旅行先でもいつもの日常を

子供と一緒に広い空間で過ごせました。食事に気をつけていたのでキッチンがついて自分で調理し、いつもの食事を取れる環境はありがたかったです。スタッフの方には色々配慮いただき感謝しています。目の前に八百屋さんがあるので、買い物もとても便利でした。キッチンや洗面所、お風呂が、外人さん対応でした。なので湯船で足を伸ばして入れるのもすごくよかったです！気になっていたポップアラジンを利用できたことも良かった点です。また東京に来る際はこちらの宿を利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

Family friendly accommodation in a less busy part of Tokyo.

Very clean, strong English speaking staff during the day (night staff have limited), free rental items such as a rice cooker. Across the road is a small grocery which sells fruits, vegetables and condiments. I was told some items are cheaper than elsewhere. Locals shop there.

Great value apartment hotel in a good location

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to Ginza proper and far enough to be a relatively quiet neighborhood. Rooms were great value for the money. Spacious enough for 4 people by Western standards. Amenities are available to request and collect at the reception.

Room is partially cleaned daily (trash, towels etc..) and fully cleaned every 3-4 days (vacuum), they do mention this beforehand however.

Rooms were good, a little bit smaller than expected. Laundry machines were very useful. Service was not great. Location

Pokemon theme and games were great for the kids

Some staff were a bit lazy and not proactive in help, such as helping with small luggage when it was obvious we were struggling with 3 young children. They just stood there and watched and talked to each other.

Terrific holiday to see Japan and the snow.

This is the 4th Mimaru property we have stayed in and we found them all to be exceptional quality. The staff are amazing and the property is super clean and comfortable.

Good family option in Tokyo

Great apartment hotel in a quiet section of Ginza (about 15min walk to the shopping area and Tokyo station). Multiple train lines within 10-15 min walk. Good beds for our family group. Small kitchen but fine to make breakfast and snacks. Onsite washing machines (coin operated) that were good but busy at times. Good staff facilitated late night check in and stored our luggage after check out. Solid family option in a quiet location.

Great room, great staff with easy access to public transport.

Room was spacious, with twin bunk beds set over the double bed, kitchenette and dining table, there was plenty of space to accommodate a family of 4 comfortably.

No complaints worth mentioning.

Great for family of 4! Love the fruit stall opposite

Very clean apartment. Stayed in a Family Theatre apartment for 6 nights. Good kitchen with essentials. Very comfortable beds. Dining table for 4. Walking distance to Ginza 10mins.

Overall a nice hotel with basic and good facilities.

The check in and out was very easy and smooth. The room size for our family of 4 was great, more spacious than I imagined. Location wise not so great as it was a longer walk to Yurakucho station (15mins) Loved the fruit shop just across the hotel.

While the hotel is in a city location and accessible by many train stations, it is not exactly near to any train station and require some walking.

Nice place to be as a family.

Very clean, quiet. Coin laundry was cheap, very convenient. Nicely located.

We'd stay again in any of the Mimaru Hotels.

We love staying in the Mimaru chain of hotel apartments, this is probably our 4th stay in one of them but our first with the Pokemon room, it is absolutely adorable - with the giant Snorlax which my grandchild loved! And the lovely little loot bags that were Pokemon themed! The reception counter was manned by very nice people who were very welcoming and helpful, especially with forwarding our luggage to our next stop. We love that they have additional kitchen equipment that we could loan from them as we did with their shabu shabu pot, it made our last night's dinner very delightful.

Superb

We reserved (as many) the Pokèmon room and our 6yrs old kid was enthusiastic with it, like ourself. The rooms are basically small apartments with kitchen, table and so on. The Pokemon room has sufficient Pokemon details to make a guest happy :) The room is for 4 persons thus is quite costly. The staff speaks perfect english which is quite uncommon.

The price is not 100% justified but for a 1 night stay, especially if you are a Pokemon fan, it is worth it.

Superb

The location was great, not far from the Tokyo Train Station. The fresh produce shop across the street was very convenient along with the Lawsons and 7-11 just around the corner. The Pokemon theme of the room was great fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for families! Come for the amenities, stay for the staff hospitality :)

For a hotel in central Tokyo, room size is really big. Had all our necessities. Staff are amazing! Huge thanks to Yuki who helped us with our booking issue with Disneyland. Saved us an evening which we will never forget. Must stay when we’re back in Tokyo!

Great stay for kids

Kids love the Pokemon room. Staffs are very kind and helpful. They held the luggage for us on the checkout day so we can tour Ginza and enjoy lunch. Staffs also played the anniversary games with the kids. It was a very enjoyable stay.
