The location is perfect in the middle of the jungle, green. Also not far to center, walking distance.
The staff is very helpful, kind.
Everywhere, the pool is clean. 🧹
I am sure they will improve WiFi and tv channels.
Bathroom was old decorated, bathtub is high for elder people or children.
Restaurant tastes should be improved.

Otel'in konumu güzeldi.
Otel'in eşyaları eskimiş. Yastıklar çok sertti. Banyo'nun gideri tıkalıydı ve küvette su birikiyordu. Kahvaltısı kahvaltının kötü oluşu otelin kalitesini aşağıya çekiyor. Bu otelin ciddi bir değişikliğe ihtiyacı var.

Excellent location. The pool was incredible and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The room was a little tired and stuffy, but a comfy bed.

Villas down at The Valley are really nice, beautiful jungle view, fantastic pool not too crowded
I would not recommend the restaurant , unfortunately we went once there for dinner… puh… even the breakfast is hard to stand. The room has just one socket for guests located in the bathroom (ok you can move furniture and get to the TV and fridge sockets)! Not really state of the art…

Pools and location.
Floating breakfast is for additional cost (100000) even if you have breakfast included in price. We do not mind extra cost, just would be nice if it would be advertised!

The staff were amazing
The food was outstanding
The location was great
The rooms are very outdated, some smell musty. The bathrooms need attention , the drainage is poor, the hand shower is challenging -wets the entire bathroom. The fridge is very noisy, had to unplug it to get some sleep.

The pool with a view into the jungle is really nice, but the pool water has a lots of chemicals..
The whole place is in a very good location, staff are friendly, rooms are tidy and are cleaned daily, but in general, all the place is quite old and shabby, it seems that the place just needs renovation.

A litte bit dangerous with rain, very sleepery. I felt down and hurt my back
7.0 / 10.0
staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests. The rooms were a good size and clean. The infinity pool was excellent although the water left an odd residue on the skin.
The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Needs new mattresses or mattress toppers to improve comfort.
The doors to the rooms were very loud when closing if not closed carefully. Difficult to get a good night sleep.

The hotel is a gem in the centre of Ubud. I loved the two infinite pools, especially the round pool overlooking the rainforest. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The rooms are spacious, and breakfast was perfect before heading out for the day. I'll be back.
The bathrooms are okay, but need to be renovated.

The property had a wonderful location that wasn’t too close or too far from the Main Street in Ubud. Only a 10 minute walk and you are in the centre of town, whilst also feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere.
I was only at the hotel for 3 full days, but the main pool was closed during the entirety of my stay. It was specifically that pool that influenced my decision to stay at this particular property. Luckily there is a second smaller pool that was lovely. However I was left very disappointed by the main pool being out of use.

The location of pool 2 among the jungle is spectacular.
Rooms are ageing but still adequate.

The staff were very friendly and very good with ensuring we were well looked after the entire stay. The pool is the best pool I've ever been too and always so quiet. The rooms themselves were kept very clean and the views from our lodge were incredible. Definitely worth top stars for this place, would 100% be recommending.
Hair dryer took a while for your hair to dry and no ironing board but we could iron easily on a flat surface so it wasn't a problem

best things are location and the swimming pool.
This is a very very old hotel, the owner hates his guests and the hotel. we had a nest of termits in our room. everything in the room was dirty, noise of the construction nearby. smell of old things.
pictures of the hotel was made like 20 years ago and do not reflect the true.

The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any type of inquiries.
The hotel is old and needs refurbishment.
1.0 / 10.0
The view is nice, but the place looks s bit degraded.
The rooms were mouldy and unclean. The bed linens and drapes would need changing at least, you can see marks from other people. The furniture also smells badly, we had to wash all the clothes at the next property.
We left early because we started caughing due to the dust and mould, the property management seems reticent to bill correctly and refund.

Staff were polite.
Top pool dirty on arrival. Made a complaint and was told it was okay, told them no it is dirty, they blamed the rain. Reminded them the villa pool was spotless. Was rectified over the next few days. Stair railing to first floor insecure. Lighting around resort insufficient. Airconditioning leaking water.

The views from the two pools are breathtaking and great. You literally swim in front of a massive forest, never seen a similar thing before. This definitely made staying at this hotel worthy.
Also the staff was really nice with us providing support and help all the time.
The location is also good, close to the Monkey Forest in a quiet area with a few bars with live music around.
Unfortunately I cannot skip to mention the only reason why I will not come back to this hotel. In our room (#116) we found two big GEKKOS in our room hidden behind the closet and the curtain which suddenly made a big noise while we were sleeping. We had to call the security guard who kindly helped us to get the gekkos out of the room (he was our hero that night otherwise we would have checked out and go to another hotel).
I can understand the hotel is in the middle of a forest and consequently there are animals around. However the hotel should ensure before guests check in that rooms are clean and free of animals as well as they are well isolated (we found the balcony doors had big gaps where gekkos could get in).

Location is ideal if you want to be away from the business of Ubud. The reception area is lovely and it’s together with the open restaurant area. Swimming pools and the overall layout and views of the hotel are beautiful (just as you see in the pics!). Staff are so kind and cheerful!
The standard rooms (where we stayed) are a bit rundown, our first room got flooded during the rain in the evening. We got moved to another room where the TV didn’t work and the shower/bath was clogged.
7.0 / 10.0
Both pools are very nice and were the reason why we choose this stay.
The staff was nice and always helpful.
The garden and outdoor space are well maintain.
Nice and cozy terrace/restaurant.
The room is outdated. The stuff are doing there best, but you can see that the rooms are old (shower, broken tiles, broken stairs, doors) and this doesn't make you feel exactly like in a vacation.
The prices that they offer at restaurant and any other services (like taxi) are higher than any other offers you find on the street.
