Menos mal que solo era una noche

El sofá cama estaba en un estado muy malo y era extremadamente incómodo los cojines sucios, suelo sucio, pagamos mucho dinero por una habitación en la que a duras penas nos podíamos mover 4 personas y encima dormir en ese sofá. Las sábanas a duras penas cubrían el sofá cuando lo armamos. Teóricamente podíamos dormir 4 personas en cama en la estancia pero nos cobraron por un pésimo sofá. Salimos muy disgustadas.

It was overall clean

Did not match up to the pictures that we viewed on the website, not a terrible experience but overall not what we expected. The jacuzzi was also cold and dirty, as well as the fact that we were led to believe that there was a full oven, and 2 bedrooms when in fact there wasn’t even one designated bedroom, it was all one area, besides the toilet.

Lo peor ha sido tener que usar el sofá cama. Hace muchísimo ruido y despiertas a los acompañantes además de ser tremendamente incómodo.

Todo empezando que para 4 personas era algo muy estrecho la cocina no era como en los otros apartamentos de palacio de Daoiz había suciedad en la sábanas en el suelo y asta en el lavamanos el baño ufff si muy linda la bañera pero muy incómodo para bañarse ya k el agua se salía por fuera tenías k aguantar la ducha uno mismo y con la otra mano enjabonarse

Un fracaso!

Ubicación muy buena pero poco aparcamiento y mucho ruido de la calle

En primer lugar , escogimos este alojamiento por el jacuzzi, cuando llegamos el jacuzzi no estaba disponible, se ha pagado mas caro por esto y pro hacer uso de este y ni si queira se ha avisado hasta que no hemos preguntado. Mucho olor a humedad y a bajante. El apartamento tiene poca ventilación. Mucho ruido de las habitaciones de al lado y del edificio colindante. De las 3 noches, la primera fue imposible dormir con una fiesta hasta las 11 de la mañana y no nos dieron solución, las otras dos un bebé llorando. Tiene poca iluminación, zona de bares y mucho ruido

well maintained property with beautiful terrace, jacuzzi is cool and working. location is central close to everything in walking distance, facilities were clean, easy check in, worth the price. separate thanks to the host lady who was always in touch and helped me during the stay

The place was very clean and the location is also very good. It is right next to Calle de la Noria, where you have some nice places to have some drinks and something to eat.

Unfortunately we couldn't use the jacuzzi or terrace! We went up twice and each time we disturbed a naked couple in bed. They had their room next to the entrance from the terrace and left the door open. Very rude of them to claim the area for themselves! The next day in the morning we wanted to try a third time and the terrace was locked,....... Also the air-conditioning is only in the bedroom and to weak to cool down the whole apartment. We kept the doors to the windows in the living room shut so it was ok. Wish I could give a better review, but as we weren't able to use everything that would have been included in the price I can't.

A lovely little trip.

Everything. Great location for investigating the city and transit routes. The upstairs balcony and hot tub were a delight in the evening as well. Overall it was grand - It even had a friendly ghost. Definitely worth the money.

Great location and very nice apartments. Very nice and helpful host and smooth check in.

No cleaning supplies available to use and toilets were smelly. Only one key to main door, without key chain, making it more difficult to keep track off.

Sunshine holiday

A lovely apartment with a beautiful balcony and great location. A couple of handy tips on beaches and restaurants to visit in the apartment.

Unfortunately there was a security issue which the owner did apologize for and hopefully it has been rectified for future guests. If that hadn't of occured it would have been a perfect stay.

The room smelled, the shower faucet was broken and ill aligned, the shower curtain was moldy, the person never contacted me to give me the code or a place I could leave my luggage and I had to call them myself. the jacuzzi was cold and the view from the terrace grim.

A little too expensive. We payed 100 euro per night, like 4* hotels and we expect a little more!

The location is great, close to city center and ocean side ( yacht port ). There are paid parking in the area and also free street parking. Also, exactly near the apartment, there is also street parking ( For the Theatre nearby. I guess free in the weekend, but because from host nobody told us nothing, we parked far away :( )

1. The water in jacuzzi is at 24,5 degrees. Jacuzzi is just to catch customers, not to be used :(. We chose this apartment because in this period the water ( everywhere - ocean, pools ) is too cold and we would like to get a hot bath in an open space. But it didn't happen. 2. The smell. The apartment is near the restaurants and it smells terrible from hot grease frying fish.
