This centrally located, recently updated with new granite countertops and flooring 5400 square foot home is perfect for your family reunions and retreats while enjoying Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, the town of Whitefish, world class golfing, The Whitefish Mountain Resort and many other NW Montana gems.
The entire house has 6 full bathrooms and sleeps 25 people between the 5 bedrooms, the bunkroom, the loft and 3 sofa sleepers in 3 separate living rooms. The house is divided into three separate independent living spaces referred to as Tree Casa, Bear Den and Notch View. Each has their own kitchen, living and dining rooms and laundry facilities and centralized A/C control. This listing is to rent the entire house.

Between the 3 full kitchens, fire-pit and BBQ grill, the 3 dining areas and the picnic table on the large rear deck as well as two by the fire pit, there is more than enough room for your group to either spread out or prepare and enjoy wonderful meals together.
This home has been beautifully and functionally furnished and supplied to help get you the most enjoyment out of your vacation. Newer couches, chairs, log furniture and decor, 11 mattresses and much, much more recently furnished.
LED smart TV's with ROKU and Spectrum cable with some movie channels. 3 Alexa's throughout the house for music and info. The kids and competing adult siblings can fight it out in the game room, accessible from all three sections of the house. In it you will enjoy a full sized air hockey table, 4 player football arcade game and a foosball table.
The 3 acres property has trees and a large fenced meadow on the backside, perfect for family games and rambunctious kiddos. There is a stone fire pit to roast s'mores and tell ghost stories, a metal fire pit with a cooking grate and picnic tables to enjoy meals in the mountain air.

It was so great to find a home that could fit the 16 of us and I'd definitely recommend this house.
Some highlights: The different wings of the home allowed some folks to stay up late in the game room/basement apartment while folks upstairs slept soundly. The three kitchens meant we could have a designated GF kitchen for a family member with celiacs. It was a relatively short drive to Glacier NP, Whitefish, and the Glacier Airport. When we ran into trouble with our flights, the owners very kindly granted us a late check-out.
Some things to be aware of: It is located right on a busy road, so you'll hear trucks and cars flowing by. (Fine for us city folks.) There are a lot of stairs to get into and around some of the bedrooms, and so I recommend carefully thinking through where you'll put your great aunt vs. where you'll put the louder kids or night owls. (We personally put older folks on the main floor—up one sturdy level of stairs—then the youngest folks on the top floor with the spiral staircase. The night owls stayed in the basement next to the game room.) Lastly, what we paid for 5 nights was obviously a lot because of the mid-August peak season but I was sort of expecting more in terms of little details like toilet paper, and maybe nonessentials like coffee and firewood. So just a note to visit the house and take stock of everything before heading to the handy 24-hour Super 1 shop, just a few minutes away.

Our family so enjoyed your home on our family reunion.The house was so thoughtfully stocked and had everything we needed. The hosts were a friendly, attentive and welcoming. We spent our days in Glacier hiking and our nights around the dining room table and the outdoor fire pit.

The property was spacious and well suited with the separate areas or in law suites. The kitchen had many pots, counter appliances, spices and bonus items. It was thoughtfully and generously equipped. The only cleaning criticism was it needed dusting.

This was my husband and my 4th visit to Glacier NP. We scheduled a family vacation there since it is one of our favorite National Parks. 14 of our family members (from 5 different states) converged on Columbia Falls, the gateway to what we consider to be the crown jewel of the park system. Our accommodations were excellent and the property owners were engaged and very responsive to any questions we had. We certainly recommend this property for future adventures!

We were in a perfect location for every place we wanted to see. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The road noise was a little loud during the day but we were on the move. Would definitely recommend the TreeCasa.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group! We came up to the area for our wedding and needed a place that would hold all our friends. I reached out to the hosts early on in the booking to confirm that we were able to host our wedding rehearsal there. It was so nice to have a place to gather all our friends and family. The back field made a great place for our rehearsal and plenty of yard games. They warned us about road noise, but honestly we didn’t notice at all inside or on the backside of the house!
We had just under 25 people staying there and it was perfect to spread out. The three separate living spaces made it possible to away as needed. There are 3 washer and dryers and oh boy, that was a must with our crew.

This house was great for our big family trip that included 12 adults and 5 kids. The house had plenty of space and charm! The location was great not too far from the airport and not too far from skiing and not far from stores. The owners we nice enough to leave us some sleds that the kids could use, and they LOVED sliding down the little hill on the side of the house. There were only a couple minor issues we had like with loose handles, nothing we couldn’t manage. We informed the owners and they said they would address the issues once we checked out. No big issues that impacted our stay at all though. We had an amazing trip and would def stay there again!

Very comfortable, well equipped, centrally located in the upper Flathead Valley. Perfect venue for our family reunion for 12 adults. Prompt and effective communication from the property manager. We’d use it again in a heartbeat.

The house hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. The owner apologized and got someone there quickly. We went to eat dinner and came back and it was ready. The house is huge. Essentially three houses that adjoin. Loved the space and the number of beds. Our group of 11 was quite comfortable. Beds and baths are in good shape. Main kitchen is well appointed. Backyard fire pit was fun but it’s right next to a warehouse type building. Not ideal. The biggest issue we had with the property is that it’s right on the highway. As in, you are listening to cars as your are staring up at the stars. Conversely, being right on the highway you are close to Glacier Park and Flathead Lake. You are close to town. It is convenient in that respect. But if you are looking for an escape in the wilderness, this may not be the place for you.

Our family wedding at Glacier park was a tremendous success. This house is 7 minutes from the airport, important for pickups and drop offs. Kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. Young people loved the spiral staircase and us old people could easily avoid it, plenty of ground level rooms and mini apartments. Extra refrigerators came in very handy for flowers and cake. Back yard is level and spacious for a soccer game. Did not use fire pits due to burn ban in effect. Beds were comfortable, ventilation excellent, those sleeping upstairs could not hear others in game room in basement, even though they were loud. Close to Glacier park. Nearby proceri stores are adequate and Albertsons in Kalispel for specialty things. Wonderful trip.

Our family of 18 adults gathered to celebrate the life of our Mom. It was wonderful to have everyone gathered in one home and enjoyed the gift of time, where we rarely all are together for several days. We recommend this home for any reason to gather. Very convenient location for most activities!

The house was laid out with three separate living spaces that easily combined into a single home type environment. The availability of three separate kitchens was a plus. The younger children enjoyed the bunk room as their own living space and playroom. The property manager was very attentive to our questions and needs. One of the best we have stayed in.

Family Thanksgiving. Separate areas for activities worked well with kids, youth and adults. Well stocked home. Closer to a very busy road than expected, but plenty of land behind to run. We had a great time exploring the area. Whitefish shops, Glacier was beautiful in snow, and hiking all around.

Host was very responsive, property was easy access to Glacier Natl Park and Whitefish. Able to have a large group all together but still have enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other all the time. Love the big kitchen table for having group meals, as well as the nice fire pit outside. Sat on the balcony every day enjoying the beauty of the back area. We originally had this house reserved in 2020 but Covid occurred. Jared and Anita were very understanding when we had to cancel. We rescheduled for August 19-27,2022. There were 14 adults ages 29-77. This house was enormous and very clean and pretty. The kitchen in Tree Casa was stocked with lots of spices,cookware and plenty of dishes for a large group. The gas grill was nice. All the beds were comfortable. And lots of places and furniture to put your things away. The huge yard was nice but it was too hot for us to be out much. The porch/ deck did offer some beautiful sunrises and views We absolutely would love to stay here again in this lovely home.

We had 21 in our group. (11 adults and 10 children. House is nice and location is great. The road in the front of the house is very busy and can be noisy. Especially during daytime hours. The listing does say 7 bedrooms, however, that counts the loft as a bedroom. It worked perfect for our group so it wasn’t an issue. Other than that it’s very nice and a great location.

Close to grocery and other stores as well as activities such as ziplining, Glacier Park, Whitefish, Kalispel. Our group enjoyed the lawn area and played horseshoes. Great family area in the big kitchen - perfect for evening board games.
