Not enough sleeping arrangement for family of 6
Response to complaint.. they don’t bother if you complain about anything which is not as per the facilities listed.

Since we didn't have an international plan on our US mobiles, we relied on our daughter to call and make the arrangements. We do have WhatsApp, so that would have been useful.
The noise and smell emanating from the garage just below us, and the bags of rubbish on the pavement outside the door to the street. That entry door was always ajar. Perhaps it should be locked?

The place was perfect for a couple of days stay. Close to all amenities and a car park just round the corner.
The only complaint we all had were the mattresses. None of us slept very well.

Near LIDL, so you can find anything if you d like to eat something.
Also the are several bus stops and 2 pub on the corner,

Great location you get what you pay for.
There was no parking which was disappointing

Really close to shops and eating places. Also close to train link to central London.
The couch bed was very hard. The rooms face out onto the main road which can be noisy.

Rough area, wrong address on listing which led to some confusion. Smelt funny too.

the bathroom was moldy, you can't sleep because of the sound of the cars passing by, the towels were of poor quality and wet. the host didn't even share the wifi password

Great location, easy to get into London via bus and rail
3.5 / 5.0
Apartment nice size for 4 people. Plenty of things to do around the area and not miles away from a train station.
Entrance to property is a little dirty/worn out, used cigarettes etc could have been thrown away.
Bed mattresses are well worn out, could feel the springs in our back. Traffic is very loud outside so getting to sleep was a struggle.
Property overall smelt a bit musky and could do with an air freshener.

It served a purpose
Apartment very tired. Mould in bathroom, beds uncomfortable, dirty kitchen. Was told there was parking outside but this certainly wasn't the case.

location, the two bedrooms size is good
sofa bed is hard. So noisy in the two bedrooms if the windows are opened
2.5 / 5.0
TV had all apps available
Kitchen had appliances and cutlery etc.
No parking spaces, big problem when using a car for work.
Matrass of bed worn out. No support.

The location of the property was a big plus and you can get everything you need nearby
The property is not in a very good shape, especially the bathroom
3.0 / 5.0
Was close to amenities and travel options was well presented and customer service was good
The windows are obviously single glazed as we could hear every sound on the street as the bedrooms are facing to the front of the property , all night all I could hear was sirens I'm actually wrecked tired from my two nights there . The lock on the bathroom door didn't work and when we got there there was a dehumidifier in the living room that was full and overflowing.
4.0 / 5.0
I liked the size of the bedrooms and the large double shower.
It is a little run down and could do with a lick of paint. The sofa bed isn't the most comfortable.

Convenient location, great neighborhood, comfortable apartment, very nice hosts. Would stay there again.
3.5 / 5.0
Location was a little bit far from London city center, but the price of an accomodation was compensating the distance. There was a need to pay full daily price for a public services, but in return you had a great mobility across London.
The owner could make the entrance to the apartment more visible or at least describe it better in the description. Other than that was everything allright.

Was greeted on arrival by a lovely friendly lady who showed us around flat. Flat itself was very comfortable and clean. Public car park close by . Train station into central london is under 10 minute walk however we found getting taxi to Ealing Broadway (costs £10) gives you cheaper and more flexible travel options . Would definitely book here again and would recommend this property

It was a quite cozy apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to several facilities and the Hanwell train station.

There was Netflix, and a bus stop outside
THERE ARE RATS. We left a small canvas pouch with chocolates on the kitchen table one night, and the following day it was torn up and the chocolates were gone. THE PLACE SMELLED. YOU WON'T GET ANY SLEEP. The ceiling and walls are thin, you hear when people pass by the hall outside, you hear when people (even tiny dog paws!) walk upstairs, you hear ambulances and cars outside. THE MATTRESSES ARE OLD, LUMPY, YOU CAN FEEL THE SPRINGS.

Very close to Hanwell train station. Also a Lidi over the road.
One of mattresses needs replacing

Didn't like anything. Whole apartment smells badly. Not very nice neighborhood as well.
£236 for two nights not worth it.
We have never met owner as key was left for us in the box.
Apartment was dirty, sticky floors, filthy bathroom, very dirty wall's, one of the bedrooms smell badly on cigarettes.
We didn't use kitchen as it wasn't really hygienic.
At the price of £60 for cleaning it's real scam.
Very busy road on the side of both bedrooms, not very good sound isolation, so couldn't sleep coz of non stop traffic.
Parking is on the other side of the road about 5 minutes from the let.

No AC, it was very warm
Very Old and smelly towels, can't use
No parking available as description

Very convenient to visit our daughter who lived around the corner.
And easy access to Hanwell station
Communication was good
Really didn’t like the front door not being locked which is what previous guests have mentioned.

Fans and Netflix were additional bonuses. Appreciated the washer/dryer so saved me doing too much washing when getting home. It was conveniently located near lots of shops including Lidl, and was central to 4 places that we were visiting- Legoland, Chessington world of adventures, Thorpe Park and Warner brothers studios for Harry Potter, all under an hour away. Plenty of space for a family of 5, few essentials there for us eg toilet paper, washing up liquid etc, nice clean toilet and fridge etc.
There were only 2 bowls, so we couldn't all eat breakfast together (5 of us). The tops of the seats were all loose, and at one point my son caught his finger and he was upset at this. Was advertised as having parking, but we could only park between 6pm and 9.30am, was ok as we were out during the day,but we had to make sure we were gone by 9.30 to avoid a ticket, so that was a bit inconvenient.
