Einmal und nicht wieder

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer im unteren Teil des Gebäudes. Es roch die ganze Nacht nach Fäkalien. Zimmer sehr kalt. Vorhandene fahrbare Stand-Heizung kaputt.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer im unteren Teil des Gebäudes. Es roch die ganze Nacht nach Fäkalien. Zimmer sehr kalt. Vorhandene fahrbare Standheizung kaputt. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Frühstück war für 8.30 bestellt, erhalten nach 1 Stunde. Wollten eigentlich pünktlich zu den Akchour Wasserfällen abfahren. Zimmer wenig geschmackvoll und nur einfach eingerichtet.

Great location , good value for money and clean.

The location was great as it was easily accessible to main medina and could easily to get/from if you had a car. We were in the twin room downstairs which did not have any AC however we were provided with a fan which helped massively. Hotel was very clean , rooms were clean. Excellent value for money , excellent location and staff were nice and friendly. I highly recommend it your on a budget and want something that meets the standards of the budget , cleanliness and safety. For a budget hotel , this completely exceeded my expectations! If I come back to Chefchoune , I’ll definitely be booking here again !!!

Downstairs room needs to be fitted with AC, other than that , the room was good and location was fantastic.

Great location for motorcyclists

Motorcycle parking! Easy to find location, friendly staff and great breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Very clean. Was not my first choice, but ended up being the best choice.

Good place to stay (with a couple of caveats)

Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. Great terrace area with awesome views. And wonderful views from my room too. Hearty breakfasts on the terrace. Very central location.

This stay was a bit overpriced to be honest. For what I paid, breakfast should have been included. Slightly cheaper equivalent accommodation is available elsewhere in Chaouen. The smell coming from the bathroom was pretty overwhelming at times (sewage smell). The hotel wasn't able to resolve because it was out of their control to a large extent. I moved to a new room where the smell was less, but didn't sleep as well in there, and so after a couple of nights I moved back to the original room with the smell.

Nice stay

Position is close to the medina and this guesthouse has a wonderful terrace! Breakfast is also AMAZING and the staff is very helpful and friendly! :)

We opted for the cheapest room, so we were not expecting a highly comfy accommodation. However, if it was specified that there were other rooms, we would have upgraded for sure, since our room was at the -1 floor and was very humid. Anyways, it was ok for one night! :)

Absolutely beautiful and great location.

The staff were friendly and professional. Beautiful place and the views was sensational. We had the option to have breakfast there and we did it for our first morning. Great value for money and the location is great. So close to the main centre and also felt safe walking around. We had an issue with the aircon on our first night and Muhammad responded immediately and gave us an alternative.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was more than we expected. It's super clean & comfy, complete with all amenities & kitchen to cook. It's on a great location too. The staff were all very friendly, nice and super helpful. I would totally recommend this place for anyone travelling to Chef.

all good, great staff, badrul is very accommodating to us. there is kitchen to cook. if you have big luggage, there is no lift, but the staff is helpfull in picking up our luggage.

I would highly recommend it.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. WiFi was working really well. It was very close to the old medina. It was very clean. Staff made us Moroccan tea when we arrived. They also helped us with our luggage and parking space.

pleasent stay, super view and staff,

comfortable big bed. modern AC. big shower with warm water. It was super clean, the staff was very kind. the breakfast was very good, thanks mustafa. the view on the rooftop is also very nice.

the breakfast was nice but the menu is fixxed like almost in every riad we stayed at. Otherwise it was really nice we enjoyed our stay. WARNING: the parking is brutal if you are not a very confident and good driver, its not the hotels fault, just a headsup;)

Lovely hotel room with the perfect view.

The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was the perfect size for us as a couple and the furniture and décor gave it that Moroccan cultural feeling. The choice of two terraces gave us the option of seeing either the view of the mountains or the front of the hotel space. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Around 1am one of the other guests were talking quite loud on their balcony. This did interrupt our sleep. We did have the option of using the sound proof balcony door and to use the air conditioning in the room instead, but then we wouldn't have had that feeling of the Moroccan night breeze. We could have mentioned it to the person at the reception desk but we were there for one night so we took it in our stride.

Overall it was a good stay and the owners were nice people.

The location was perfect, it had a nice view and the room was spacious. There was a welcome hot drink that you could take on a patio on the roof where the view was just great. The tap water was cold and tasted great like it's out of a refrigerator. The managers were very nice people.

The breakfast was a bit overpriced, which was a bit over our budget so we had to go out to look for what to eat. I found the shower and toilet to be a bit small for adults. There was no clothes hangers even though they had a stand for them.
