The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the peace and quiet the farm afforded me. Room was clean and comfortable with great views.

Amazing views, lovely service and comfy bed
The breakfast that is made for you is so fantastic and tasty with a lovely view, the best potatoes I've ever had!
Nothing! the road in there is a little bumpy my fault for having a low car though

Perfect location.
Cooked breakfast inedible.

A beautiful secluded destination. The main suite is superb, spacious and well-finished. The second room - where we stayed - is more compact and less sensational but has a private sun terrace. Breakfast al fresco was a treat as it had been raining the previous day.
Be careful on the approach road which is quite bumpy! Note that there is no TV, but Wifi signal is sufficient for iplayer or other internet programmes.

Overgrown and scruffy, nothing like the pictures

Beautiful location and lovely space. Excellent breakfast in the sun overlooking the south downs. Pure heaven
The water pressure was very low so the water didn't come out of the taps very strongly.
4.4
A lovely view and very quiet, peaceful surrounding.
The bedroom very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable bed.

The isolated rural location with fields and birds was very good. Close proximity to the Bluebell Line.
The host was very helpful and made a very good breakfast.
The bedroom was very clean and well appointed with kettle and everything needed. (No TV in our room but we did not require one)
This was a farm and the host still has two horses and a cat.
Plenty of parking space available.
The fact that this lication is really rural means that the access road turns into a track which would be a challenge for a low slung vehicle. But not a deterrent for us more part of the experience.

The view was amazing, the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the host was friendly and gave good local information for things to do and places to go during my stay.
Nothing...but do drive carefully and slowly on the drive if you have a low slung car!

In the middle of nowhere, lovely
Nothing it was all perfect

Such a lovely place, quiet and away from life in general.

Clean, very comfortable, generous breakfast and a very friendly host. Also, it's in the middle of nowhere, with fabulous views, a true haven of peace. We'd stay again if we were in the area.
Not an issue for us, but if you're driving anything exotic with low ground clearance, like a Ferrari or Lamborghini, the access lane might prove challenging. But if you're in a typical saloon or hatchback you'll be fine (our Honda and had no problems).

Lovely freshly cooked breakfast and hands on hosting. We were lucky to get an upgrade on arrival - the original room would not have scored so highly.
Outside area looked a bit sad and needed some TLC. But waking up to horses in the field and chinese water deer hugging the hedges was a treat. The Farm is very private and quiet and having two bathrooms another bonus.

It's a remote, beautiful place, fantastic in its simplicity and the sweetness of Leslie, the owner/cleaner/cook/everything. Leslie waited for us outside past midnight as we were coming down from Heathrow, to make sure we find the place allright. If you are looking for luxury, this place is not for you. If you are looking for a charming place to spend some time, walking, roaming, or just sitting, perhaps writing - this is for you.

Very friendly and welcoming host. The bed and breakfast is in a beautiful location overlooking the hills - great views from the terrace.
There was nothing we didn't like, the bed and breakfast had everything we needed for a short stay.

The location and view are phenomenal! The landlady is completely charming. Great breakfast
We love this sort of place, very individual, perhaps not to everyone’s taste, but very much ours
The drive up from the road is rather uneven, fortunately we weren’t in the Lotus

This is a wonderful spot to relax totally, with nothing but birdsong and a fabulous view
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

On behalf of my aged father. It was wonderful and he enjoyed his stay enormously. He went for lunch at Malmaison in Brighton (great time) and on The Bluebell train. Host was welcoming and caring, checking to make sure that we knew that it was in a rural area. Very peaceful location, horses and cat(s) were an added bonus. Thanks and really recommend
Nothing, all good.

beautiful views. very comfy bed. The host was lovely and couldn’t do more for you. would highly recommend.
nothing it was amazing

The view was spectacular and our host Lesley was lovely. Our accommodation was immaculate and had the best nights sleep. Lovely breakfast to wake up too, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning

Absolutely nothing
It was almost impossible to get there unless you had a 4x4 & after 10 mins there was a power outage so no lights, heating, hot water or hot food. No key to lock the back door & when mentioned the reply was “don’t worry no one ever goes round there” ??
When I said we had to leave because of all the above mentioned & requested a refund the answer was “no you’ll have to take it up with Booking.com”

Quiet location, lovely countryside view. Very relaxing.
Wildlife, perfect accommodation.
But all this would not be enjoyed without the owner who was friendly and helpful and was always on hand if needed but did not over fuss allowing for a great experience.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view at breakfast was stunning and b’fast delicious!

The views, breakfast and bed were 5 star
Nothing

Mattress was very good as was the breakfast, nice to be able to walk down to the stables and then have breakfast in the morning sun. The local pub does good food or plenty of choice in Lindfield, we liked the Thai restaursnt
The en suite was cramped and didn't have separate ventilation. We stayed during dry sunny weather, going to breakfast would not be fun in wet weather but an um rella was provided. Signing from the road could be improved and the B and B sign on the gate is far less conspicuous than the keep out messages.
