still quiet. The staff is awesome, nice, polite and really helpful(even if you have requests that are not easy to resolve late in the evening, they do their best and manage to help). Next time I come to Cambodia I’ll definitely stay at this place again. Thanks to all!

Im Internet als 5 Sterne-Hotel präsentiert - es sind maximal 3 Sterne (abgewohnte Einrichtung, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel) der Preis ist zu hoch für das was man bekommt Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich und um 9:30 Uhr gibt es nicht mehr alles Im Internet steht, dass es ein Restaurant gibt - das ist nicht mehr so

Nice, but away from everything.

Staff was very helpful with any questions. Very quiet. EXCELLENT breakfast that came with room. Beautiful terrace and pool

Location was away from the main part of town. Not walkable and very limited in services nearby. (Smoothie stand across the street is really good!) It is a short TukTuk drive to the main street. WiFi was not great. Was traveling with my teenage kids - both bathroom and shower had frosted doors right off the bedroom - no privacy. We had to do rotations of leaving the room for showers. Beds were hard as rocks - very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Disappointed! Don’t trust the pictures available.

Staff are friendly and the menu breakfast was much better than the buffet.

Bed is hard as a rock, would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The restaurant is only available for breakfast, no lunch or dinner available. The bar is also not available. The buffet breakfast had stale bread as it’s clearly put out more than one day. When the buffet was t available due to lack of guests the breakfast was awesome as it was made to order. The room furniture is dirty and paint is chipping everywhere, cracks everywhere and just needs some care and a revamp or a new paint job.

Good value for money, great location, very helpful staff and services

Very friendly staff - organised our temple tour, helped with a lost wallet. The room was a decent size, quiet and clean. Nice salt chlorinated pool.

Poor selection of TV channels, no body wash in the shower, breakfast menu was limited, very bad fitness centre

it was clean and modern with a fantastic pool. staff were attentive and the breakfast was a winner for 3 dollars. all in all, would highly recommend. massage was amazing the driver was very friendly

Nice hotel, good value for money

Spacious room with clean design, balcony, quiet area, lovely swimming pool, decent breakfast, friendly staff.

The wifi was not very good, sometimes regular speed, sometimes very very slow., the shower doesn't have a border on the floor and the drain doesn't work well so anything longer than a couple minutes in it and the bathroom floor will be covered in water so no chance for long showers, which is really needed after a full day walking in the heat (38C).

Good but not great.

Lovely, helpful reception staff. Rooms were big, modern with good lighting and came with a balcony.

Don't look as nice as the advertised pictures, bathroom smelled a bit, lobby was just a sofa and chairs with a couple of books thrown in. Gym was very small and with some old equipment.

Relaxing resort hotel

Spacious and well-designed room. Staff is courteous, helpful and English-speaking. Brekkie is very satisfying. Location is in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes walk to the city center. There is airport shuttle available. Likewise, it was good to have a private vehicle for the Angkor Archeological Park exploration. The driver, Peter, is nice and accommodating.

Great hotel in great location

Nice rooms, good location in Wat Bo so out of the party area but a close walk, good surrounding bars and restaurants.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low but we were on the 4th floor, wasn’t bad but could have been better
