La ubicación del edificio es en una zona hermosa de Cartagena, cerca de la playa y del malecon, el desayuno es bueno y el servicio en genral es bueno

Lugar muy cómodo e indicado para descansar.

La ubicación del hotel es excepcional, al ser un lugar turístico es seguro incliso en horas, cuenta con un amplio catalogo de restaurantes de marca y locales realmente cerca al lugar de estancia; a demás de estar cerca al mar de la un plus positivo; el desayuno tipo bufet del hotel es excelente, el personal de catering, seguridad y aseo es amable y servicial. En general es un lugar muy comodo e indicado para descansar.

Algunas almohadas tenían manchas y uno de controles remotos del televisor no funcionaba.

Clean, good airconditioner, cleaning people did an amazing job, people at front desk in the entrance very kind

They give us just one card key, we were two couples and really make troubles organizing who keep the because some days we had different plans. The policies of the hotel didn’t consider any particular situation and were rude when we ask another key saying like “we are doing you a favour “ Additionally the front desk registration person was continuing talking by phone even dough we were standing at the front waiting for her, the person went to my room to fix the TV, she couldn’t and NEVER came back or send someone to solve that situation

Lo único que gusto fue el préstamo de toallas para la piscina o mar con un buen servicio en la lavanderia.

El.señor Daniel Genes fue basatnte acosador solicitando un pago a pesar de realizar el pago doble vez, amenazó con quitarnos hasta la estadía que ya habíamos cancelado muy mal servicio Por otro lado, solo servía un ascensor el cual solo entraban 8 personas por lo que tocaba esperar demasiado para subir al piso 20 a desayunar o para ir al lobby No realizan aseo todos los días y cuando lo hacen son las 5 pm. La piscina y el comedor son muy pequeños para la cantidad de personas que estaban hospedadas, tocaba esperar un buen tiempo mientras reponian el bufete del desayuno. No reponen los amenites, nos tocó bajar a la oficina por papel higiénico y jabones.

La distribución de las habitaciones, que tenía 3 baños, una cocina grande. Muy bonito el apartamento.

Que uno de los televisores no funcionó y aunque se reporto no fue arreglado el problema.

1. Отсутствует горячей воды 2. Безразличие персонала к проблеме 3. Маленькая столовая 4. Во время завтрака приходиться ждать по 15 минут пока освободится стол, все время не хватает еды. 5. Неисправность лифтов, сын застрял в лифте. За день до этого лифт был в ремонте. 6. Опасный бассейн, с одной стороны борт никак не обезопасили от падения. Бассейн мелкий и маленький. 7. Не работает в номере сейф. 8. В номере дверь в душевую каждый раз заедала, было сложно открыть. 9. Ни разу не поменяли полотенца и постельное за 6 дней. 10. Из 6 дней 2 дня вообще не убирали в номере, хотя мы просили об уборке. Отдых испорчен отелем.

We really enjoy our stay there and will probably return if the can guarantee the same apartment.

Breakfast was good and the view from the balcony and living room was excellent, we were overlooking the ocean.

There were some electrical problems in the kitchen and I really hated have to wear the guest wristband all the time.

1. Vista 2. Atención de lobby (todos muy amables y atentos) 3. Las chicas de cocina super amables y atentas 4. Nos permitieron guardar nuestro equipaje sin costo, ya que cada hora extra de estancia posterior al check out tiene un costo de 30 mil pesos colombianos

1. No nos avisaron que el cargo no se haría a nuestra tarjeta y tendríamos que hacer el pago a la llegada, lo que provocó que pagaramos de más porque no contábamos con ese gasto en efectivo y al usar la tarjeta tuvimos un cargo extra por el uso fuera de nuestro país 2. Durante toda la estancia no tuvimos internet, afecto nuestro trabajo ya que lo realizamos en línea y no contábamos con los datos necesarios en el movil confiando en que tendríamos internet disponible en el hospedaje. Nos dieron contraseñas de señales cercanas, pero ninguna nos dio acceso adecuado, estaban muy bajas o limitadas 3. Entraron a nuestro hospedaje sin previo aviso para la limpieza, no esta mal, es un buen servicio, pero fue incómodo porque en ningún momento se nos notifico que se realizaría diario, creo que por amabilidad y respeto al huésped deberían notificarlo 4. Nos cobraron 5 mil pesos colombianos por huésped, por unas pulseras que supuestamente nos iban a entregar a la llegada, QUE JAMAS NOS FUERON ENTREGADAS, a nuestro gusto un cargo extra sin sentido 5. La alberca principal nunca estuvo en servicio, había una pero muy pequeña para la cantidad de gente que hospedan, muy incómodo estar todos amontonados 6. Lo mismo para el área de comedor, muy pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes, tenían que esperar a que se desocuparan para poder acceder 7. Solicite una plancha para planchar mi ropa, tuve que marcar en varias ocasiones al área de servicio y al final con la recepción para que pudieran entregarla (casi 1 hora de espera) 8. Hay que tener un control de lo que consumes en la habitación, ya que te dejan artículos en el refrigerador con cargo extra, nosotros usamos 1 botella de agua y nos querían cobrar 3 artículos .. lo bueno que contábamos con la nota de revisión del consumo del refrigerador y se aclaró .. pero si te descuidas, pagas de más .. eso también fue muy incómodo La verdad, no volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí, el costo es muy elevado para la calidad del servicio ..

nice location in high rise area of cartegena. good Wi-Fi, clean room, good communication with staff. everything we needed in the apartment. small shop opposite and 10 minute walk to reach bigger shops and restaurants. breakfast was nice, lovely rooftop pool and sunbathing area, overall great value for money!

the shower didn’t have hot water.

amazing experience, felt like i lived there

the location was way more then I expected. close to everything. 15min walk into the center of everything, food, shopping, entertainment. The marina across the street was perfect for my morning walks and the beach was great. The staff was very friendly and the room was perfect. I will definitely stay here again. i felt very safe and comfortable here. I was traveling with my daughter and she loved it

I wish the pool hours would be until 9pm instead of 5pm.

The location is great breakfast was ok,

First there was hair in my eggs at breakfast, second there was a hair under my pillow, then after I buy drinks from the store and put them in the fridge the housekeeper that I took two drinks from the minibar which was a lie. The hotel minibar is in the fridge as well but they have black tape around it so they would know. At check out the lady checking us out was trying to argue with me saying I drank the drinks even though they clearly had no tale on the bottles. Just beware I think that was a ploy to get more money. The hotel was nice but could’ve been cleaner and furniture was a bit tattered.

Large apartment with beautiful views of the ocean and the bay from the balcony!

The nice enough apartment we stayed in here had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen with basic necessities. In my opinion it needs a little updating but you cant beat the price for the accommodations. It was all very clean though, with lots of storage space for clothes and luggage. The large balcony, with an overhang from the balcony above, was accessible from both bedrooms and the living room and was wonderful! But it could get hot mid morning and windy in the afternoon. We had a beautiful view of both the bay and the ocean that you could also see through the bedroom's sliding glass doors. It was very quiet staying there aside from some street noise. The beach was just a block away and had lots of canopies set up to sit under, the sun midday could be quite hot. There are 2 small stores across the street from the entrance to the building which is nice because all the restaurants and grocery stores are almost a mile's walk up towards "town". We needed to buy coffee there as none is supplied in the apartment. A cab ride "uptown" in that district is about $2 each way, and about $6 for a ride to the walled city or the airport. Lots of taxis everwhere in Cartegena! The lobby door to the building is always locked so we felt secure and although the friendly guys who worked right there in the small reception area only spoke Spanish, they will call for a taxi if needed and always opened the door for us. There is no restaurant on the premises or nearby but a small basic breakfast "buffet" is provided on the 20th floor. Nothing special... scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee and toast served from 6 to to 10 but best to get there by 9, before the food is too picked over. You could take your breakfast to your room if you wanted, some days there were no tables available. It''s in a small room but it has a nice view of the ocean. The WiFi in the building was good most of the time.

No restaurants in the immediate vicinity but you could easily get a cab both ways if you didn’t want to walk the mile up to where all the restaurants and stores are. No washcloths are provided but they have nice towels.

the services were not working, no hot water, one shower wasn’t working, the wifi didn’t work as the router was reset. the breakfast was finished by 9am and there was no arrangement for more food. they were short staffed. the reception didn’t do anything about this.

Trap House with a beautiful view of the ocean

The view and as always some of the staff. Keep in mind I actually lived in this building for over 2 years and management and the degree of professionalism is still pathetic

The laxidasical attitude and lack of urgency in doing anything. Having stayed there for over 2 years in which in 2019 during the pandemic through booking originally this is where I lived. I've never with all the issues I had with them have never formally with booking voiced any negative comments about this place but if you're staying for a day or 2 you probably can't see the systemic problems with this place but I submit to you anything past 2 days beware! And I'm sure just booking alone in the past 3 years I've stayed just through booking aloe in over 75 facilities

The daily multiple doorbell ringing was very irritating. It almost ruined my vacation.

The location is less than 0.3 miles to the beach and 0.2 miles to a great walking/running trail. The view from the 19th floor was magnificent. The patio is spacious and comfortable.

Too many interruptions with ringing the doorbell for various reasons, starting as early as 830 am. The reasons were to see If I had laundry to be cleaned, restocking the mini bar, and cleaning the room. It would be prudent to get a do not disturb sign, that be used when needed. There were some days and there was nothing I needed and did not want to be disturbed. But I didn't have a choice, the bell rang at least three times a day everyday. Also a television in the living room would be more useful and advantageous, than a television in the bedroom only.

very good location. walking distance to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. right across from the beach with great views and delicious breakfast.

the tv’s didn’t work we had to call room service to fix them and they were small. also they didn’t have Netflix. other than that it was great
