Super nastanitev za ceno. Lokacija je izvrstna.

Zjutraj pripravijo brezplačen zajtrk, ki je ob pol devetih zjutraj. Gostitelji so zelo prijazni. Ko sem na potovanju zbolela mi je lastnica dala svoja zdravila in mi skuhala čaj. Ves čas je skrbela kako se počutim in spraševala če me v sobi zebe. Vzdušje v nastanitvi je zelo domače.

Kopalnica je na drugi strani dvorišča kar je neprijetno če je zunaj mrzlo.

安心して過ごせます。

小さいゲストハウスで、いつも家族の人達と接するので、お家にホームステイしているみたいでとても安心です。オーナーさんが本当に親切で、いろいろな質問に丁寧に対応してくれました。ありがとうございました。可愛いくて人懐こい猫ちゃんもいて、滞在中とても和みました。町の中心に近く町歩きに便利です。近くに24時間開いているスーパーがあります。

They are very nice, organized an airport taxi for us and let us in in the morning at 5am. We even received breackfast that morning and could leave all our luggage for the day although we had only booked the night afterwards. In addition the breakfast is good and they were very helpful organizing a taxi transport for us and our bikes for our onwards journey. They speak decent english.

Disappointing

Frankly speaking nothing exceptional one can thinks of. Actually some of the basics itself were not in place.

To begin with the lack of professional attitude. They don't seem to understand that their problems are not the guest's problem. They had one fan for 3 rooms... in summer... that too a rickety one which needed plopping up (the other one was broken). And since the one fan was already provided to another guest we were told to do without it or sleep with door and window open (yes you read it right), When we insisted we can't do that we were told to wait for two hours while they try to fix it. Needless to say that it wasn't so we told them if we were not provided with one we would check-out. Hearing which they borrowed the fan from another guest who said he wasn't using it and gave it to us. Despite being told the previous day that we had pick-up at a certain hour in the morning and would need breakfast at a certian hour, we had to wake them up (at 8.00 am that too and not some godforsaken wee hours). Frankly speaking nothing in the review of the place seemed justified. We have been a regular users of Booking.com and this is the first place which has truly disappointed us. Mind you we have stayed in one or two worse places but then we kinda expected it to be so and we were using it just to crash for the night. But here we were booked for 3 days with two days break in between and since we had to leave our luggage behind as we were leaving early morning after our first day there we had no choice but to return. The flush in the common/shared toilets didn't work on and off so it was kinda embarassing. Anyway, all we want is Booking.com to regularly inspect properties to validate what is being touted if it is to avoid being called out for misrepresentation. And to be taken seriously.

This place is located within easy walking-distance of the main sites of central Bishkek. The lady in charge was very welcoming and helpful.

Fine for a quick stay. I arrived at 3am, and they were okay with this. Hotel was responsive to my contact prior to arrival, and arranged a taxi to pick me up at the airport, which was very appreciated since finding the entrance of the place wasn't clear... There's no sign and you walk down a sort of dark path... If I'd been dropped by a taxi driver that hadn't been arranged I'd definitely question if it was really the right place.. Breakfast was fine, WiFi worked well, and room was basic, but comfortable enough.

The place is more than wonderful، very clean and they are all friendly ..Helpful if you need any information ... Breakfast is delicious ... The place is close to the city center. Restaurants with shops are close by. I loved this place with the staff

Very good

Even though it is not in the very city center, you can reach the Chuy Prospekt very easily and quickly with the public transportation - the bus stop is close. There is a well equipped kitchen. The owner is very nice and helpful.

It is quite difficult to find it. A sign on a door would be very helpful. It was a little bit loud sometimes.

The best stay in Bishkek

Amazing family run guesthouse. We felt very welcomed, it is quiet, good area, Wi-Fi is perfect. the outdoor toilets and showers are clean. you can use kitchen. Breakfast is amazing! homemade food, filling and nutritious - we loved that.

Great, inexpensive stay if you can find it!

Good location for the centre. Use of kitchen, quiet, clean room. English speaking owner.

It’s very hard to find. There’s no sign at all to say it’s a guest house. Tucked away down a side alley, even the local people that helped us struggled.

Location is excellent. Atmosphere is relaxed. Owners are nice people.

There is no mirror outside of the shower. The kitchen always seemed a bit dirty and it's sink is the only option for washing your hands after using the bathroom....which isn't pleasant. Additionally there wasn't a time-frame for breakfast which is a tad confusing...

The host couple are friendly and tried to accommodate me. She woke up earlier and prepared breakfast. Also, my flight was after midnight and they allowed me to stay extra hours. He was kind to call a taxi for me, to send me to the airport. This place is highly recommended.

Just the toilet, which is outside the rooms.

It is a family business, but it was a nice stay.

Quite convenient location and good breakfast. Good kitchen with fridge. Dulat and his wife were welcoming, discrete and helpful when needed. Good wi-fi connection.

It is a family business, so it has some disadvantages. In addition, when I arrived there was nobody to open the door, which is very bad and must never happen (travellers may have some urgencies or simply be in a hurry).

- they’re far away from the city center and the house is hidden and there’s no signs on the main road. - I made a booking online. However, when I arrived, no one was at home. I called them and they said they went to the village and asked if I could wonder around on the street for 3 hours and wait for them to return. - they asked me what time I’d like to have breakfast and I said 9am. At 8.30am, they came and said my breakfast is ready and it was left on the table in the kitchen. They made it at 8.30 was because two other guests requested to have it at that specific time. I explained that I didn’t want to get stuck in one tiny room with two strange men. They told me my breakfast was waiting on the table anyways. I waited for one of the men to leave so there was slightly more space for me to breach and do social distancing. At 8.40am I went to the kitchen to eat and my food was already cold.
