The location was incredible. Daily visits from monkeys right at our bedroom window.
Room was very spacious.
The AC was temperamental and as there were large windows it got very hot on arrival.

Nothing

So many mosquitos, a bathroom that smelt soooo bad, and guests above me apparently wearing ski boots and clomping around all night.

Swimming pool was really dirty and the room too. It’s smelly in bathroom even the towels really smelly. We check out after one day, which we paid for 2 days, if possible we would like to have our money back for one day.
Swimming pool really dirty.

Room 205, Sinked in old bed, no shower screen, old furniture, bathroom door defect, bathroom sink without stopper, etc

Location near by the Monkey Forest
The Matrass are old and need to be replaced; I have a spine problem and I cannot sleep with this mattrass or bed; The shower handle is broken and water leaking and no curtain cover the bathtub, so water in everywhere in the floor as the drainage hole are too far; the bathtub need to replace as well because it’s old, and you cannot get shower/ standing, the floor already “keropos”.

great location in central ubud. beautiful gardens and pool area. very helpful friendly staff who try their best
adjoining room is NOT adjoining. It is simply rooms 201 and 202 that are next door to each other. There is nothing connecting them- you have to come out of one and into another. This may cause a safety issue with children like it did for us. Whilst the room was clean, it could do with some renovating. The bathrooms smell damp and we had a real issue of the towels smelling really bad, even after they’d been to the laundrette (they simply need to buy new towels!).

Big light room
Not safe with children because of monkeys!!! Old and not clean enough, smell of wetness at the sheets, monkeys all around and in the hotel territory sometimes.

Location, price, grounds, stuff.
this property had better days. it is a nice villa but its maintenance is neglected.

Great location just near the Monkey Forest. Very big rooms. The garden is beautiful and the pool pretty nice.
The rooms are a bit old fashioned while confortable. The place is a bit noisy as it's mainly made of wood.

Pretty clean (it is Asia anyway 😅), no bad smell. Clean bathroom. Great location, near Monkey forest, monkeys played in the yard, awesome. The view is great.
When it is raining heavily, there is water from the roof in the main room.
The first two nights there were very loud sounds from the rice field, but after two nights it was quiet.
Monkeys can be aggressive a little bit, if there are a lot of them in the yard.

The location was perfect, right in the center of Ubud near the monkey Forest. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are big and you have everything you need. And they keep the place very clean.
The breakfast that was included was not the best. It was served cold even after asking for it to be served warm. Some things didn't look really fresh. The coffee and juice where okay

Location was perfect. The pool was great!!
The Aircon was average and bathroom could use a spruce up.

This hotel was amazing! The room was really spacious and hab lots of windows. From our room we could see the rice fields and for the fact that the hotel is in Ubud central, right on the other side of the monkey forest, it was really quiet and felt like you‘re in the Forest, not the City.
The bathroom was outside, that was also something I loved, but may not be for everybody because monkeys and lizards will come and visit you from time to time.
Also because it’s in Ubud you have lots of amazing restaurants and shops close by and can easily walk there.
The room could have been a bit cleaner

Breakfast was not provided at the hotel, even though the booking confirmed that the price included breakfast .
The hotel’s entrance, staircase, hallway & room are not well lit. Not only this is a safety issue, but it also makes the place feel depressed.

The location is excellent and it is quite considering how close it is to everything. The rooms are hige and some have views of rice paddies. I would ask for a room facing away from the street.
if you are on the second floor and someone books above you then you will hear a lot of stomping noises. you have to like stairs which i do but not so good for kids and elderly . There was a lovely bath but it was dirty.

Beautiful pool and garden area, massive room with floor to ceiling windows looking over rice fields. So clean and spacious, absolutely loved it.
Nothing!

I initially booked 3 nights in this villa because we were required to stay in a CHSE certified accomodation. I did not expect too much because the price was so cheap, almost the same cost as having an average meal for two in the Phils. However, when I arrived, I was surprised to find huge grounds covered in green and with a small pool too. Our room was spacious and overlooked the garden. The toilet was very big as well and even came w/ a tub. The glass windows were from ceiling to floor and gave beautiful colors in the sunrise. Monkeys often visited us outside our windows and we watched them quietly. We forgot to close the windows once and got home to find some of my tea bags bitten, my cosmetics w/ chew marks. The welcome packet did say to be careful w/ our things. The staff went out of their way to assist us w/ anything. The one thing they could improve on was the toilet; the stopper in the tub no longer worked.
The place was literally across monkey forest and was in the center of ubud. There was a resto nearby called Losteria that served the best neopolitan pizza i've ever had.
Overall, you get more for the price you pay. Something like this would cost 5x more in the Phils. 😀
I had the best time. No complaints
