Esperienza complessivamente positiva! La camera era accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario, con un letto comodo, ben riscaldata, con il bagno appena ristrutturato e situata in una zona molto silenziosa. Le ragazze alla reception, presenti 24h su 24, sono state estremamente disponibili: abbiamo avuto un problema con l’asciugacapelli, ma ci è stato subito fornito un nuovo apparecchio senza alcuna difficoltà. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, l’hotel si trova a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana e degli autobus, che consentono di raggiungere il centro in circa 30 minuti. Per noi non è stato un problema percorrere questa tratta ogni giorno, ma se cercate una struttura più centrale o volete evitare di utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, potrebbe non essere la scelta più adatta. In termini di pulizia, se dovessi confrontarlo con gli standard italiani, lo giudicherei appena sufficiente, ma considerando quelli londinesi è accettabile. Il bagno veniva pulito quotidianamente, e le asciugamani erano sempre cambiate, anche se la camera presentava un po’ troppa polvere. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato giusto

Great location, safe as a women travelling with her child and comfortable.

Please avoid. This is essentially a hostel type of experience than a hotel!

Nothing really.

Firstly the first room I was in smelled of mold and was unpleasant so I had to ask for another room. The new home had bleach still in the toilet unflushed and had rust/ timescale filled shower and towel rack and lastly there’s no hand gel! When I mentioned this to reception they said the body bar soap should also be used as a hand soap. That is unheard of! Also the women at reception kept saying my room number out loud when there were men behind me. I told them as a solo female traveller that is unsafe and I would now need a new room and for them not to say the room number out loud again … she still did! Her manager ( another woman) I’m guessing had to step in and apologise for her incompetence and gave me a new room thankfully.

Disappointing.

I forgot my slippers and the room had slippers.

It was very unclean. The linen and pillowcases had marks. The wall and floor had a lot of marks. My pillowcase had hairs on it. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Also the nespresso machine didn’t work. So all of this made my stay unpleasant.

Location perfect for our needs.

Room a little cramped - a shelf (presumably to support the drop down table) was a hazard at bottom of beds. Slim daughter bruised herself negotiating the shelf!

Ich hatte mehr von dem Hotel erwartet für den Preis aber für einen Kurztrip war es in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft lag etwas außerhalb von London und war mit der Tube gut zu erreichen.

Die Dusche war beschädigt, sodass das Wasser in das gesamte Badezimmer gelaufen ist. Es sollte ein Handwerker geschickt werden, dieser kam jedoch nicht. Ein Umbuchung auf ein anderes Zimmer war auch nicht möglich. Die Unterkunft war nur akzeptabel sauber. Die Betten waren sehr hart und schon durchgelegen. Außerdem hätten die Zimmer einen neuen Anstrich nötig.

Pleasant stay, good location

Location was great. Good restaurants on the same street and only a 10 minute walk to the Northern Line which gets you to central London quickly. The staff were friendly and the property was as described. Really quiet too - I slept well!

The corridor and my room had a peculiar smell, and reading other reviews, I see this is a common occurrence, though I have no idea where it’s coming from. The room could use a bit of TLC, some of the plug sockets looked damaged. Mattress was a little hard for my preference but this is going to differ from person to person - it didn’t cause me any lack of sleep!

El alojamiento era increíble, la cocina cumple muy bien su función, y el baño es ideal. Está a unos 20-30min en metro del centro, la verdad es que nos ha encantado! Y a menos de 1 minuto andando hay un supermercado.

To sum up the stay was successful.

Helpful and nice ladies from the hotel reception. Good convenience with entering the hotel after closing. Pleasant neighbourhood. About 10 minutes on foot from the coach station.

We had a bathroom with a damaged shower so we had to use towels to protect against flooding. The floor in the room could be cleaner. Dust and ferns on bedding and pillows.

Good location in the Jewish Golders Green are There are a lot of kosher restaurants and groceries Also closed to the Beth Habad and synagogues But not close to the center (40-50 mins)

Great cost-benefit stay

The location is good, especially if you're coming from Stansted airport as there's a direct National Express bus line from there to Golders Green. It is also near the tube (Nothern Line) which is connected to the city centre. Finally, it is very convenient that there is a kitchen inside the room with an espresso machine :)

I thought that the room could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived. The bed is not that comfortable either, but nothing too bad.
