A nice clean self-contained unit that met all of our needs. If staying again in Port Arthur we would rent again. Affordable and close to the Tasman National Park.

The shower was a bit on the manky side and the toaster burnt all the toast on the lowest setting but otherwise nice. Convenient. Advertised elsewhere as price from $170 - it was $275 for one night.

This was an ideal overnight spot for my and me on our trip to visit Port Arthur Historical Site.

The room that we got was so new! I could even smell the new wood smell. Nice tall ceiling, big windows facing the beautifully groomed garden, with chickens and rabbits sometimes in the garden. Kitchen area is small but it’s ok. I love that the dining table is facing the window too. All facilities worked well and very new. Bed was nice and I slept so well there. The only criticism would be there were like some dead flies in the room, like 6 of them. Not sure how they got in, but would be nice for them to vacuum them before we come. Other than that, I would love to come back and stay here.

We enjoyed the hens tending the gardens. The bed was comfortable. Proximity to Port Arthur site was ideal.

I visit the Tasman Peninsula about three times a year to visit my parents. I have stayed at a few different places. This is definitely in my top two. Great space and comfortable. Good parking. Very very good price. Will definitely be staying here again

We showed up for check in at 4:30 pm and there was no one at reception. Did not receive any info that they close earlier for checking in. On the plus side, they left clear instructions for picking up the keys/dropping off the On the minus side, there was no one there in the morning either when we left, so left unsure if our payment will go through.

Our booking was lost? I spent an hour on the phone & then waiting for an alternate cabin to be allocated. Power was off (no fault of the accomodation) when the power came back on the wifi was crap! Overall very disappointed!

Great place to explore the Tasman Peninsula from. We’ll appointed clean rooms, beautiful location and grounds. Entrance is a little difficult to see at night only thing I could think that if that could improve finding it

The verandah on the disability Villa is far too narrow. Especially with chairs placed outside the rooms. The verandas on the other Villas were wider and appeared to have better accessibility.

This property is in a perfect spot. It was close to Port Arthur, easy driving distance to many areas of beauty and so quiet and peaceful.

I found this property exceptional in many areas – clean, complete, comfortable, like the couch and table, good for working, spacious. Closet was good for hanging suits. Many windows let lots of natural light into the room. Easy to access historic sites and service amenities. Nice to have 2 beds. Laundry facilities were useful. Staff was exceptional, helpful, friendly. Well recommended.

Excellent rooms, surrounding a beautiful Garden with a BBQ area, minutes away from the towns shops. And even better is its just across the road from the port arthur historic site, allowing quick access to the park

Cute, hobbiton like property, kid friendly and so close to the historic site. Deb the property manager was so lovely booking us dinner and breakfast in lovely restaurants with views to the historic site. A recommended stay esp prior to the three capes walk.

Pleasant enough - but the first greeting was "Put your mask on!" Now we all know the times we live in - but there is a kinder way to speak to guests. Their dog also barked all night...so...not great at all.

Amazing! Highly recommended. The 2 bedroom unit was great. Having a kitchen with a stove and oven made it great to cook your own meals if you wanted to.Get location for the Port Arthur historic site just a short walk and you get a key to get in the back entrance.

Great little unit reception was very helpful even ringing us up while we were travelling to ask if we wanted her to book us in for the evening meal at another restaurant.

The most offensive manager I have ever encountered. I left my AirPods charging in the room and rang back the following morning to arrange to drive back down and collect them. Although the website claimed they were open at 8am - a very angry manager told me they didn’t open until 9. I explained my issue and when I rang back at 9 I was told that nothing was found in the room. When I explained I would have to register the loss with the local police, the manager screamed down the phone assuming I was threatening her and hung up. I do need to register the loss for insurance purposes but her reaction makes me deeply suspicious.
