Staff were very friendly and helpful
The noise from the workers building a house which will overlook the pool. They started work every morning at 8 and were noisy throughout the whole day which spoilt the ambience of the area which was quiet and relaxing
The property is tidy not worn and in need of revamp especially the pool area. The photos are dated ,all woodwork needs vanishing and cupboards replacing.

De location is great and the staff is amazing! Clean, spacious and very nice Balinese vibe.

the surroundings, garden, pool, seperate bungalows were all fabulous. the staff were very kind and helpful
water pressure in the showers was quite weak, seating/couches weren’t overly comfortable and a full length mirror would’ve been great in one of the rooms.

the rooms were very clean and nice. also, kind staff!
pictures are nicer than reality. the pool was a bit dirty so we didn’t go there. also the middle part between the rooms (common area) is not ideal for someone that wants to cook there.

Balinese natural styled room, pool was great
so many bugs in the bathroom needed kinds action. making up rooms could be better

Lovely place, surrounded by nature, cute little pond with fish in front of our bedroom - staff was nice enough to let us feed the fish every now and then. Cleaning staff were amazing. I think in general the team took very good care of us which made our trip to Ubud all the more better. The villa had everything we needed from towels to crockery and a microwave - we didn't expect that! On the first night I was concerned of how open the villa was, made felt like anyone could just walk in but there is 24/7 porter only a few feet away from our villa. The pool is as deep as per the other reviews but we did not mind that at all so all good. There's also a safe box :)
Do not eat food in the bedrooms - BIG MISTAKE! The room was filled with thousands of ants within minutes of opening up the boxes of take away we ordered, we sprayed them as much as we can but had to move to another bedroom. I informed reception the following morning and they cleared everything so were able to move back in to the master bedroom. Just don't eat in the bedrooms and if you eat in the public areas be sure to wash up/throw rubbish away.

The property is beautiful with private villas, swimming pool and view of the rice field!
Everything was good!

We were upgraded to a newer villa as the one we booked needs to be renovated.
We think the place needs to be renovated

such a beautiful setting, you can hear all the sounds of the jungle creatures at night creating a very immersive experience. the property is really authentic. it also felt very secluded and private but you could walk into the town in 5 minutes :)
it’s a bit more shabby then looks in pictures.

Beautiful spacious rooms and bathrooms, two with huge tubs. Lovely lighting in the evenings. Wonderful sounds of the crickets, frogs and geckos at night: no need for a sound maker while you sleep! Although we didn’t use the fourth room by the pool, we really loved it’s quirky tiny-house vibe (but it was too dangerously steep to put kids in). We even think we had a civet visit in the night! (judging by the poo in the kitchen. In the morning, which was promptly cleaned).
Stunning villa with high potential that unfortunately needs a little TLC. The walking path has nice little concrete light huts, but one was nearly toppling over, and one had exposed electrical wires, both of which were hazards for my small children. The photos must have been taken a few years ago as there is now new development up to the joglo which reduces the sense of isolation. There is no longer rice planted to the right (south) of the accommodation, it is long grass with a bit of rubbish in it. But there is rice out the back in view from the first kitchen. As others mentioned, the pool really was too deep for my kids. It was even too deep for my parents, who at 5’6” could not stand in any part of the pool. As the pool was mostly in shade (which was beautiful as it felt like you were in the jungle) it was also a bit too cold for the kids. One leaking toilet causing flooding on the floor which the kids of course slipped and fell in. Broken filtration for the koi pond causing murky water and a dead fish on our visit. No working water in the third room upon arrival (which was fixed promptly the next day). Sticky doors and wooden latches which caused my 3-year old son to be trapped inside the bathroom for 10 minutes while we figured out how to free him. As all the rooms are separate, there was no way to secure the kids bedroom at night (aside from locking them in) which made us worry a little. Overall it has a lot of potential but needs a bit of fixing up.

The area is very private, only the guests have access because the villa is very at the back. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures. The master bedroom is big with nice facilities, the swimming pool is big and deep enough for adults. They rooms are clean and the kitchen in the middle is nice and has good equipment. They have a nice paddy-field view at the back of the kitchen. They have a security guard that can help you to fix things or ask about stuffs.
The parking space could have been better. Sometimes we found bats leftover food in the morning! The sliding door at the master bedroom might need a little fix, it's a bit difficult to open.

Well this isn’t really a 4BR Villa. I got 3 nice rooms and 1 super dirty and moldy room, and located near the pool so it seemed like this room hasnt been used for quite long time. It was not as good as the photos. We decided to use only 3 rooms. But overall we enjoyed our stay since we got it with cheap price.
The forth room, near the pool. It’s scary, dirty and not proper for stay.
