Amazing location, ok room, terrible noise issues.

The location is absolutely amazing. I don't think you could get a better spot in Melbourne and certainly not for the price point. The room was utilitarian but clean.

There is terrible sound insulation. It was so noisy I didn't sleep well- often woken up by people in the hall or construction outside.

Buena ubicación, buen precio y habitación mejorable

Lo mejor que tiene el hotel, desde mi punto de vista, es la ubicación del mismo. Puedes desplazarte andando a cualquier lugar, y por la noche hay mucha oferta de restaurantes y bares para echar un buen rato. También el precio me pareció bueno, porque pagar 125 € por noche por una habitación triple en el centro de Melbourne, y teniendo en cuenta que estás en Australia, es una buena tarifa.

La habitación para tres personas era muy pequeña, y costaba trabajo ubicar las maletas correspondientes al número de personas que íbamos. Mobiliario anticuado, y un cuarto de baño, digamos que reducido,

Enjoyable stay

Found the location was excellent for our needs to go to the MCG and Marvel Stadium for a weekend of AFL. Also yo see the sights of Melbourne city.

No complaints as it was good value for money and the Staff , room were great . The reception staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was clean, tidy and value for money.

Amazing.

I like everything about the hotel.

The app indicated that the cost is inclusive of breakfast, the reality is that it is not. Please update the app . I should have known about the beach.

Convenient location, rooms and bathroom were clean, staff provided exceptional service when the toilet was faulty and were prompt in helping us out. Staff were also friendly and hospitable, which made me feel welcome.

Very central and convenient for around the city and MCG

Don’t eat at the bar. I ordered the Calamari and Karaage Chicken. Both were over cooked and very little for the price charged.

I liked the central location and the friendly and helpful staff.

I wish there had been shelves in the wardrobe to store clothes in addition to the hanging space.

Old World Charm meets New World Sophistication!

It’s in a Great Location, is Central and in a Heritage Building.

Granite Tiles in Shower and Bathroom are gorgeous, but can present as a Trip or Slip Hazard, I fortunate bought 3 non slip mats and a Suction Grab Handle which helps with that. But that’s just Me!!!

The Victoria Hotel had all the amenities we were looking for as well its close proximity to shopping, theatres and MCG m

Proximity to everything. Bar and restaurant on site.

Our room was quite a distance from lifts which might not suit everyone.

Would stay here again.

The property was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The room we had was the perfect size for what we needed. It’s in a great location close to shops and tram stops. I also liked that they had a storage facilities for your bags where you can leave them until the 2pm check in time.

Solides Mittelklassehotel in Toplage, um alles per Fuss oder mit der kostenlosen Tram erreichen zu können. Für den Tarif waren wir angenehm überrascht. Es gabt sogar eine Gästewaschmaschine (praktisch, wenn man wie wir länger unterwegs ist) und man konnte einen kleinen Gutschein für die Bar oder das Restaurant bekommen, wenn man nicht jeden Tg auf Zimmerservice und Handtuchwechsel besteht. Gutes Modell

Great location but hotel is old.

Great location. Hanger can be removed from the cabinet, this is great, allow us to use the hanger in the toilet to hang the wet bathers. Room space is great too

Hair dryer left on the floor, that's pretty disgusting. floor is not clean.

Excellent affordable accomodation in a great location.

Location is number one. The bar area/options and Mister Munro are good. Staff are excellent and friendly. I have been visiting for some years from a child with my parents to now as a dad with my family. Some staff have been here for a long time and are very good. Look after them!

Overall good stay, but unsure if we would return. You get what you pay for though, so reasonable value

We went to theatre, so location was excellent

Not clean, bar smelt musty. Bathroom was poorly set up. Deep set mirror with poor lighting

The room was good bed itself great the pillows were a bit ordinary. Very flat pillows and not soft but that could just be my personal taste.

Enjoyed our stay and will recommend to family and friends.

It was very clean and very well maintained. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do.

The pillows on the bed are too flat and only one extra pillow provided.
