Beach Hotel is the best place to stay in Swakop

Nice family room, and the roof swimming pool

Restaurant staff, they are not friendly ,they need more training The Manager had to step I'm to make guests feel welcomed

Great value for money

Swakopmund Beach Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area, 10/10 its central location makes it perfect for exploring the city and to the most beautiful places in the desert “Safari “ A short walk distance to the beach and the restaurant, the staff are incredibly friendly efficient and very helpful,ensuring a warm welcome. The hotel boasts a great atmosphere, combining a trendy modern vibe with comfort. I was updated to a honeymoon room very stylish designed and well equipped, providing a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was amazing, which featured a selection of high quality ingredients and variety of options to choose from. Lastly i would like to thank the management “Marco” for help me to organise a bouquet of flowers, as a surprise birthday present for my lovely wife. His very professional and full of knowledge about customer service indeed. Thanks once again for the hospitality !..

Needs urgent attention

Location was good.

Hotel is run down, needs attention. Some work is being done, but rooms also needs attention. No list with phone numbers in the room. Piece of paper with information shows to contact 9 reception. Dailed, could not get ahold of anyone?? Fridge in room was not plugged in, no water or anything available. Breakfast, ordered scrambled eggs and bacon, waited 40 min. Staff was apparently waiting for a key to change gas? No one informed guests of hold up. Towels was not changed. Def not value for money.

Not the best of our Namibia tour.

Nothing. Originally we got bad rooms after we have booked a month ago. We were far apart and receptionist said she cannot do anything about it. We were put in a room with beds where my army mattress was better than that of the room. After complaining there was at least one helpfull that gave us a better room and than suddenly move al of us next to each other in better roons. I liked the one helpfull person

The original rooms. The service at restaurant. Slow.slower. ..1hour and 10 minutes after placing order. At least the food was okay.. Out of al hotels we went on this trip this one was rated a low last. Better places to stay in Swakopmund and Namibia

Superb

Location right on the sea and within walking distance of the town centre. Large room and en-suite bathroom with a nice shower. Friendly staff at breakfast.

Very good

Rooms are OK size and balcony is suitable for two person. Hotel need some renovation, especially bathroom need some ventilation (only ventilation is window to courtyard and doors need to be more soundproof (neighbours coming-going feels like in our own room). The shape of the sink doesn't allow to operete without splashing. Unfortunately roof sundeck is very windy and pool is cool, need some heating system. Breakfast was in price, tastefully and you have chance to choose 5-6 different breakfast.

GYM doesn't exist anymore, you have chance to go openair gym corner (200-300m). Next to hotel (20m) is public corner for fisherman's, where they are cleaning fresh fish, some days cas smell a little bit.

The views of the sea makes Beach Hotel highly recommendable.

We liked the location, the view of the sea from our room, the common area lounge outside our room & the internet speed & stability. Did I mention the amazing sea view from our room? Breakfast service was super fast

Not much! Parking seemed safe, even though it’s outside. Vehicles do get quite dirty, being parked so close to the sea. The tap water doesn’t taste great (all over Swakopmund, not just here), so bottled/filtered water should be provided in the rooms.

A very friendly staff and very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel is close to a department of fisheries and when they work on their catches for the day they bring out a very bad smell.

Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, management went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, the extra effort was really highly appreciated. We enjoyed the sea view from our room.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great and the view over the atlantic was beautiful and the fresh sea breeze in the night for a romantic setting Wil stay with beach hotel anytime again

The bed was great but the pillows was too soft and uncomfortable but no problems what so ever

Superb

Nice hotel with a big room, a beautiful rooftop terrace and an infinity pool on the roof. Rooms are stylish, there is everything you need inside.

Just a suggestion: to serve water for breakfast, but not sell it.
