Lovely place in Hereford

Clean and friendly..Welcomed even though we got there early and left car in car park and returned after check in time. Lovely cooked breakfast in delightful dining room. .

A really excellent hotel and great for our short stop in Hereford. Highly recommended.

Very well-appointed hotel, very clean and in excellent order. Parking was right out front. The owners were really welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding. My only comment was that our bed seemed a wee bit tight for two. That apart this was excellent value and great for a few days stop.

I will use Somerville house again.

In my bedroom everything had been carefully thought about, from coat hook on the back of the door to bathroom equipment and extras. The room had a really welcoming feel to it. Comfortable bed, plenty of tea and coffee, and fresh milk available. The hosts were most welcoming and accommodating, both when I collected my key earlier in the day as I was going to be late in after a concert, and the following morning.

Great stay with lovely hosts Made to feel very comfortable 😊

Friendly hosts. Good size room with hair dryer etc Tea coffee making facilities. Biscuits muchappreciated. Small fridge. Bed linen and towels spotless. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Lovely garden to relax in. Wifi and car parking available. 20 minutes walk to town where there is array of things to do and see. Would definitely stay again if in the vicinity.

Excellent - very comfortable

The breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable - fresh milk was given to have with a cuppa and a fan was placed in the room for the warm nights. The staff are very friendly - it was evident that people had stayed here before (as had I).

An excellent, relaxing stopover for the start of our four-day Wye Valley walk.

Friendly welcome. Very pleasant, large ground floor room with large picture window looking over garden and the city. Good breakfast.

Extremely lovely, helpful owners. Everything spotless and good room facilities. Due to work commitments, I had to leave earlier than breakfast was being served. I explained this and instantly the response was 'would you like us to leave you something out', impressed thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this beautiful b and b. We received a very warm welcome and the room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and it was lovely to have the choice of a very good range of food, including the cooked option. The location was ideal for visiting Hereford and the surrounding area.

The only negative thing was that we'd booked 3 nights, but were only able to stay for 2 in the end, due to circumstances beyond our control and were unable to transfer the 3rd night, which we'd paid for in advance, to a later date.

Fabulous hotel- would definitely stay again!!

English Breakfast was excellent, high quality products. Good selection of cereals/fruit. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was immaculate, everything you could need. A 10 minute walk to reach town centre with bus and train station nearby. Quiet location.
