Спасибо за чудесный отдых ! Нашей семье все понравилось ! С детьми было очень комфортно , много развлечений и шоу ! Благодарим так же спа салон , особенно Сеймура и Кадек ♥️ искренне советую посетить и получить свою порцию чудесного массажа ! Очень классные мастер классы для детей в детской комнате , и особая любовь детей - дискотека по вечерам 👍🏻

Great little resort but basic rooms

Small safe resort with plenty to keep kids entertained and to let them roam. Good food.

Very basic rooms, not 5 star standard, and hotel to hot! No AC in corridors and room AC not powerful enough, needs updating.

Freundlich und hilfsbereit

Die Mitarbeitern sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Immer wieder gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Schade, dass es keine Rutsche für 5-9 jähringe gibt. Mein Sohn war traurig. Sonst war alles gut.

كل شي رائع في المنتجع من اول مادخلنا الى يوم طلعنا والحمدالله كان اختيار موفق وشكرا للعاملين كانو متعاونين وبشوشين معنا

لاشئ بس يمكن البعد عن وسط المدينه بس خلاص ماتحتاج كل شي موجود بالمنتجع والفعاليات فيه للكبار والصغار ممتع صراحه

Rahat ve eğlenceli bir tatil oldu

Havalanına yakınlığı çok rahat, çocuk kulübü çok iyi, 1buçuk yaşındaki kızım için havuzlar rahattı, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve iyiler, yemek çeşitliliğini sevdim. Odalar temiz ve yeterli. Sabahki yoga seansları çok iyi geldi, ortam harika. Bebek arabasıyla ya da yürüyerek her yere ulaşmak mümkün.Havuz ve etkinlikler çok güzeldi rahat bir tatil geçirdik.

Denizi kumsal ama su sığ değil, deniz temiz ama dediğim gibi küçük çocuklar daha çok kumda vakit geçirebiliyor. Bir de açıktaki ortak duşlardan akan su soğuktu, çocuklar kullanamadı.

Great if you want to be treated like an hostage.

Staff and cleaning team very polite and professional. Food was good with variety of choices.

IC is partnering with a local taxi mafia which means you can not escape the hotel unless you pay some stupid fees (only if you are european, this rule doesn’t apply to middle east or russians). Same problem with their inhouse SPA that offer massage starting at 100eur. If you are European you should expect to be treated like a cash cow, the standing and professionalism doesn’t exist anymore. I wont consider this place a 5 star either, you can hear your neighbors watching tv. Equipment is not well maintained (broken shower, tables, etc) Everything is clean but they are not into details.

Friendly staff, a good building, clean pools every thing is awesome food atmosphere im happy to be there

I needed a sun burn cream for my kids and the clinic asked for 100 euros just to be seen by a doctor to write a prescription, you can get this kind of creams of the shelf in pharmacies, the announcement board should be in the restaurants so everyone can see it, the kids and teens activities were unkown.

Getting a taxi to town is more than double the price of taxis outside the hotel . Uber does not stop there so you are captive by the taxi company the hotel uses. It is not close to any shops or streets so if you want to go out you have to pay a lot of money There are not enough fishes with drinks and the wait in the bar is pretty long. No enough information as to how things work. TV did not have a lot of channels especially in English

the kids concept and the all inclusive were lucrative to go there, but it failed our expectations

Sofra (main restaurant) has a massive varieties of cuisines and food selection that can reach to every one's taste, the quality however, may vary from great to acceptable. other lounge bars at pools side that serves drinks and snack are open till dawn. but somethings comes with extra price that is not included like alcoholic drinks at night and shisha. beside this there are snack restaurant that serves a la cart food that will make your kids feel familiar with what they know. the facilities are scattered all over the place, big water slides, tennis courts, basketball and beach lounge chairs if you like to relax be the sea side. water sports are available at the beach but need reservation up front and are pretty expensive. a para sail costs 120 Euros for 3 persons going on same parachute for 10-15 minutes. expect your room mini bar to have snacks and sodas and it is paid with the full board price, the staff didn't replenish it daily and we needed to call the front desk every time to ask for a drink or so.

arrival: to start with, the arrival was a fuss, we arrived at 2:30pm expecting to get our room and freshen up but the room wasn't ready till 4:00 pm. during this time all restaurant were closed so we stayed without food till dinner. the front desk didn't even allow my kids to go to the room and have me fill the papers till I made the payment in full. rooms condition: the rooms are in a low maintenance condition, the 2 wall lamps beside our bed were barely hanging and swinging at all times. the house keeping won't knock on the door beforehand, many times were we were still in bed that just open the door and rushed in. yet, room cleaning were not good, we had to through all towels and bedsheet on the floor before we leave so that they will change it. food: though it is so variant, it seems that there was something wrong in it as me , our friends and 2 other relatives with cross met there had a food poisoning and had to stay in bed for 1 or 2 days. hotel services: the transportation desks were rude and kept talking to his friends in many instances while we wait for hime to call for a drive. facilities: the policy on booking should mark that is is not allowed for kids under 10 to use the water slides in this hotel. my younger kid has a massive disappointment since they banned him from getting to use the complete slides set even the lower ones.

Very good

the staff was very helpful and friendly. there were alot of activitis for the kids. the blue fish restaurant near the beach is very nice.

the air conditioner at the first day was broken (it was vary hot) and they sent the technician to "fix" it 3 times, at the end we asked to move at midnight to other room. the dining room was noisy and crowded. the public rest rooms in the yard and near the pools are not clean end even disgusting.

I would rate this hotel 10/10, and the best hotel among the hundreds of hotels I visited in Turkey. Cleanliness: 10/10 Gorgeous rooms Animation at the top Clean pools Very clean and organized beach. Very varied food. Paradise landscape. Wifi available even at both ends of the beach. Really nice staff: I rate everyone 10/10 except for two people. - Head of Lifeguard named SU and Ozlem from pool bar. I want to salute those exceptional people in this hotel for their professionalism and their attentiveness: - Elif and -Abdurahman From reception and HALE from the restaurant those three persons are really the best in the whole hotel, i would love to see them on my next visit.

Really nice staff: I rate everyone 10/10 except for two people. - Head of Lifeguard named SU: she doesn't even know how to talk to guests, she does segregation: she let a 4 year old child use the slides so he don't know how to swim, so she answered me meanly for my daughter who has 6 years old. - the second is called: OZLEM waitress at the pool bar, she despised her colleague in front of all of us in an inappropriate way for a bottle of water (I qualify as an education problem).

Amazing hotel and facilities are family friendly!

All the facilities and staff were amazing! Buffets had so much options, and food was delicious! This hotel is excellent for families, there are so many things to do! Private beach area was very clean, the unlimited drinks and ice cream was excellent! Kids entertainment was superb!

Bed and pillows could have been bit more comfortable, also few of the entertainment was bit x-rated for a family friendly hotel (specially Hotel Paris show), which basically had a stripdancer on a pole! Despite that we loved the Turkish night and Dancing on Ice shows!

Great Toddler friendly hotel

Kids activities were nice and food was superb. Staff were very helpful.

Hotel offered overpriced quote for airport transfer. The shop and spa prices were also ridiculously high.

Wonderful stay, starting from check in till last moment enjoyed every single second spent in this hotel. Very well located, amazing views and well kept hotel, very professional staff, I mean all of them from front desk to animation team, bartenders, waiters and housekeepers always smiling and there to help you. all inclusive concept offers vast variety of food and drinks. Thank you for unforgettable holiday Green Palace, will definitely come back.
