If you have the money and the landscape is your priority, you may travel there for one night.

The breakfast was ok with a simple standard. So, do not expect much. The location it self was great, with mountains around, clean air and a very nice landscape. Nice swimmingpool , sauna, garden etc.

The staff was not professional. All together the service was not great at all. We ordered food and had to wait 1,5 hours until they served us. It was good prepared, but still it took them too long. Maybe there were hunting the lamb and then started with the preparation and cooking. It's not a 5 Star hotel, I would rate it maximum by 3.5 Stars, but definitely not 5. So, if you are travelling only for the landscape, then it's ok. But for this money you should get much and much more proper service and quality.

Wonderful peaceful hotel

A beautiful quiet resort in the mountains not far from Bishkek. The room was very nice and clean, the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed walking on the hotel grounds and hiking up the mountain and to the river near the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful (we asked for a transfer to Ala-Archa National Park and it was organized promptly and efficiently). We also enjoyed the food at the lobby bar and the pool bar. The hotel has a beautiful winter garden and a lot of greenery inside. This adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere. If only we could stay a couple of more days! We would definitely go back to enjoy peace and quiet of this amazing hotel!

Great location, nice pool and spa, bit tired rooms

Great location in the middle if a beautiful valley. There is a trail right behind the hotel going up the ridge. Bid swimming pool. Nice spa

Restaurant a bit overpriced, food could be better. Rooms are a bit tired.

Did not meet expectations..Too expensive for such a place

It was overall clean room

The value of cost vs the facilities do not match. Since this place represents themselves as SPA resort - the SPA was totally poor and had not enough steaming rooms, it was very dirty (you can find similar SPA in any gym), was very disappointed with it...

A place with Beautiful People♥️

if you Love nature and fresh breeze of the mountains and and sounds of the river flowing. then its a must stay. It’s so relaxing. and all the staffs are very friendly with the smile on their faces. From the Bellboy, to the receptionists to the securities and servers they greatly put a good smile on their faces. even some of them are struggling with the English barrier, still they manage to be hospitable and deliver a very good service. keep your staffs! they are your gems!!

Lovely calm and remote

The location of the hotel in the cool mountains with the roaring river on the background, was nice and peaceful. A great place to start hikes. The hotel’s personnel was friendly and a big help with the language barrier. Delicious breakfast with local delicacies. Spa, gym and pool looked nice but I didn’t use them.

We had a room with a door connecting to our neighbours. It provided no sound isolation, it was as if our neighbours were in our room.

Location and services were nice.

We did not have water for half a day. I couldn’t find staff whenever I needed them. WiFi was awful. Almost did not work. I could not connect to the reception or the bar from the room.
