Overall a good hotel with comfortable. Great value for money

The staff there was attentive and ready to help you if needed. I got a room right behind the concierge desk in the lobby so we didn’t have to climb the stairs since the hotel did not have a lift. The location is great too, walking distance to pasar payang. They provide towels, basic toiletries and a YL diffuser in the room which was a nice touch.

The room isn’t soundproof AT ALL. Which means with my room being right behind the concierge, and opposite their “store room” , we could hear everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. It could get noisy at night as they have a small cafe there with people entering/ leaving the hotel. And the floors of the hotel are also those semen stone type of flooring which means that your feet will get black 🥲.

This is 2nd we stay this hotel

For Triple room need do some refreshing semll cos maybe not so many ppls stay the room quite smelly the rest of the twin bedroom all OK clean & comfortable ..

Room still can be improve. location perfect 100% food stall, restaurant, night market, china town, wall mural painting, 7-11 just right beside the hotel, very convenience hotel got reserve parking

the room was clean and very aesthetic, and the location was a plus point.

Room was clean, location is in the middle of town, very near Pasar Payang Market, Chinatown that we could just walk. Love that they had the YL humidifier in the room.

That the payment was made directly to the hotel. When i arrived they told me I haven't paid when my cc was deducted. apparently it was just to book, would be easier if payment was already settled.

average since its only short stay.

- the bed is quite big. - got hair dryer. - got water heater. - toothbrush etc. - strong water pressure. -got coway every floor. - smells nice with YL aromatherapy. -self check in and out. -got 7E next to the hotel (not 24hrs)

- no elevator - HARD TO GET PARKING - some parts quite dusty, especially behind the curtain. - tv quite annoying, hard to change channel. - aircond not facing the bed, at first its quite warm. - no prayer mat. - no slipper, floor quite cold.

One day stay at suite 18

The room was clean and comfortable, the space was big enough to not feel confined. The hidden cafe at the back was the big cherry on top for me. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Convenient

Very strategic location especially to Chinatown. Located in the middle of the city where you can go around to others places just around 5min - 15min. Many chinese food around. Outside the hotel, there is a convenient store where you can buy alot of thing you need.

Superb

Located in the middle of town.. very convenient and just nearby the main attraction of KT which is Pasar Payang and Drawbridge.. U can just walk about 10 minute and u already there.. Plus there's many of local cafe and restaurant that u can choose to hang out..

Our second stay here. The staff are polite and helpful.

Unfortunately the lovely aromatherapy oils they gave us didn't mask the awful smells of sewage coming from outside our Room 208 making it unfit to sleep in. Something needs to be done about it.
