The spacious bathroom, the support from Christine in cleaning, the house was generally comfortable; easy access to the shopping centre and a short walk to the beach. Quick help from PK when we decided to get a chef at the last minute.

The water pressure in the kitchen was a bit low, the road to the facility is quite rough. Provision of handwashing soap in the bathrooms would be nice.

It was okay, next time I consider to stay somewhere else. However, it has less to do with the staff

Big space Joseph is a very humble and friendly guy Clean Air conditioning was well functioning Moskito nets around the beds

The payment was said to be online, it turned out I had to go to a bank on my own cost and get cash. I was in a time hurry and was dissatisfied. The owner could also not be reached to discuss this misinformation. It was loud at night, mainly dogs. Wifi was really bad. It seemed all a bit disorganised, we had to fill out a form right at the point we wanted to leave. They called us back. The pool was shared with the other house.

Wonderful stay

Great very spacious beautiful house , wonderful staff . Would book again . We really enjoyed our stay and a wonderful pool. Highly recommend.

Only things could comment on No washing machine as states in listing, and could use more toilet paper as we had a party of 7 so always a challenge with a roll or 2 a day. Also more towels would be appreciated . Only other concern I had is that we got some laundry done (very cheap Price to do) but I didn’t realize till after left that bleach must have been used as ruined 2 t shirts and a pair of black pants .

A nice house and compound. Staying could be improved with minor maintenance interventions

The compound is pleasant, with a nice swimming pool (only shared by the two villas) and a nice garden. Quite, far from noise and traffic. The Papaya villa is really spacious, well furnished. The rooms were comfortable, in particular all the beds. The kitchen was well equipped although we made no use of it. The staff was kind and available, keeping the villa clean during our staying. The landlord (not present in Kenya) has been trying to address upcoming issues as soon and effectively as possible.

The internet connection was really poor and basically there was no network inside the house. At the end of our stay, the landlord did make some improvements for the network inside the house, but the connection remained poor. Staying could be improved by some plumber works (taps not working, low water pressure, shower flooding) and from some additional TV channels. A backup power generator should be considered.

Totally private relaxing break

Everything was excellent the lady cleaner and garden and pool guy great

At first thought was abit remote but once you get a shopping in and realised if only a 15 minute walk to the beach was great .
