check in was quick and efficient. the whole stay was efficient and just what I needed for a work overnight stay
Some rough looking men hanging around outside smoking when I arrived. Just a bit disconcerting as I was travelling on my own

- It was a lovely hotel with a lot of features
- I loved the breakfasts but also how nice and clean the apartment was

I have stayed there before and the location is excellent. It is really handy for access and also the Harvester next door is a bonus. The pet welcome pack is a lovely touch.
It's silly but there was no juice at breakfast.

The room was very clean and we especially liked the walk in shower
Nothing really , you have got everything just about right.

We had the best stay here, lovely warm and welcoming when entering the building, smooth check in, lovely decor our room was absolutely beautiful and clean with added extras that came in handy especially the hair dryer! The bed was so comfortable I was out like a light 😴 I haven't slept that good in so long! In the mornings we went down for breakfast and just WOW! such good variety and all so yummy! The staff were great and very welcoming, and hats off to the cleaners who do an absolutely astonishing job of cleaning the rooms, thank you so much holiday inn Peterborough for an amazing stay we will definitely be back! 😃
Strong weird smell in the bathroom
Couldn't pay cash for a cold drink

Staff very helpful and friendly
Breakfast a little low on one day due to staff member misplacing keys where stock items were kept - jam and marmalade ran out, no fruit juice. Every other day was great though.
No storage facilities for clothes, there were 4 people in our small room and nowhere to unpack and store clothes. I like to unpack rather than live out of a suitcase for 4 days
No lounging area to sit and have a drink as a family - only one small table and chairs and if someone else was here then the only other place were the dining tables and chairs.

I was very comfortable, even on a rather stained sofa. Bed brilliant! Could have done with a shower cap. Slept superbly. Breakfast a bit dry but lovely staff. Muggy evening so very grateful for fan.
Sofa stained.

Attentive staff and great evening meal served fresh from the bar, cooked to order on the evening of arrival. I didn’t have the breakfast in the morning.
Outlook from my room, so kept the curtains drawn closed. Customers in next door room were noisy, but not for long, so didn’t mention it to staff.

Breakfast was lovely, bedroom tidy and staff friendly.

We live in fl USA and was here to visit my mom so will be back and stay here again next year and would definitely recommend to anyone!
Bar and especially the breakfast was fantastic and staff were fabulous
Every day out key cards deactivated meaning we had to go and get them reset

Property has free parking. We arrived late and Liam had made sure the sofa bed was made up. Staff are super helpful and always have a smile on their face. Breakfast was meh compared to other holiday inns I’ve stayed at.
More variety needed especially for vegan/vegetarian travellers. No option to have poached or even hard boiled eggs. Apple juice unfortunately tasted like it was watered down. Muffins were very dry. More fruit options and would be nice.
We stayed in room 104 and hock was close to the entrance and it was very loud in the corridors till about 1am. I suggest asking for a room at the back of the property.
