Great location and friendly staff

Reception staff member who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the metro station and in an area away from the hustle and bustle but still lots of nice restaurants and other places in the surrounding area.

Bathroom was very dated with things patched up for a junior suite, the hotel suited our needs and this isn’t a complaint at all just being honest. Despite that we would be happy to stay here again.

A very pleasant moment

The kindness of the staff who was very professionnal and welcoming, the aesthetic of the place, the cosy armchairs with a selection of books in the hotel lobby, all the little attentions in the room to make ourself comfortable...and the location in the city as well with all the conveniences nearby. A very nice place to stay, thank you.

Nothing that I didn't like, it's a very nice place. Maybe should propose as well the possibility to occupy our time while waiting for the elevator which is a little bit too slow, why not a chair to sit down or something else (like a mirror ;-) ? And the possibility to have a coffee/a tea at anytime would be nice as well :-)

not HOT water in the bathroom

1.So much dirt in the room 2.No hot water in the bathroom 3.broken things in the room 4.No water to drink in the room 5.first after check in we received the room key , And the room we entered was not cleaned after previous guests

All the staff were so friendly (and very patient with my attempted french!) Despite having two flights cancelled, there was no problem extending our stay and we even received a discount on extra night. We were made to feel very welcome and we were sad to leave. Location was good - we walked pretty much everywhere but it was very close to the metro. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony and we discovered that we could even see the Eiffel Tower! (Albeit a glimpse!) Breakfast was basic but plentiful, fresh and delicious. Would recommend and return. Thank you! X

Bathroom needs a little updating but still clean and functional. Besides, the dated decor adds to the charm!

Perfect stay!

The room was beautiful and I loved the balcony. The bed was very comfortable, tea in the room. I could leave my luggage the last day. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay, not very special (and not like the pictures). Very close to the city centre.

The shower turned cold after one minute. But I don't have any other complains at all!

Convenient location and good price

Breakfast was good. Most of the staff were very kind. Bed was comfortable for me. It was nice to have a bottled water in my room every day.

On a photo, the room looks a lot bigger but it was tiny. Also, the outlet is old and made a strange noise when I plug in my laptop. The toilet in my room did not smell good.

beyond comfortable, rare find, non touristic and old charm

I booked the hotel with a last minute deal. The location is great, in one of the main hubs in the city, yet it remains quiet. it is next to the beautiful Montparnasse cemetery and close to the train station, both the subway and the RER line to CDG. The room has an old charm, a bit small, but it has the necessary furnitures. It is clean, well kept and comfortable.The shower facility is surprisingly good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Noise from the road outside. The room was cold - leaky windows and no heaters were available. Modest breakfast. Problem with receiving the invoice.

Nice room with a view.

Very nice room with view to boulevard. Good situation near Denfer-Rocheraut. Very nice room, old-fashioned style with old wooden furniture. Very romantic.

Breakfast is not extraordinary in a cellar xithout rooms, but convenient.

Lovely, helpful staff and great location but the hotel needs renovating

The hotel is in a great location close to the Metro and a direct line on the REV B to CDG airport. The catacombs are right around the corner from the hotel and there are many restaurants close to the hotel.

The hotel was quite run down not at all like the photos. I stayed for two weeks as I was on a business trip and found the rooms to be tiny. The bathroom tiles were badly cracked and the toilet seat kept falling off.

Nice helpful staff. Good location. breakfast included.

The person working the breakfast room told me that I was not allowed to come down to get a cup of coffee for my wife and bring it back to the room. He called this two breakfast visits, which it was not. I would have rated our stay higher if it wasn’t for this experience.

The room was neat and bed comfortable. The breakfast was great and staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very small for the amount charged. Windows were not soundproof, so it was very difficult to sleep with passing traffic not too far away. The Televsion stations available were only in french except CNN

Good location, nice hotel, expensive but to be expected in such a nice area of Paris.

Location was great, more quiet as off the main road but a short walk to streets with great restaurants, cafes, shops.
