Location and meal at the on the bay. Service there brilliant
Manager would not return call to discuss issues. No hot water and didn't realise until 2 day. Offered change of room night before we left next morning so didn't take it. No offer of future discount etc. Were told it was because we didn't book direct with them.

This was a great location for our visit to Port Arthur and exploring the Tasman Peninsula. Spacious, clean cottage with enough facilities to cook a meal as almost all the restaurants were closed.
There is no Wi-Fi available

Walking distance to Port Arthur. Reception Staff welcoming, friendly and able to guide us in our stay re places to visit. Also sorted out our accommodation. Comfortable and quiet accommodation.
Initially shown an unacceptable lodge (no. 14 by parking and restaurant with view of cars and sound of air conditioning). This was sorted as we requested a change and reception sorted

location
obviously TV and phone service would’ve been nice but out of their control.

The cabins are spacious and well set up. They are very near Stewart’s Bay which is absolutely gorgeous and also close to one of the jetties used by Pennicott cruises which we recommend taking to see caves and seals. We had an easy walk along the bay to the Port Arthur Historic site.
We had dinner at The Lodge’s restaurant, On The Bay, sitting outside enjoying the long day due to daylight saving.
The local supermarkets up the road are basic so if you intend on cooking a lot, then it would be best to bring some supplies.
