We enjoyed our 2 night stay in Verona and would stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment in quiet residential area, only 15 mins walk to central attractions. Very good value for money. Excellent communications with Alessandro .

Beautiful apartment but not that close to the centre and very expensive.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Ample rooms with large windows and wooden shutters and modern bathrooms.

The property was a bit far from the historic centre so although it was quiet and pleasant I found it a bit scary to walk there in the evenings so glad it was three of us. The host instructions to enter the property were a bit confusing so we were glad and lucky he was there when we arrived.

Great place for families

The apartment is spacious and clean. It is located in a quiet residential area which is about 10 minutes walk from the arena. Manager was very responsive to our queries and helped us with booking of taxi. Highly appreciated.

Quiet and comfortable

The apartment is big, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. 15-30 min walk depending where you are going in the old town. Lovely quiet setting and responsive host.

There is an automatic check in via an app which proved problematic for us initially as we had no data. Has to find a cafe with internet but eventually got in.

Great position within Verona and safe parking

Safe parking place inside the yard. Very spacious and updated apartment at the top floor with everything you need [a toaster would have made it perfect]. There is a lift which is great when you have luggage. Walking distance to the city center, about 10-15 min and 15 min on foot until the railway station. There is self checkin and checkout available only after you complete a form and pay in advance the stay.

Exceptional

We had a beautiful, clean and really spacious apartment. Juliet house is well situated. We were able to walk to the centre of Verona and did not need to use our car at all. The parking place was excellent, inside the yard.

Superb

Stayed in two separate apartments here (ground floor and 1st floor) as neither were available for the full period we wanted. Both were clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and secure. The verandah on the first floor was excellent. Beds really comfy. Good selection of kitchen equipment. Online check-in was fine and easy. Consequently, did not meet host, but he was constantly available on WhatsApp, quick to respond and friendly. Extremely helpful with our bags when we had to swap apartments. Location is really good - close to town and also to railway station.

Overall it is very good place to stay.

Location, the space available, included parking very near to the city center.

It could have been cleaner, there are not sufficient amount of hooks for towels to dry, and the lightbulbs could have been stronger.

check in was not smooth- we arrive 45 minutes early and was able to get the key and open the door, the cleaning lady said she wasn’t quite finished, we said we only wanted to put our bags inside the door while she finished up. we were rudely told to remove our bags and wait outside until 2pm. so we were forced to wait for the manager to arrive and show us around. which was fine but it was done very rudely. also not enough toilet paper- the place was comfortable, safe and quiet, tho- no other issues

Lovely place in amazing town.

Apartment itself - large, comfortable, clean. It has all you might need plus Italian style ☺️ Lift in the building - very convenient for people with luggage and not typical for such house. Location is 10 minutes walk from Arena and city center. But it is very quiet district with only birds to wake you up. Detailed check in procedure makes process simple.

The Juliet House is a very nice accommodation, that offers everything you need. It is very comfortable, very spatious, well equipped, very calm, very clean and functional, the interaction with the host was excellent. If you're travelling by car it is ideal, as there is plenty of secured parking space on the premises. So all in all a very good experience. Excellent place for up to 4 people, also fine for 6 but with no intimacy for those sleeping on the sofa bed in the living-room. The second, separate WC is very convenient.

There are only 2 downsides, but absolutely acceptable compromises. - The apartment being under the roof, the views are restricted, but the apartment is very light nonetheless. - If you're on foot, it takes about 20-25 mn from the station to the place and from there to the city centre, but the overall comfort and quality of the place absolutely makes up for it.

Great apartment in the best possible location

The apartment is super comfortable, there is a large parking space on site, the location is perfect for visiting the city (5 minutes away from Arena) and the communication with the host went really smoothly.

Juliet House was a comfortable rental for our overnight stay in Verona. Check-in and check-out were super easy and havin

two bathrooms, one with a fan; comfortable beds; a table that could seat six, patio, free parking space that was safely within a gated courtyard.

wifi was not great and did not work in the bedrooms. also late at night the wifi went off all together.

Beautiful and spacious apartment

Spacious and clean apartment just outside the old town of Verona. It's in a quiet neighbourhood but walking distance to the sights. It had everything we needed for our shortvstay. Check in was smooth with excellent instructions.

The shower head was not great.
