Very relaxing and comfortable in a great historical area.
10.0 / 10.0
A great getaway that was private, super quiet, and romantic. Centrally located and within walking distance to explore Savannah. It was awesome keeping the car parked for 2 days.

We had an amazing stay at this historic Inn located in Savannah, Georgia. The building's charm and character added so much to our experience, and it was incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The location couldn't have been better—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short walk away. Highly recommended for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Savannah's unique atmosphere!
8.0 / 10.0
We stayed here for 3 days. It was good, the only thing we didn't care for was the bed was a bit uncomfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and also loved the private parking in the back.
8.0 / 10.0
The property is gorgeous and within walking distance of many of the must see sights. We were pleased with the cleanliness and set up. One thing I did not realize is that we were on the second floor of a three story building and were unfortunate enough to get inconsiderate neighbors above us. That is not the property management’s fault, as they don’t manage that specific unit, but it is a consideration for the property some might want to know. Overall, great property.
10.0 / 10.0
As advertised, the location is central and convenient. It is also on a main street (Liberty) and there is some car and pedestrian noise at night, so if complete silence is needed, this is not a good choice, but it was alright for us. Instructions were very clear. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. Location was excellent for our adventures. We extended our stay one day (before we arrived) and the door code changed on our last day, but a new code was provided quickly. Overall, it was very clean and comfortable.

Loved our stay. This home is in the perfect location in historical area. Short walking distance to everything. Off street parking a big plus. Photos were accurate. No elevator. Would highly recommend. Only suggestion is replace coffeemaker with one that automatically shuts off.
8.0 / 10.0
Lots of walking to the various parks and squares. Easy place to walk around. This particular place can be a bit loud due to traffic, but has parking available and is easily walkable.

This historical place was the perfect location to walk everywhere! We walked to Forsyth Park and down to River Street with ease. So many good places to dine breakfast, lunch and dinner within a 10 min walk. We felt safe and the neighborhood was nice. Only downside would be the small refrigerator. Hard to put leftovers and store waters and drinks. The bathroom was small, but functional. The king bed was so comfortable!
10.0 / 10.0
Spacious, second floor apartment with lots of windows and high ceilings. Small kitchen was well stocked with a dishwasher. King bed was comfortable. Location was great for walking to everything you want to see in Savannah’s historic district. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fabulous place, beautifully preserved and presented. Tiny kitchen but well equipped. Wi-Fi/TV alll great. Shower was fine. Laundry machines worked well (no washing powder/capsules provided). There’s some street noise and sadly you can’t shut the huge pocket doors between living/sleeping areas. Great location. We’d stay here again.

We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. Everything was great and we loved being in the middle of the historic district of Savannah!
10.0 / 10.0
Almost everything about the stay was wonderful. Unfortunately, our little dog, who had just lost his brother (death), had suffered from separation anxiety and barked for 3 hours while we were out. After receiving a note on our door from a fellow guest, we never left him alone for the rest of our trip so he would not ruin the other guests' trip. Luckily, he stayed calm and quiet and we enjoyed the lovely unit. We were so grateful for the size of the unit and the ammenities, as well.
10.0 / 10.0
This was one of our fave places we’ve ever stayed! It had all the historic Savannah charm that we love, an absolutely beautiful space! Big comfy bed, nice bathroom, worth every single penny!! Location was perfect, next bldg over from Savannah Coffee Roasters which we visited all 3 mornings we were there. Their coffee and pastries/bfast sandwiches were phenomenal and the perfect way to start each day. River St to the north and Forsyth park to the south, there is so much to explore. I could go on and on. If you’re not sure, do it!!! :)
10.0 / 10.0
Wonderful, comfortable, well-stocked apartment in the middle of everything. Street can be a bit noisy, at times. That’s city living. Our dog loved Pulaski Square, one block away. Would definitely stay again.
10.0 / 10.0
This place was wonderful - a beautiful old house that has been nicely renovated into apartments (this one is on the second out of three floors). Parking in the back lot, a nice balcony for morning coffee outside the door, and a perfect location to walk anywhere you want to go in Savannah. Our only complaint was that the walls were not soundproof, and we could hear our upstairs neighbors quite a bit - we would definitely stay again but try to stay on the top floor next time.
10.0 / 10.0
If you go to Savannah, I highly recommend staying here! Close to everything you want to see and do!

Lovely furnishings, comfortable bed. Coffee shop right next door.

Loved the location and it was a gorgeous! Glassware, utensils etc. were very nice. Stairs are just something we had to get used to. Nothing to be done about that. We had some confusion checking in when i quickly scanned the e mail instructions, and noted the address of your office rather than the unit itself. Needless to say, this meant our entry code didnt work. Thank goodness i was able to reach someone by phone, but, then i was given the code for the unit located in building where the office was located rather than the Bird Baldwin house. Hopefully, this was a teaching moment for us all. I sincerely appreciate the patience and help I was given to get this all straightened out.

We loved it!

Hi, we really enjoyed the location and the authenticity of original period of the home, along with all the modern upgrades. One bit of misinformation rested with what type of coffee maker would be available. That doesn't take away from the ambiance of the trip. The location of the condo was central to the trip.
I would suggest providing a small cutting board for guests; in addition, a box of tissues would be appreciated. And due to the small bathroom, a large mirror over the cabinet in the "laundry area" would go along way to making the the amenties top-rate.
Thank you!

Great location ! Loved the look of the place perfect for the era of Savannah and Victorian history

If you are looking for a clean and centrally located place to see the sites of the Savannah Historic District- this is a great choice.
Beautiful spacious efficiency apartment with beautiful furnishings, a comfy bed and and a well lit secure location smack dab in the middle of the district. We walked to everything.
FYI - there is no kitchen table or chairs. We ate out most meals so this was not a major issue but was a bit inconvenient for the couple of quick breakfasts we had there.
Southern Belle was very accommodating and for that we were most appreciative. Would definitely rent with them again.

Unbeatable location, parking was nice, the updated interior looked just as beautiful as the picture. Comfortable bed and great communication from the hosts. As close to a perfect stay I've had, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great property, great city, affordable dining, safe, historic…. This was our first experience in Savannah & truly enjoyed our holiday. 3 days as a tourist is just right. If you stay a fourth Hilton Head or Charleston could be options.

We can’t say enough good things about our visit… except that we can’t wait to return. What a lovely space, beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. Communication was great, location was perfect. We walked to bustling streets and also quiet squares and parks. Took an architectural tour, enjoyed dining of all types and are so glad we made this reservation.

The location was perfect! Walking distance of everything! We loved the charm of the place and the decor!
It felt secure, but easy to use.
We were also there for a whole week, so having laundry in the VRBO was clutch!
Would definitely recommend!

What a lovely apartment. Super clean and appealing. Excellent bed. Definitely worth repeating. All communication was prompt and effective. Toaster did not work: new toaster delivered. Thank you Tonya. Location is great. Close enough to city center, but far enough to rest well. Parking situation: perfect.
