Lovely location, fully covered in trees with different sitting arrangements, nice breakfast and very friendly staff.
Rooms were also okay, very traditional vibe, overall a pleasant stay!

Everything! I went there for a retreat to finish writing my book in peace, and I did! The place is exceptional! Every detail was made with love! The cottage was spacious and the place quite. The food is another story:) it was luxurious, fresh and tasty. Not just about the quality of food but also the way it is served. There is vast area for hiking around where a nice local dog decided to join us. I would love to visit again for my next book.
If they can only add air conditioning to the cottages for the summer months.

I liked the location and the nature around the property. Staffs were very polite and helpful.
The mattress needs change. It was uncomfortable to sleep because the springs were making sound. Also, the glass roof should have option of covering it as it was putting direct sunlight which was not helpful for late risers like me.

The landscape of the resort
Less staff. Bad service. Waiting 2h for the dinner.
Not clean specially in restaurant & outside dinning area. Some old food& plates.... remained on the table from the last night until breakfast time. We saw thousands of flys enjoying the old food on the tables..

Solid breakfast, authentic interior design, cleaneress, catering to the house upon request, quality of food we managed to try was good.
Missed fresh coffee in the breakfast, ala cart menu -difficult to have what you wish -not all is available. Recommendation: for non locals ( locals do know!) - bring the food with you in the place/can make barbecue yourself /you might get it in the restaurant. 2 weekend days were events in the open air /if staying in the 1-4 houses -you would seem like you are part of them (the loudness of music/noise) -better rent far houses (6-14)

Great peaceful location in the mountains to enjoy nature, fresh air and some activities.
Room are very spacious and warm during cold nights.
Sauna and thermal baths available (advanced booking strongly recommended).
All staff members are hard working and extremely helpful despite language barrier.
Restaurant is nice and provides delicious meals.
As already mentioned, the staff are amazing but google translate from russian is definitely needed as they don't speak english. We don't want to blame them for this, but a suggestion for the resort would be to keep at least some leaflets or informative sheets in English (google translation would do, we're not being picky here!) as everything is in Russian only.
i.e. one of the reasons we booked this resort is the availability of sauna and thermal baths (at extra cost), however we did not know (since not mentioned anywhere, not even in their website) that they have to be booked in advance. in the end we manage to enjoy the bath the morning before we checked out but not the sauna. Communication was really hard.

The resort is very nice, located in the mountains. 4 wheel drive is required to access when there is snow. We got stuck in our taxi on the way, a call to reception and they quickly sent a 4 wheel drive to pick us up and bring us the rest of the way. Staff are all very friendly and accomodating, nothing is too much trouble, the staff there are best. Rooms are nice and very warm. Resort has a few dogs which are super friendly and hung out on our porch during our stay. Sauna and hot tub are is very good but we didn't get to experience the sauna on this occasion. Breakfast can be delivered to your room, if you don't want to visit the restaurant. A peaceful place great for a relaxing weekend, we really enjoyed it.
Kitchen could be a little better equipped but staff are happy to bring anything you need. Would have liked to be better informed about booking the sauna, would advise to book in advance of your arrival to ensure you get to use it.

It was awesome horse riding at very affordable charges . Mr Irjhaan was very helpful in showing me the panoramic view of bishkek from hill top .
Small cars can not drive up to the resort due to bad road .

Beautiful rugged area and very well kept place. Such a peaceful area to enjoy a few days in the mountains. They have dogs there that are friendly. Rooms are large and traditional but modern!
It is quite expensive by local standards but worth it when you consider the beauty. We also had an issue with the transfer to the city but this was resolved.

This is a wonderful place for a quick get-away from Bishkek, about a 45min drive away from the city. The huts are cute, have huge comfy beds and are beautifully decorated. It's perfect to get away from the heat in the city, spend some time in nature and there are a few (non-marked) hiking trails to nearby peaks with spectacular views. The staff could be a little more attentive but overall it was a great stay. If you don't have a your own car, use their transport service. It was cheaper than a taxi from the city. Big plus: the three very friendly dogs!
The service in the restaurant was very slow and the reception staff also forgot to book our transfer. Always best to double check. The room should have some small lamps, the huge ceiling lights don't make very cozy light at night.

Nice room, really clean
No menu in english, poor wifi, and really bad road to access

Breakfast and diner were good, the location in the valley is excellent, the rooms very spacious and nicely decorated a good escape from Biskhek. Level of English at the front desk was good.
When we arrived they were fully booked and did not had our reservation in their system. One guest did not show up so by grace of the management we could take this room. The level of English of the restaurant staff was poor and there were no English menus avalible but a translation app got us there.

Good walking (I worked out my own routes). Horse riding available most days. Easy fishing and you could eat your catch (with extra charge). At the right time of year fresh horse milk which is regionally considered a health tonic.
If you don't have own transport need to book full board or upgrade when arrive.
Quality of wifi depended in which building varied between none to good.
If you do not have your own transport you restricted to the complex area - if you want to get away from things this is ideal.
No English TV channel.
