Die zentrale Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man kann alles zu Fuß machen. Liegt nicht im feinsten Viertel, aber das ist bei der Lage halt so. Das Viertel ist aber in Ordnung: einfach und ehrlich.
Trotz geschlossenem Fenster hört man etwas den Straßenlärm, was am ständigen Gehupe der Motorini liegt. Das lässt sich aber in der Lage nicht vermeiden und ist in Ordnung.

We loved the courtyard garden - so beautiful & tranquil. We also really appreciated the hospitality of being able to help ourselves to tea, coffee, and snacks at any time. Buffet style breakfast was good - great cake. Our room was comfortable, excellent bed. Staff were exceptional - so friendly and welcoming and their suggestions of what to do were brilliant. Thank you Anastasia, Nadia, & Lisa.
The street isn’t pretty but it was okay and we felt safe enough. The location was convenient being 5 minutes gentle walk to the Metro (which is clean and great for getting around).

La struttura ha uno spazio esterno riservato e silenzioso, un giardino segreto a totale disposizione degli ospiti. Unico! Personale gentile e molto supportive che ci ha aiutato a personalizzare il soggiorno. La colazione era con prodotti locali genuini e freschi. Attenzione anche ai bisogni speciali.
Il riscaldamento era con split , dunque autonomo, ma ovviamente meno confortevole. Napoli durante il nostro soggiorno tuttavia non era fredda e abbiamo avuto bisogno di scaldare solo un po' per la notte.

Especialmente nos gustó la atención de Anastasia, estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros y tuvo muchos detalles. Te hace sentir como en casa. El desayuno estaba bien. Hay dos paradas de metros cercanas y puedes llegar al centro histórico en un paseo de unos 10-15 minutos.

Il cortile interno é un piccolo paradiso botanico, dove poter iniziare bene la giornata e finirla in relax. Dato che la città di Napoli é per di sé molto caotica ed impegnativa sotto vari aspetti, il cortile di regala una piccola oasi dove fare colazione oppure semplicemente chiaccerare bevendo un drink. Lecamere e gli spazzi comuni sono bene predisposti.
Non tutte le camere sono munite di un frigobar, inoltre sono assenti anche dei safe (cassaforte) dove rinchiudere le cose di valore.

Il giardinetto è una chicca e la struttura ha un’ottima organizzazione per quel che riguarda bevande e vivande a disposizione degli ospiti in qualsiasi momento della giornata (c’è una simpatica scatola dell’onestà che aiuta la gestione di quello che è a pagamento). Gentili le ragazze della reception nel fornire informazioni turistiche e consigli, comoda la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e usufruire di una chiave “di cortesia” per recuperarle. Le camere sono ampie e pulite e nonostante il primo impatto (serale) con il quartiere non sia stato idilliaco, si è comunque molto vicini al centro e alla metro, e con tanti servizi nelle immediate vicinanze.
Quando siamo arrivate nella nostra camera c’era un cattivo odore di tubature assolutamente insopportabile. Mano a mano è scomparso quasi del tutto, probabile che si verifichi all’inutilizzo prolungato del bagno, ma a questo punto consiglierei almeno di far scorrere l’acqua prima di accogliere gli ospiti, o comunque di trovare una soluzione….
Nella camera, e in particolare in bagno, manca qualche ripiano di appoggio per essere sufficientemente comodi.

Siamo rimasti delusi dalla colazione scarsa e con quasi nessun prodotto fresco locale; cortile/giardino e aree comuni trascurati; bagno in camera rovinato; bagno reception con un solo asciugamano da condividere..

Best location if you stay in Napoli! Beautiful people at Borgo Vergini Garden will advise the what and where’s. Big clean rooms. Great breakfast and super good coffee! Love the extra snacks and beverages available every day. Perfetto!!

Il b&b si trova al primo piano e dopo alcuni scalini ci si ritrova in un inaspettato, bellissimo ed accogliente giardino. Tutto il personale è stato splendido, super accoglienza, molto disponibili e sempre pronti ad accontentare ogni richiesta e dare informazioni utili. Stanza spaziosa e pulita che veniva risistemata ogni giorno. Bagno con doccia. Balconcino esterno. Arredamento con gusto. Cassaforte in camera. Frigo nella stanza in comune con acqua e succhi disponibili. Ogni mattina una colazione artigianale diversa da poter gustare all'interno o in giardino. Da provare.

Our stay at Borgo Vergini Garden B&B was simply fantastic. We were warmly welcomed and benefited from the garden area trenemdously. It was always a pleasure to sit down for some time in between all the exploring of Napoli. The breakfast was wonderful, different salty and sweet options, and the room was ideal for our stay. We cordially thank Lisa for making our stay so great. She is a gem and has such a positive nature. Also Nadia organised everything for us, from a driver to a special surprise for my partner. Our journey couldn't have been better. Pizza places and the historical center are very close and easily walkable (also by night we felt very safe). We would definitely return!

I like how laid back the ambiance of the B&B, giving you the relaxation you need for your holiday. The staff, especially Anastasia, are really friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
Not really a problem, but maybe you need to know that the property has no elevator and you need to climb up the stairs one level to the reception and breakfast area, and two more level to your room if you get the room on the 3rd floor.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Naples in this lovely b&b. Big spacious family room, very clean and everything you need is there. Great terrace to enjoy a cold drink from the honesty bar on hot summer evenings. What else do you need 😉 ?
Communication with Anastasia, the manager, was easy, and she gave us a lot of tips on places to visit as well as bars and restaurants, she was really very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. We loved it !

This small stylish hotel became our home for 4 nights, escape from the busy city and the place where to rest after long daily walks. We stayed in family room which faced the street, windows had very good noise isolation, air conditioning worked perfectly. The entrance to our room was from the hotel kitchenette and we were afraid it might be loud in the evenings, but luckily our neighbors were as tired as we and very quiet. The neighborhood is a bit dirty, lots of trash on the street, just be ready for it. Otherwise the location is good, close to old town, close to metro. Besides there were lots of different street food places around. We particularly liked the wood-grilled chicken.
We liked everything :)!
Two suggestions - some foldable hanger to dry beach towels and swim suites in the room/on balcony.
The second door between entry and living room would make perfect noise isolation from kitchenette.

Three lads staying in Naples for two nights. Excellent quiet place, and very nice staff. An extra thank you to Nadia for providing us with with top and comprehensive info about good local food, drinks and things to do/experience in the area.

We enjoyed the location, the interior garden, and the breakfast. The owner generously provides free snacks and drinks for purchase at a very reasonable cost.
We had reserved a room with a balcony that we didn’t get. The room we were in backed up to the building’s shared staircase and the wall was paper thin so you could hear every conversation, including a gaggle of your drunk girls one night. On our last morning (a Sunday) the gal who handled the breakfast/check-in was absolutely blasting dance music, like Level 10 and singing/yelling/dancing with her friends who maybe worked there as well. It was so strange, like the dance party came home from the club with them, at 9:30 am. I was traveling with my mom who is in her 70s and she was pretty put off by it.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and kind, and all the areas were extremely clean! The air conditioning was amazing given it was reaching 38-39 degrees Celsius. Anastasia and Lisa were very proactive when we had questions and gave us many recommendations. They also helped us arrange our transfer to our next location.

The location was fantastic - 5 mins from the metro and 10 mins to the centre storico. The staff were really helpful. Breakfast was also go.

Our family of 5 stayed three nights in a family room. A bit cramped with a shower and toilet but otherwise good. Quiet, safe and clean accommodation in a chaotic part of Naples. Subway 5 min walk, then 10 min to the port. Easy to walk from the hotel to the more central parts. The staff were very good with service. Good breakfast in Italian standards. Recommend the place

Overall we like the atmosphere and good vibe. The facilities of the apartment are cozi and modern . We slept well and got excellent service by the staff. Location ideal to get out to the airport.
There is no elevator! Handling your baggage may be challenging.
