Sehr gute, zentrale Lage.

location
4.4
Incredible location! Short walks to the most popular attractions and many restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms are clean, well appointed and large; our family of six gathered comfortably. Having three bathrooms was a plus, no long waits for showers. The on-site washing machine is convenient and the drying rack a thoughtful addition.
I can't think of anything we would change. There was construction noise a few mornings but I don't think that's anything the property owner could change.

Work going on on the next apartment, noise started really early, not good with a hangover.

The apartment location is superb. Very large wirh room for our family of 5. Modern kitchen with 3 bathrooms. Shutters on windows to sleep well. Marco was accommodating when communicating. Overall would definitely stay again.
Hard to dry clothes when weather is poor as no dryer which we knew. But we couldn't work heated towel racks and air con dripping with water which they sent someone to look at.
Beware of steep stairs to get to apartment.
Beds a little hard.
One bathroom bath tap way too slow with stream of hot water.

The location of this apartment is excellent for anyone wanting to walk around most of the tourist spots in the historic centre of Rome. It is about 2 minutes from Piazza Navona and there are lots of great places to eat nearby. The apartment has a dishwasher, cooker, utensils etc so is well equipped if you want to make your own meals. There is a washing machine. The apartment is also quite spacious which we appreciated.
Arrangements at the start of the stay fell through (but were overcome readily enough), access is up steep stairs - not a problem for my group but you should be aware of this when booking as it may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Some of the rooms had items that did not work and we couldn’t get the aircon to work in one room as well as the shower to heat up in one of the bathrooms.

bad communication for the check out ..we did not enjoy the last day..we had to run to collect our stuff because the operation girl who worked for the owner did not inform him for the late check out as she had confirm to us the first day!

location is fantastic
the space in the apartment - good for larger groups
the helpful service from the team, Marco
the standard of the apartment was a bit disappointing. Potential to become a great accmodation but needs a makeover to get there....

This apartment is very spacious--large enough for at least 8 people (maybe more). Location is amazing--walking distance to just about everything, but quiet at night as well. The furnishings aren't luxury, but are comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well-equipped. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner (except the bedroom by the bathroom w tub). The bathroom towels were the softest we had on our entire 3-week trip!
The apartment has WiFi, but it only works in the living room-bedrooms cannot even find the modem/router signal. The flights of stairs up to the apartment are fairly treacherous--especially if you've been out and had a few glasses of wine. Apartment is labeled as luxury but furniture is slumped, glass tables are chipped, and tile in bathrooms is cracked. One bathroom has sheer curtains that allow building across to see you!

Very spacious and clean apartment and in a great location all major attractions were within walking distance.

The apartment was amazing. The pictures don't lie. The rooms really did look as presented and they were clean and had a very great modern vibe. Loved the decor! Marco and his team were really great - they helped us book taxis, met us on arrival to give the keys, provided us with a map of the city and gave suggestions on what to do. The kitchen is very well-equipped. We were able to cook breakfast and there's a dishwasher to deal with the dishes. The apartment is AMAZINGLY LOCATED - it was close to EVERYWHERE. We never took a taxi except in and out of the city.
Primarily, we had issues with the internet. It went off and on and the room closest to the door didn't get any internet at all. Also, on the third day of our stay, three of the rooms completely ran out of hot water. My mates showered with ice cold water which I mean, comes in handy cause of how hot Rome is in the summer but still, you'd like to have the choice.

The location was good. Check in and out were easy.
We had several minor issues. The furnishings were older than depicted in pictures. The glass tables in the LR were dangerous. My father-in-law tripped on them the first day, cutting his arm and leg. Plenty of space. Water heater issues resolved after a few attempts. Very expensive but good location.
