About this house rental
Close to the beach, water views in a tranquil setting. Wi-Fi, 2 Cable TV's, DVD's, new central air, ceiling fans throughout, Huge Private Back Yard! Sea-Clusion is a single family house with large rooms (not small townhouse rooms) and space to spread out. Linens included (fluffy bath towels, sheets, pillows, comforters for all beds). On the second floor, there is the master bedroom which has a queen size bed, a 2nd bedroom which has two twin beds, a 3rd bedroom which has two bunk beds, and a full size kitchen, full bath, living and dining rooms. On the first floor there is a 4th bedroom with a king size bed, a kitchenette(w/ full size refrigerator, sink, microwave & coffee maker), a very large family room, and a full bath. There is also an outdoor shower, great for larger families. This set up is ideal, for one or two families, who want independent living, each having their own bedroom(s), floor, kitchen, deck and entry doors. The two large decks overlook a private back yard, great for all. Play corn hole, catch, or foosball. Take advantage of excellent star gazing or enjoy your coffee outside, on a quiet unspoiled morning. Ride your bikes or go for a walk, on very quiet, seldom traveled streets, excellent for children. This neighborhood is next to a nature preserve, you may see Osprey, Great Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, ducks, geese etc. There is off street parking for 3 cars. There is a new gas grill(2021). There is a "pack & play" portable crib. Newly redecorated including new beds, new furniture, new paint, new flooring, new millwork, new lighting, new décor... A free Rehoboth Beach permit parking pass is provided ($300.00 value), four beach chairs(2021) are available for your use. Be at the beach in 5 minutes, 1.5 miles away(no stopping at a traffic light on the way there).
This community of all custom built homes, is bordered by Rehoboth Bay to South, Thompson's Nature Preserve to the East and Rehoboth Yacht & Country Club to the West. Enjoy this hidden oasis once, and you will want to come back again.

The downstairs, with a large living room, bath, and bedroom, was perfect for the family with young kids. That way they could wind down before bed. When toddlers are upstairs, bring a small baby gate for the stairs.

Had a great stay at Seaclusion. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. House was located in a great area, away from all of the noise but just a 2 min drive to Rehoboth Ave. Our host Chris was great and very responsive and communicative.

What a fantastic house, and neighborhood. Perfectly centrally located to all of the beaches. The wildlife in the neighborhood made the stay even more peaceful. Quiet neighborhood, everyone so friendly. The pictures of the house looked so nice, and being there in person made it so much better. Chris and Lynn were very informative and very helpful with everything. Looking forward to making this an annual vacation in this house.

This is a large home with four bedrooms and lots of rooms. The description online is accurate. It is a split-level home (stairs at the entryway) with a large master bedroom (king-sized bed) and bathroom downstairs. My husband and I slept there while my adult children took the upstairs bedrooms, This gave us a little more privacy, which we enjoyed. It is very quiet, but does require a drive to get to the boardwalk area. The parking pass was a big help as we were there when it was quite busy.

Our stay was nice and home was warm and welcoming. We also had a front-row view to fireworks. Host’s rules and requirements felt a little overbearing, and we didn’t know about them until after we booked, but all-in-all, it was a nice stay.

Spent a week here with my husband and children, we had an absolute amazing time. The house is spacious & gorgeous! Close enough to all the action but in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. We loved seeing all the wildlife too (deer, rabbits and we also got to watch newborn baby robin birds grow throughout the week on the property)
I highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for a place close to all the beaches and surrounding area. We even took a day to ocean city, md and it wasn’t a far travel.
We loved our stay and the area so much, my husband and I are planning on moving towards the Rehoboth area in the next couple years!

Spent a week here with my husband and children, we had an absolute amazing time. The house is spacious & gorgeous! Close enough to all the action but in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. We loved seeing all the wildlife too (deer, rabbits and we also got to watch newborn baby robin birds grow throughout the week on the property)
I highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for a place close to all the beaches and surrounding area. We even took a day to ocean city, md and it wasn’t a far travel.

Communication was excellent from Chris throughout. The house is tucked away in an incredibly beautiful and quiet neighborhood near a nature preserve, yet is also a 5 min drive from multiple beaches, shopping, restaurants and more. It was also a perfect house for little kids, as it has a flat front and (large) fenced in backyard. If you are looking for a place where you can walk to the beach or have parties, keep looking. If you are looking for a place where everything is a short car or bike ride away and you can return back to peace and quiet at the end of the day, this is absolutely that place. Highly recommended and I hope to return again!

Wonderful vacation
My family really enjoyed our vacation at this bay vista property. Clean and roomy home, plenty of drawer and closet space. Nice and quiet neighborhood on the bay and less than 5min drive to the beach! Plenty of room for our family of 10! We are already looking into rebooking for next year. Thank you!!

Beautiful property only one issue
Chris and Lynn were fantastic hosts. The property is lovely, the commute is very simple, and the house was better equipped then our group had thought it would be. The only issue we ran into was the location on a small shadowbox on the wall that was knocked off the first time we opened the dryer door in the downstairs bathroom. When going to put towels in there, one of our group accidentally knocked it off the wall breaking it. Fully our fault realistically but we couldn't help but feel like that should have been hung up elsewhere to avoid such a easily made mistake.
Other then that it was a wonderful experience!
