No key, no apology

Problems getting in as they sent the same check in email out for my apartment to someone else. This meant that the lock box was empty and I couldn’t check in. I rang the hosting company and the person on the phone was unhelpful and didn’t seem to understand or empathise with the situation. After an hour of largely stood in the rain, I was able to check in to the apartment the other person should have been in. I’m usually a good sleeper, but the road is loud and there was someone pulled up in the back yard with their headlights on for most of the night. The shape of the ground floor flat means that these illuminate through from the kitchen to the bedroom.

Proximity to town free parking cleanliness.

I found it very hard to find no pictures of front of building. Another person checking in said the same. Had issues with hot water but rectified after a few days.

don’t book this place.

nothing. having arrived there and looked at the outside which is not shown on the web site I wouldn’t put my dogs there.

the outside is on a main road and a total dump. hence its not shown on the web site.

Very good

Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Central to Hereford.

Shower recess in Unit 2 built for a pretzel. Extremely narrow.

Everything in the apartment is fine, but the noise and lack of natural light spoiled it for me.

Apartment was very clean and well presented. Everything needed was there. Bed was comfortable and good TV.

Main problem was that it is on the ground floor on a main road. Two windows at the front and one at the rear, but all blinds had to be kept down all the time, so no natural light. Not a lot of space. Also very noisy even quite late at night. Something like obscure glass or even net curtains would have provided some privacy and enable blinds to be opened.

Very good

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our two night stay. Private parking was a benefit but it wasn't obvious, so a sign would be good. Good communication from the rental company. Lovely craft beer bar across the road. Short walk into the town centre.

The apartment is near a very busy road junction, which was noisy until the early hours of the morning. Shower cubicle was the smallest I've ever been in! Bathroom would benefit from a shelf to put toiletries on and bedroom would benefit from a bedside table.

Location. Close the town centre.

I stayed in room 3, which is a ground floor self-contained small flat. It's next to a busy main road with lorries and general traffic going past all night, which meant it was impossible to sleep! The bathroom smells of damp even though the towel rail heater was on constantly! I absolutely hated it and couldn't wait to leave! Just can't think how someone could let this flat given the level of noise!

Good location. Cheap. Quality of furniture and finishes quite cheap! Shower power poor.

Location. Central to the town centre.

Couldn't get the keys out the door and the door when locked didn't feel secure.

all in all a good location apart from the noise from the main road witch wasn’t to bad but at times a little annoying

all good could of done with a few more knifes and forks and a washing rack for both clean cloths and clean plates and stuff

No breakfast provide, very good location.

Not enough parking at property, poor fitting key to flat 1 (difficult to remove after locking flat door) and no manual for hob. No cloth or sponge to wipe kitchen work tops, no dish cleaning brush and four sheets of kitchen roll inadequate for two night stay.
