Hotel położony 10 minut od stacji metra Orchard- łatwy dostęp do atrakcji. Oferuje przestronne pokoje z dobrym wyposażeniem. Śniadania serwowane z menu, do godziny 15.

Lovely stay, really great staff and in a good location.

Very large room, with a comfortable bed. Believe the hotel was full though I had a quiet stay. In the downstairs area, there were tea and coffee facilities plus soft drinks available, which were a really nice touch. Location is on a fairly quiet road, only a short walk to the MRT station and malls. Staff were really welcoming on arrival and with booking taxis on departure. They were all very courteous. One receptionist was so kind helping me with my multiple bags, and giving me a smart bag to keep my coat clean while they were storing my luggage. On arrival, the air con in my room wasn't working. It transpired they needed an engineer who was at another site, so given that it was really late and I'd had a long flight, we agreed the engineer would sort it out in the morning. Swapping rooms unfortunately wasn't an option due to it being full, though the staff did offer to bring up a fan. The engineers sorted this out the next morning as soon as I went to reception. The receptionist was really nice - there was another issue in the bathroom so after the engineer said it had been fixed (but it still seemed to be faulty), she came upstairs to look at it and take a video and communicate with him directly herself to fix it.

The ceiling could have done with being repainted - did wonder if the room had had a damp issue or a leak in the past from the marks on the ceiling. On arrival, the room felt damp though this could've been due to the air con being off.

Great , comfortable & enjoyable stay with exceptional staff

Wonderful staff that went the extra mile to make us feel welcome . Lovely pillows, comfortable bed . Loved the Kevin Murphy products in bathroom. Offered all day snacks , coffee & tea . Great to have .

The sauna was not heated enough and disappointing .

Wonderful staff, great hotel!

We booked 3 nights in Singapore on the way to see family in New Zealand. We didn't realise what a great choice the Quincy Hotel would be... just off Orchard Road, so walking distance to midpoint for a stroll out and a drink of an evening... The staff were fabulous! Attentive, but not too much, helpful, polite, friendly, and charming. They suggested vegan restaurants we might like, made special canapés in the evening, gifted us Quincy teddy bears for our grandchildren and took the time out to write a handwritten note to accompany the gift.. I've stayed all over the world and visited 40 countries some many times and rarely if ever have I found the hotel staff specifically or people generally as welcoming and kind as in Singapore 🇸🇬 The breakfast was excellent, coffee available all day, the room had everything we need including a bath and all the complimentaries were great. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym, with robes, slippers, towels and sunbeds...20 minutes (ish) to botanical gardens, china town, quayfront or airport, whichever way your going..breakfast was served until 3pm if you need to adjust to local time! So, a great hotel, especially for a shorter stay, would highly recommend 👌

Angenehmes Hotel mit gutem Service in ruhiger Lage, dennoch zentral.

Gutes Hotel, einige Gehminuten von Orchard Rd. daher sehr ruhig. Gute Lage. Zimmer geräumig. gut gepflegt, Badgröße angemessen. Frühstück (inkl.) von recht guter Qualität, Menue mit Auswahl, aber etwas eintönig. Mehr individuelle Varianten wären wünschenswert. Obstauswahl mit zwei immer denselben Sorten (Melone und Dragonfruit) zu dürftig. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Netter abendlicher Snack (inkl.)

A Good Place to Stay in the Heart of Orchard Road

The hotel is very centrally located with easy access to shopping malls and the MRT station. It was very quiet and the swimming pool had great views over the surrounding area. I liked the bath tub in my room with a view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the selection at breakfast though we had to access the qr code to see the menu.

The air conditioning and the fridge in my original room 909 was not working. I stayed in the room for two hours until midnight before I requested a room change. The manager Cheryl was very understanding and told me a few days later that this was indeed the case and maintenance addressed the issues. Breakfast got quite busy at times and it took some time before it was served so try to avoid the peak times if you can.

Super breakfast, good selection both Asian and Western. Avaliable until 3pm accommodating catching up on sleep (jet lag)

Aspects of bathroom we're a little tired and required replacing however nice bath and shower.

Fantastic hotel, service, amenities. Great location, esp. for medical travel.

Room was spacious, fully stocked with amenities (shower and bath, mini fridge, glasses and mugs, kettle, blow-dryer, iron & board, good size tv). Motorized block-out blinds, selection of pillows. Loved the fact that breakfast is until 3 p.m., gym 24/7, lounge 24/7, fantastic drinks from 5:30-7:00 and free canapés. Location is perfect for 5-min walk to Novena Medical Centre, 15 minutes to Orchard road (mall, grocery store, etc.) A la carte breakfast was also very good, and appreciated that chef was willing to revise the order a bit to my preference. Oh, staff left a 'care package' in my room after my surgery, with tea and goodies - very nice touch!

Very minor issues that I'm sure will be resolved after I leave. The USB port over desk didn't work. Had to get adapter so could charge Apple devices from bedside table (but provided happily and was allowed to keep for duration of my stay). But really...minor inconvenience for an exceptional stay in this hotel.

Friendly staff, clean room with everything you need.

The room was very clean, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the lounge, where you can have drinks and snacks at all hours.

I found the AC in the room very noisy. Fortunately, it wasn't very hot so I was able to turn it off for sleeping. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Wonderful staff and great location- A Winning Combination

Great location- we wanted something close to Orchard Road so we could walk everywhere. The hotel is located on a quiet road and fairly central. We loved the staff and their willingness to assist us at all times. They we’re always cheerful and smiling and we’re very helpful. The availability of snacks and drinks 24/7 is also a great idea and also the coffee/tea was freely available. The 6pm drinks and canapés were fantastic- a nice opportunity to unwind before dinner. Overall, the Quincy concept suited our needs and the staff actually were the drawcard- we will definitely be back!! A special mention to Ms Stephanie at front reception and the waitstaff in the restaurant- there was a young person in particular but we didn’t catch his name, but we remember he told us he was from Johor Bahru. These people are a credit to the organisation they work for.

Very limited breakfast menu which is served. Empty mini bar. We understood the hotel policy about not providing water in bottles but perhaps 2 glass flasks instead of one for water would be better. For some unknown reason the hot water did not flow from the shower head until after a couple of minutes of running the water.

Excellent hotel & thoughtful staff

My 2nd stay at this excellent hotel. Lovely big room, comfortable bed, big bathroom with both tub & separate shower. Snacks in room. Canapés & drinks between 6-8 pm, lovely pool on 12th floor open 24h. Thoughtful & caring staff, excellent breakfast. It is up the hill about 2-3 blocks from Orchard Road -MRT. I plan to return next year & highly recommend this hotel!

Standard business hotel in good location… not very cosy rooms…

Good location and exceptional nice and friendly staff!

They offer free beer and canapés (there is room for improvement in means of taste and quality)… would be nice to find a free (or any) bottle of water in the room instead…

朝食にサラダ類が不足しており、朝食スタッフがあまり要望を聞いてくれませんでした。booking.comとのコミュケーションが悪くinvoiceがすぐにもらえず困りましたが、最終的にはフロントデスクのマネージャーが解決してくれました。

Expected a lot more compared to some other hotels in Singapore - needs to be modernised

Quite a reasonable location - not far from Orchard Road

Hotel was dated - we stayed in this hotel soon after it opened - looks like nothing has been done to it since - it looks it's age - sliding door to bathroom was broken

It’s about a 10 minute walk to Orchard Road. And the staff were very nice and accommodating.

The rooms could use a bit of a renovation, although they were always clean. There were no black out curtains in our room. And while the lobby pantry was open 24 hours, snacks and drinks would always run out, so it’s a bit useless if you feel peckish in the middle of the night.

A great place to break a long journey for 2 nights, comfortable, excellent food and staff.

Size and layout; bath. Rather peripheral location but this made getting to airport very easy so not complaining. Choice and quality of breakfast both very good. Swimming pool on 12 floor was lovely and so convenient.

Room was a bit stark to conform with my idea of de luxe. There was no body wash etc reachable from within the bath. Bathroom fittings generally rather ‘tired’. Appeared to be no attendant with swimming pool. I didn’t know where to change, nobody to ask then didn’t know how to get there. Glass walls weren’t doors as they seemed. So just stayed by poolside. Canapés: a lovely idea and one I really enjoyed the first evening, only to be extremely disappointed when I presented at 7.35, (6-8pm, having deliberately got other things out of the way first, to find there were none left. Other people still eating them around me. Staff member very pleasantly apologetic and found me a small glass of white wine - that had run out too; I’d have had another colour if asked - and some walnuts and dried apricots but it wasn’t much of a substitute.

Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

The 24 hour lounge facilities for coffee, tea and soft drinks is very good. On top, between 6-8pm each day, you can enjoy drinks and canapé is a real bonus. Also, breakfast is served from 7-3pm and from an a la carte menu which is freshly cooked.

A little sign of wear and tear in the room that needs some attention.

Clean and Comfortable

Very clean and comfortable with a kind staff. Lots of facilities and amenities available. They also held our luggage for us post check out and offered a shower to freshen up before our flight. It is also in a prime location on orchard and a short walk from the many malls in the area and an MTR station.

The breakfast selection wasn’t great and the food was mediocre. Not many vegetarian options either.
