LEWES & CLARK BEACH HOUSE:
Ideally located just three houses away from Lewes Beach, this 3000 SF house offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy an inviting, classy and cozy beach house that can sleep multiple families. The house offers enough area to have space to retreat and enjoy quiet time or join together in common spaces with an open kitchen and dining room/living room layout, with a two-story screened porch with views of tidal wetlands.
The house is outfitted for a retreat for all seasons, stocked with board games, books and many beach toys in the garage, fun for all ages, and also offers a novel remodel work location.
1/3 of our guests are returning families and we are honored that they choose to return.
We are currently accepting reservations for 2024 and 2025.
We rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer.
Sheets and Towels are not included in rental.
Guests may use linens such as dishtowels and beach towels provided if they are washed and dried for the next guests.
Sleeps 15 for adults and children in bedrooms. If all adults, sleeps 12.
In addition, there is a full sized sofa sleeper in the main living room and a crib (+2 and a baby).

1st Floor bedroom/living room (2 QUEEN SOFA BEDS) with adjoining bathroom and second living room with (full sized sofa bed) provides flexible sleeping options for up to 6 on 1st floor. This 5th Bedroom can also serve as a 2nd Living room with 48” wall mounted flat screen tv with 500+ channels, DVD player, books. It has 2 queen-sized pull out sofa beds, and adjacent newly renovated bathroom with shower.
2nd floor sleeps up to 11 plus a baby crib.
1ST FLOOR * DOWNSTAIRS - GATHERING, COOKING, DINING AND RELAXING IN LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN AREA*
Return from the beach entering from the back deck after using the outdoor shower and dropping gear in the garage. Then, grab a cold drink or snack from the second refrigerator and pantry in the laundry room. The Lewes and Clark Beach House layout makes it easy for family and friends relax and gather on the first floor together or in two separate living areas with relaxing gathering space on the screened in porches.
The open living room/dining/kitchen centers conversation and activity between the dining room table, adjoining the chef’s kitchen, bay-window reading nook, and the fireplace seating area. The dining room is well equipped with a wonderful library of books, puzzles and games.
KITCHEN:
Meals are a collaborative activity with the kitchen's open layout, overlooking the living/dining room. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, 5-seat breakfast bar and 5 burner gas stovetop with warming drawer and two ovens. The kitchen exits to screened porch and gas grill on deck. Flexible seating options for up to 19+ at mealtime in dining room, breakfast bar and screened porch, and outdoor picnic table.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
A laundry room with new large washer and dryer hosts a sink, pantry and second refrigerator on the 1st floor.
Enter the house through laundry room next to outdoor shower and two story screened-in back porch.

This home is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We had 6 adults and 2 children (9y and 12y). We appreciated that we could fit 3 cars in the driveway - it was a little tight but worked. The walk to the beach was short and safe. The garage has lots of things to take to the beach including chairs that we used. The kitchen had plenty of counter space, a large pantry and 2 refrigerators. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. The can opener did not work well- but that is really the only negative feedback I can share! We all slept great, enjoyed the table we could all eat at together and had fun with the games (UNO and Scategories) that they had. We did need to use the local Emergency room for a little visit, and it was less than 10 minutes away. We were close to lots of fun things to do including mini-golf, brewery tours, and a trip to the Rehobeth boardwalk. We rented bikes and really enjoyed the trails at Henlopen State Park. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the screened in porches- especially the upper story one with the hammock. The owners have a beautiful home and have done a great job organizing and labeling to ensure a smooth visit. This was one of our favorite places we have stayed with our family! Thank you!!

The house accommodated our large group quite well.
Plenty of room inside and out and a very short walk to the beach. No need to pack up the car and try to find a parking spot for a day on the sand. The garage was full of beach paraphernalia, bicycles, and other perks.
Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking needs and the second refrigerator was a real advantage. Great communication with the owners! Will be making a return visit.

The Lewes and Clark house was absolutely wonderful! I was blown away with the all the comforts and amenities provided. The house was in a great location for riding bikes, walking to the beach, and sitting on the back porch and enjoying a cup of morning coffee. =)

Such an amazing deal for a house so close to the water! Vacationing with 5 kiddos under 8 was a dream here. So many rooms and amenities to let everyone spread out and do what they wanted to relax and enjoy. Definitely will be booking again!

Lovely spacious home close to Lewes Beach. This home is fully equipped with everything one could need from kitchen to bedding to toys and beach items. There is plenty of space for large groups. The owners are wonderful and called us themselves to provide instructions for check in, etc. They were available when we needed them for a quick question. We highly recommend this property in beautiful Lewes.

The house is only one block from the beach, at the quiet end of the bay, and only one mile from town. It is very spacious, with large, well-appointed bedrooms and public rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are lots of games and books to appeal to all ages. The TV in the den comes equipped with dozens of movies, again to appeal to all ages. The owners of the home, who manage the property, could not be more responsive. A terrific place to get away.

The house was as exactly described. It was clean and well maintained. I can’t think of anything else we could have needed when making our meals. Their kitchen may have more supplies than mine. 😊 We had a great week playing games, going to the beach and just hanging out.

This is the perfect home for a multiple family vacation in Lewes! The proximity to the beach was amazing and the beach was never overcrowded.
The home was large, clean, and well stocked with anything you may need. It had a garage full of bikes and outdoor/beach supplies, a backyard for kids to play and two large screened in porches for family time.
The owners were great and quickly responded with any need we had.
We will definitely be back for our next Lewes trip!

We love Greg and Mina’s property and all of the amenities. The garage was filled with goodies - we got lots of use out of the chairs and kayaks. It was only a short trip to a very nice section of the beach. It was very helpful to have the crib and high chair there as well. Great selection of movies and tv subscription as well.

My husband's entire family of 12 stayed in this house. We enjoyed all of its many amenities. The kitchen came with everything that you could ever need including spices! The bedrooms accommodated all of us very comfortably. And the best part of the house was the location to the beach. It was just a walk across the street! They also had all of the beach equipment you could ever need.
The house was centrally located to shopping, dining and a beautiful state park with trails.
I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends traveling to Delaware.

Multi-family getaway
Excellent experience from booking -listing provides very accurate description of property. Very comfortable setting for our 3 families (15 people)- we never felt cramped and each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very short walking distance to Lewes beach with calmer waves at the bay and a short drive to Cape Henlopen (10 mins) for bigger waves at the ocean -best of both worlds! Communication with Mina was excellent! Thank you for everything!!

Great location, clean and very well appointed
The house actually is nicer than the photos depict. Very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked all meals easily with all of the pans, utensils, etc. The owners have thought of everything including tons of cleaning supplies, pillow covers (no linens included bec of covid), beach towels, very nice gas grill, bikes, helmets, ceiling fans, and more. The beds were comfy. We were only 4 people so the house was very spacious. We enjoyed the screen porch for dinner. A large family could easily stay comfortably. Two streets off the beach with nice views. The owner was easy to communicate with and she was very accomodating for early check-in. I would stay here again.

The house was very clean and the layout was ideal for our group (two couples and three singles). The kitchen/dining room/living room flow is perfect and I loved that the main TV was in a separate room. The screened in porch was lovely and I particularly enjoyed the small, private backyard where we had our coffee each morning. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat and as much as I love the restaurants and shops in Lewes, I ended up spending all of my time at the beach or the house. We will definitely return!

The house was very clean and the layout was ideal for our group (two couples and three singles). The kitchen/dining room/living room flow is perfect and I loved that the main TV was in a separate room. The screened in porch was lovely and I particularly enjoyed the small, private backyard where we had our coffee each morning. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat and as much as I love the restaurants and shops in Lewes, I ended up spending all of my time at the beach or the house. We will definitely return!

Fun at Lewes
Had a wonderful family vacation at the Lewes and Clark beach house. Great location! Beautiful, comfortable home close to beach! Enjoyed many amenities... our favorite was using the kayaks and learning ocean kayaking.
