Tolle Lage Nähe Pudu Station, große Gastronomie Auswahl in der Nachbarschaft ( Ali‘s food corner!!!) Sehr geräumiges Appartement mit super Ausblick. Bequemes riesiges Bett. Gute AC. Regendusche. Schiebetür zwischen Wohn/Küche und Schlafbereich ( gut gegen Lärm/Gerüche von draußen

Etwas unpraktisch, dass Zimmer nur per 9 stelligen Code und nicht per Card öffnen kann. Fernseher ( falls funktionsfähig) vielleicht lieber im Wohnbereich anbringen

Murah, selesa, cantik. Kelengkapan dapur dan mesin basuh beserta pengering sangat memudahkan saya.

Pintu utama perlu dibaiki. Dah lock daripada dalam tapi masih boleh buka daripada luar. Bahaya sebab kasut-kasut diletakkan di luar pintu-pintu bilik. Bila-bila masa orang boleh curi.

Me decepcionó, si lo utilizas para estar una noche ok, pero por ejemplo casi la mitad de las máquinas del gym rotas, cosas deterioradas y las views, si es tu primera vez en Asia mejor cambia de opción, te lo dice uno que ha viajado mucho en Asia.

Good

The spacious room that comes with lots of amenities. Very convenient for family, a lot of coffee shops nearby. Staff can be reached easily but have to be quite patient with them. Big infinity and clean swimming pool.

Firstly, there was a miscommunication as when we booked this room, we expect there's futon for my kid during the booking as it stated the room comes with futon. I've dropped a text to the staff in charge about the matter, and they were noted on that. But upon my arrival, i did not see any futon in the room. I ended up paying extra for the futon. Secondly, on my 2nd day of stay, the access card to the lift was deactivated, and i waited for quite a while for the team just to reactivate my card. There were a few baby roaches in the room. This has to be taken care. Lobby has to upkeep, no air-conditioning and the couches are quite old and dirty. Deposit was kind of too much as they hold a sum of Rm200 before check-in, no money - no enter, that's it. It took them 5 days to make a refund, this process can be cut short to 3 days instead. (I haven't got my refund BTW)

Pleasant

The room was quite spacious, the view was nice and the location is great- easy access to different parts of KL. I stayed here since it was just about a 10 minute walk from Zepp Stadium but it's also a good walking distance from Lalaport and Berjaya Square.

The replies in Booking.com direct messages was quite slow, but they explained eventually (after the whole stay) that they were experiencing technical difficulties with it. They do create a Whatsapp group for you upon arrival where they are more responsive, just be aware of the situation when asking/requesting something via the messaging here. I haven't checked out the swimming pool so I cannot say anything about it, but some of the things in the room aren't in good condition. The bidet was missing the head, some of the lights aren't working, these are quite minor fixes to enhance the experience. I didn't really stay a lot in the room which is why it didn't bother me, but would rather leave it as a feedback to take.

Requests were replied promptly and very good location.

1) Collecting keys, check in and check out was simple and fuss free. Only downside was there was no counter/people that we could store our bags. We arrived before 12nn and check in was 3pm onwards. End up, we had to pay RM30 to store our bags in a room with the security guard. 2) Our request to extend our check out was accommodated and thankful that we were given a discount. 3) Good location with many cheap eateries around. 4) Very prompt response when our cards didnt work on the 3rd day

1) We stayed 4 nights. Would be good if they offer daily (or at least once in 2 days) cleaning of the floors or at least clear rubbish from the room. After the 2nd day, the floor felt very sticky/dusty. We also had to throw our rubbish of food out of the room else the smell will permeate the apartment. 2) We ran out of toilet rolls and unfortunately, the staff already knocked off for the day when we messaged them. So we had to wait until the next day to get them. Good thing was we didnt have to remind them of this request, pretty good follow up action.

Good size. Bigger than average hotel rooms. Spacious for 3 adults

Did not set up extra bed for 3rd person. We already in contact by WhatsApp before arrival. They knew we are 3 persons, yet when we checked in the room past midnight, the extra bed is not set up. My son had to sleep on the couch, no sheets, no blankets.

Really the stay on "D'Majestic" s satisfating ! The positio n of building s easy at to the center town and the restaurants around the area makes the possibility of stay well! Quite Modern room, quite clean, self checkin working well, if communicated early enough via WhatsApp. Nice Pool, off course.

No lobby, only WhatsApp for assistance. But worked alright. Consider waiting times of several hours for reply. So ask early enough! Pool times could be longer, at least to 11pm.

Great location with lots of local foods but was disappointed with the cleanliness inside both units.

Could have been managed better, minus the stress while in another country as we were traveling in Vietnam before arriving in Kuala Lumpur, we did request a late check-in (way in advance) due to the flight arriving in KLIA will be passed 7 o'clock. We have to actively connect to Saifu for information on how to get the key to the building.

We were horrified that the place is infested with cockroaches, be they big or small, especially around the kitchen and under the sink. We were hesitant to open any cupboard above shoulder levels to avoid any cockroaches falling on our chest or face. We had booked a solid seven days stay but were given a single half-used toilet roll. They could have provided more rolls and could have charged for the extra. We ended up purchasing a pack of 12 rolls from the supermarket nearby when we just needed two extra rolls for the long stay. To cater to tourists/travelers, D'Majestic by Widebed could have factored in that not all cultures are used to the habit of using the toilet hose for their toilet breaks. No face tissues and hand towels either, which was disappointing, they don't cost much but are necessary items around a home away from home. So much room for improvement.

The location was nearby to the destinations that we intended to go. Moreover, the check-in and check-out processes were easy. The room has exceeded our expectations in the good way.

Disappointing

The bar and rooftop pool although small were lovely.

The showers are dangerous. Unsafe electric fittings in each one. Advertised as central location on booking.com and it was nost certainly not. No toiletries or a decent hairdryer as advertised.

The pool & views were really nice. The staff we dealt with were polite & helpful.

The 1st room we had should not have been allowed to be let out due to the infestation of cockroaches I'm not talking 4 or 5 this was 50 plus, this was upsetting and is dangerous due to the bacteria they carry really disappointing. When I spoke to the manager the next morning we were moved. No hot water in either room. Cancelled our planned return.

Stay the D'Majestic Place

The location is superb, easily accesible to restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Downstairs there is a 7 11. Everything is very reasonable. Near to Berjaya Times Square. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Apartments are comfy, clean and tidy. High security locks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.

The swimming pool was under repair so my family and I couldn't go swim but it's understandable.
