De locatie.

De kamergrootte klopte niet met omschrijving; 500 en 300 m2? Hoogstens 12 m2. Er staan 1 tweepersoonsbed en 1 eenpersoonsbed ipv 1 tweepersoonsbed, waardoor ruimte beperkt, dus bijna géén loopruimte en géén kast. Badkamer ziet er niet fris uit, spiegels aangetast, overal kalkaanslag en geelbruine voegen(lichaamsappen en zeepresten).Badkamerdeur aan de onderkant verroest en bladeren. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte, waar een waterdispenser met warm en koud water staat onder de koffiespatten. Géén uitzicht en balkon, eerst een muur dan een kamer waar je moeilijk bij het raam kunt om de gordijnen te openen door de plaatsing van de 2 bedden.

nyaman dan tenang..tidak ribut meski byk penginapan yg berdekatan... masyarakat nya juga baik

lokasinya bagus meski harus masuk ke gang..tp suasana berbeda...kl di hotel sudah biasa tp ini keren...dekat dgn masjid dan laundry...tidak susah nyari makanan dan hanya 5 menit jalan kaki ke Malioboro..kl mau ke area wisata tinggal tanya saja dengan bapaknya..pasti akan diksh tau lokasi yg bagus dan jln alternatif nya...pilih kamar dgn teras utk yg merokok..nyaman ..

mungkin utk kamar mandi sebaiknya pipa wastafelnya ditanam jd air tidak meluber.. selebihnya ok ok saja..

Semua saya suka,yg punya losmen sangat ramah dan baik..tempat nya bersih,wangi,sarapannya enak,ke malioboro deket tinggal jalan kaki

The location is good, really close to the train station and main avenue. Very easy for going out for food and also have small markets around. The owner was very friendly and gave us a ac room even though we paid for a fan one.

The accommodations in the city are made for local tourists, so maybe my “problems” are just western expectations. I don’t like the dark room and also the bed is together with the walls and you don’t have a lot of space. No hot shower. But is pretty fair from what you pay.

We’ve enjoyed the stay to the fullest. the owner is just the sweetest person, very helpful and kind. You can go on a trip to the temples with him. The room is good enough for the price, you can order a breakfast and drink water/tea/coffee for free. Definitely recommend!

Will stay there again -- anytime I am in Yogyakarta.

The husband & wife who are owners of the place are very kind. The location is within walking distance to Malioboro.

For the price --- EVERYTHING 🙏😁🙏 IS FINE.

Exceptional

Simple but everything you need is there. I slept very well, the location near Mallioboro is amazing. As a bonus, there is a very friendly, helpful, nice owner who will spend time with you, talk to you and help you with transfers or trips. I am very grateful to him and would love to see him again :-) Great for me and I recommend it!

The guesthouse location is super convenient for Malioboro Street and the train station, and the family running it is really nice. The owner gave good suggestions on things to do in Jogja and on onward travels - he also offers trips but not in a pushy manner. Originally there was only a blanket in the room to be used as a cover (also mentioned by others) but upon our request it was quickly exchanged for a sheet instead.

The room is very small and not getting any view through the window (in our case the room was overlooking a wall of the neighbouring building) makes it feel claustrophobic. Also, the bathroom needs a proper scrub.

Dirty room, lumpy bed, ants all over. The owners just wanted me to book tours with them and hounded me. Very unpleasant stay.

The owner is very friendly and helpful! Goes the extra mile to give the guests a good stay. Water is provided, tips are given for excursions, and Motorbikes can be rented. Thank you

Very good

A great stay in this hostel, run by a friendly family. Ari helped me to organise the visits and also rented me the motorbike. A simple but very pleasant place, within walking distance of both the train station and Malioboro Avenue, where life is bustling.

The owner is a wonderful person. I was struck by his hospitality and kindness. Arrange tours of the city and local tourist attractions with him. He is a great guide. The location is strategic. A view of authentic Indonesia. Thanks for all. I wish I could have stayed longer. See you soon

basic room, clean, no hot water (but you don’t need it), coffee/tea available, good AC and wifi. Overall very comfortable

it's a little tiny alley to access to the hotel, not allowed to drive bike

I left my halmet at hall entrance and it suddenly disappeared, after be messing with the owner they brought it back, no camera so keep all your belongings inroom

Worst service ever

Near to malioboro

Noisy because of water machine. Unfriendly owner, please put all the rules in the description, so we can read before decide to book. Don't limit customer's right to stay after we paid the room. Weirdest ever. If you don't want your holiday get ruined, then find better accomodation.
