Pésimo el peor marriott en el q me he quedado! No lo recomiendo

El desayuno

Pésimo en todo sentido. Caro muy caro. Nos querían cobrar el desayuno adicional el cual estaba incluido en la tarifa. Nos querían cobrar us$55 adicionales x noche para poder tener una mejor habitación, acceso a ciertas zonas del hotel y servicios adicionales que nos parecía irreal debido a la súper cara tarifa que ya estábamos pagando. La habitación muy normal para el costo. No tiene mini bar y el room servíce no existe, tratamos de llamar para solicitarlo y no fue posible. Ni para un vaso de agua tuvimos q pedir Rappi. El baño en muy mal estado la tina negra en el fondo, los grifos dañados y el sanitario con una fuga de agua constante. La piscina es deprimente, allí tampoco hay servicio, ni música ni nada… El ingreso y tránsito constante x las instalaciones de acompañantes, scorts o como los quieran llamar le da un muy mal ambiente al hotel para nada familiar, ni para ser visitado por padres o pareja ni mucho menos hijos o nietos. Es un hotel básicamente para extranjeros solteros que van en busca lastimosamente de ese tipo de servicios. En general muy mal hotel no parece q fuera marriott el dinero q pagamos x quedarnos allá lo perdimos en su totalidad nunca nos sentimos cómodos como en otras ciudades en esta cadena. Ojalá la gente pueda ver este comentario antes de pensar hospedarse en este hotel para q no vaya a vivir tan mala experiencia!

Highly OVERPRICED

location ok

Upon arrival shortly before 10PM, and hungry, all restaurant and bar service was closed. Only room service was available! Room service had a club sandwich and pasta only! Not a 5 Star hotel! Following day left the hotel at 8.3OAM. Upon return at 3.15PM room was not done.

Since the start the welcoming was bad, they have a person outside and this guy never helped with bags, he did open doors for other guest except us traveling with lots of luggage. the receptionist told us that they did not have the room we reserved, so that was frustrating. it’s super expensive and I will never stay there again.

Great location, great rooms!

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to Provenza for dinner and nightlife in 20 minutes or take a 5 minute uber! There are also multiple malls within a 10 minute walk. Hotel has 2 restaurants, we only ate at the Marketplace was it was delicious!

I would stay here again. The value for Americans is great given the exchange rate and comparable hotels in the states.

The facilities are beautiful and are modern and clean. There’s a good variety of breakfast options.

The service is good but uneven and at times slow. We were given misinformation a few times, and room service orders sometimes took up to an hour to arrive. I think a lot of hotels are getting up to pre covid level staffing and are not quite there with the service levels. Everyone we encountered tried to be as accommodating as possible.

Pleasant

Lacking luxury. Stayed at 4 other cheaper hotels in Medellin and they were much more pleasant. Very disappointed with the size of the room and I could hear my neighbors. No bar by the Pool, no mini bar and room service close’s early. Recommend staying at other hotels.

The breakfast is really good

No covid protocols, the dinning/breakfast spaces were completely crowded. The Pool does not received sun until 1 pm and the check out is at 12 and if you check in a bit late basically you never enjoy the Pool/sun experience, also that night rained and everything at the Pool was wet at the next day and there weren’t personnel to help. Shampoo and other cleaning items were uneven, from different brands and too small. In general it wasn’t the experience you normally get at a Marriott facility and for that price we felt it wasn’t fair nor satisfying

Great hotel great location

We had a wonderful time in Medellin. We decided to stay at this hotel since there was a curfew in place and this hotel has 2 restaurants that helped in case we didn’t make it on time to have dinner out. Breakfast was phenomenal and the attention was great. We will stay here again if I go back
