I loved the tranquility in the morning, the architecture, the height of the rooms and windows. Lovely atmosphere and great to be in the centre of everything made it feel a very special place.
It would have been reassuring to have been sent a map to show where the college was and how to get from the airport. Was warned about sharing the bathroom, but shocked not to have plugs in the basins. Guy on reception said all rooms were like that - what a waste of water and energy. Furniture was very sparse for 2 people. Another bedside light and a chair would have been nice. Breakfast was great on Saturday but cold on Sunday. Generally felt you were being very greedy.

Simple but exactly as I expected and very comfortable. So clean. Shower was good, with towels provided. Little kitchen area with tea and coffee facilities was a bonus. Loved being so central to everything. Staff in the accommodation office very helpful and knowledgeable. Felt safe being on campus after hours- they close some of the gates and have security patrolling.
The big windows let in so much light, which is lovely but it also lets in so much noise, being single sash - I'm glad I brought my earplugs.

The location and the room itself, very cleanly and comfortable
The fact that the door was broken for two days and as a solo female traveller I felt very unsafe as I was in an accommodation of a flat where I could have potentially been sharing it with someone I didn’t know. I felt unsafe until it was fixed.

Excellent location, tidy and modern room and nice shared kitchen facilities right across the hallway. Great value for money in the heart of Dublin and the historic Trinity campus. We loved everything about our stay!

The location was excellent. Central part of Dublin on the amazing campus of Trinity College.
Our room had not been cleaned when we first entered, but the mistake was dealt with when we let the accommodations desk know.

Trinity College is the perfect location close to everything and lovely historic campus. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Large shared bathroom, but nobody was in the other room in our suite. Also shared kitchen and living room facility. Steph was very helpful. Secure campus with security guards at all entrances. Campus dining facilities were great for quick breakfast.
There were summer concerts right next to our building which was loud but stopped at 10:30 PM. So it didn’t really interfere.

The fact that the accommodation was within the grounds of a beautiful old university college and also very central
The room was small, basic and hot. The two windows were taking over one side of the room, leaving no privacy whatsoever (unless one pulled the blinds down fully) and making the room very hot and airless. I had to keep the window (the one that opened) open through the night to get some air in, but as the room looked out onto Pearse Street it got very noisy. Also, the room was on the third floor and the lift was out of service.

The property is located at the heart of Dublin, very central and convenient location.
The facility is a dorm, so there are no facilities in the room for making tea etx but there is a communal kitchen.

You can’t beat the location to the centre of town & I enjoy being on campus. This is my second stay here and the room I was allocated this time looked out to the street which didn’t suit me at all but the staff are great and actually manage to relocate me to another room, which was fine.

This room seemed to be almost brand new and you can't beat the location of Trinity's Campus. Perfect, in my opinion, for a solo traveler who is trying to frugally spend professional funds. The location was wonderful and felt super safe. My room included a hairdryer and after getting a tip from a fellow traveler, I went to the Accommodations Desk and was able to check out a fan by just leaving an ID behind.
Though I knew it going in, the lack of A/C was tough. I wasn't aware that the windows would barely open (just a few inches of tilt at the bottom,) so I couldn't even take advantage of the breeze outside. It could have been the direction my room was facing, but it was always significantly warmer than the air outside, with no way to get much fresh air in. As I mentioned, after I was able to check out a fan from the desk, it helped a lot. If I had been able to open the windows more, I think I would have been perfectly comfortable.

Staff friendliness and professionalism from the moment I booked until I departed. I’d forgotten how efficiently designed a dorm room is and was grateful for shelving and cabinets. Use of a kitchen was another bonus. Most importantly, I felt safe there.
Not a single thing! What a great location.

Location!
Nothing really, loved everything about it. Perhaps wasn’t that easy to get to the right place at first, would’ve helped to have descriptive details on where to go first.

I like the grounds in Trinity and that it’s Centre of the city.
Hairs on the bed & duvet.
Too many steps to climb
Very noisy pub/customers right across from my room on Pearse Street.
10am departure time is unreasonable.
Loud sounds of trucks and cars (& buses) late at night & early in morning - even Sunday morning.
Overall it was a very impersonal experience.
