Das Ambiente war wunderbar, ein schönes Zimmer und Gartenwirtschaft.

Für den Zustand leider zu teuer.

Von außen wunderschönes altes Gebäude. Ruhige Lage.

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müssten mal renoviert werden. Insbesondere das Badezimmer ist echt renovierungsbedürftig. Alles ist aber sauber.

Spannend .

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber und die kleine Terrasse war auch schön.

Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer ich mein wir haben - grade und die Heizung hat erst nach Stunden funktioniert ich finde da hätte man vorheizen können wir mussten die ganze Nacht frieren.

Quaint and clean but lacking some things that would have made stay better.

Traditional building and quaint. Clean. Fresh towels. Restaurant available.

No mirror in the room. No t bags or coffee or milk or sugar. Only a kettle and cups. Shared bathroom for shower was out of use by more selfish other residents for a long time. They did make up and hair chatting for ages… and did not consider other guests. To reduce the risk of this happening; a mirror in the room would be helpful. A bit cold at night and would have liked an over throw or thicker duvet.

Superb

great room, lovely facility, clean and cozy, nice breakfast and friendly staff

We met friends for dinner in the restaurant. Food was ok but not great and a bit pricey. Portions were large - would prefer quality over quantity for the pasta dishes. (Although the one meal with homemade pasta was very good)

It was close to a tram stop.

Dirty Poor service, room was not cleaned even though it was requested. Blocked shower drain No shutters and thin curtains yet despite this the room was still poorly lit The Wi-Fi is not existent in the rooms Noisy The coffee/tea in the room was also non-existent Expensive for the quality of service and room. Unfriendly staff, if you ever see them

Excellent stay. If in Heidelberg, I would go again.

The staff taking care of our specialised needs by going out of their way. They made the stay really enjoyable. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was also very healthy and delicious. I have not had such a well prepared dinner in a hotel restaurant recently. The inner courtyard of the hotel is a very beautiful and cute place to sit for a tea/coffee. Overall very nice stay and hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. Lots of very good bakeries in the neighborhood as well for people who like to have a hearty breakfast.

The availability of more plug points in the room for charging would be nice. But it was ok for us.

traditional German style, there's an Italian restaurant down below. Everything is clean, plenty of towers provide.

There's parking outside hotel, but very limited parking space. Windows is broken, cannot open it. Wifi is very poor.

Superb

Everything! Beds were super comfy, room was super big, a great historic look.

The staff. They clearly were making fun of my friends and I and had clearly made a bet whether or not we would show up and laughed in our faces.

DAS LAMM very adequately met our needs for seeing Heidelberg's Illumination night.

The Family Room served 6 of us very comfortable.

Car parking was a hassle--waited 1.5 hours until a street space opened up. Paying extra for breakfast--it should be included in the room price as at other hotels.

A wonderfully unique hotel that is full of character.

The hotel is distinctive and unique with a wonderful courtyard for eating. The breakfast was good value and above all the staff were outstanding.

My only small criticism relates to the mattress.
