El servicio que entrega el personal de recepción (de día las mujeres) muy malo, dicen que solucionarán cuando uno llama pero nunca solucionan nada, cuando uno habla con ellas te ignoran... en cambio, de noche con los chicos me resolvieron todos los problemas de forma inmediata. Me quedé afuera de la habitación un par de veces y me dejaban esperando casi una hora afuera de la habitación diciendo que subirían de manera inmediata (cosa que no pasaba) y luego, tenía que bajar al lobby y volver a reclamar... no se aseguraban de que el problema se resolviera, sino que solo cortaban y decían que lo "solucionarían". Las aislaciones son pésimas del hotel, se escucha todo de las habitaciones, se escucha hasta cuando se dan duchas..., tuve una filtración de agua en el baño que por suerte fue ahí, ya que me encontraba trabajando en las mañanas y si le hubiera caído al computador hubiera sido un tremendo problema que probablemente el hotel no resolvería dada las experiencias que tuve en mi estadía. Estuve todo un día sin aire acondicionado y las habitaciones no tienen ventanas... estaba ahogada y nuevamente me decían que lo solucionarían en 5, 10, 20 minutos, etc y nunca pasó.... no me querían cambiar de habitación y luego de horas y horas reclamando que perdí el día recién ahí me cambiaron de habitación, nunca solucionaban los problemas. La comida del desayuno, las mesas todas llenas y no había espacio para sentarse, falta de comidas más continentales para quienes somos extranjeros ya que no acostumbramos a comer esas cosas en las mañanas. En conclusión, el servicio era muy malo en relación al costo que uno paga ya que no buscan la forma de solucionar tu problema, si no mas bien, te hacen perder tiempo y pasar malos ratos.

La pasamos espectacular!!! Nos encantó. Ya anhelamos volver.

La comida, la ubicación y el lugar

Había gente muy linda, pero en la piscina había unas chicas con mala cara, no todas, sólo algunas y en el almuerzo deben agregar carne, ya q a muchos no nos gusta el pescado, ni el pollo.

Room was nice, location was great, was only offered very limited about (5) items for the AI

I had paid for All Inclusive and I was only able to get water bottles, fountain juice. No mixed drinks only their brand beer, and only from the Restaurant floor. Got ocean view but the beach was closed. Wish they would of informed on site

Hotel needs an URGENT RENOVATION AND IMPROVE ITS OFFERTS

Location is very good Staff is very friendly

Hotel needs URGENT REMODELATION and change in ITS "ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICE ". Supplies in the room are very old towels and blankets . Mold in the shower and in walls, locker at the door was broken . Carpet at the elevator very old Food variety and alcoholic drinks very poor at the restaurant and pool bar .Not entertaining in the eve . Sky bar is a total disaster !!

staff was rude, there were many prostitutes coming in and out of the hotel with clients, not a place for families. The rooms were musty and smelled like mold. The food was very basic and bland, not what I expected for the stay there

A great hotel with a poor administration

- The hotel is really clean, cleaning staff was really great. Our room was always superb. - The view from our room was just stunning - The pool is just like being in a super fancy place, very nice

- Staff is just careless of what guests ask for. I notified around 4 times that our room's shower water pressure was awful, they did nothing. I notified that the SMART tv didn't have internet... nothing. I also notified that it wasn't possible to call reception from the phone in our room. - Something I truly disliked and I think it can be quite an easy improvement is that at breakfast there's only whole milk, I would love non-dairy options but let's leave that alone, I think giving some dairy options can help a lot

Location was very good, close to everything.

No Ac in the lobby nor elevators and we had to reprogran the entry card almosts every time. Cold pool, no beach front, its a construction site.

front desk staff had attitudes (the females) room aesthetics …. ceiling above shower collapsing, room phone never worked, no pad on my bed, sheets were paper thin NO WASH CLOTHES…. we requested wash clothes…they gave us BATH MATS the manager was very nice and accommodating the building needs updating hotel hallways have NO LIGHTS…. not safe for females traveling together or alone

Don’t be fooled is a 2 star hotel

clean and location

is advertised as a 4 star hotel is close to 1-2 very basic the food buffet was also pretty basic cheap food cheap towels cheap sheets ( thin) cheap toilet paper ( scratch your skin)
